Honest and helpful! The tech was on time and attempted to repair our fridge. When it was apparent that it was a lost cause he gave us tons of great advice on how to get a new one!

Great service even if they couldnt repair my refrigerator they were honest and they were efficient and cleaned up after themselves.

My family has been using this place for over 30 years. We just had someone come out again today and the price was fair for an inspection. The mechanic was also very honest.

I just called to schedule service for a washer. I told them Im not available until after 3 because I work.I was told they are out of the area at that time and they cant come on a Saturday. So they said, so youre gonna call someone else? Bad customer service. Wow! They have more business than they know what to do with. They dont have mine.

From a business to a business that is exactly what iam looking for, with all of the ups and downs a business can have, having someone who is willing to spend the time to help you look for a part they dont stock and probably wont make a dime but yet hung in there and assisted me when i was in need. We called and told them the part number for the broken knob on our dryer. They came out 1 week later with no knob and thinking they were fixing a washer. They tried to charge us for that visit. I made sure in writing that the labor was now paid but they had to come back with the right part. They came back 1 week later, fixed the knob (left loose screws and the entire back plate loose and fidgety) but then remarked how the dryer wasnt heating up. He said the fuse must have blown. Thats awefully strange considering there was never an issue heating the dryer until they showed up and tossed our dryer around. I told them to leave and did not want them to finish the job. STAY AWAY from this incompetent establishment.

Called to make an appointment for repair, but the person who answered the phone was lacking in customer service skills. She was rude and quite frankly unkind. Based on that alone, I wont call them again.

Been a fan of this place for years, from the most routine parts to the most obscure there are very few places that have the experience that this place and their team possess in their pinky. Residential, commercial parts and service, these guys do it all.
