These guys are honest, responsive, professional, and reasonably priced. Ashton came when he said he would (which was the same day), looked at the dryer, gave me an estimate, came back when the part came in, and after taking apart the dryer, realized that the dryer was in worse shape than he originally thought (basically, because we had let it go for quite a while before calling for a repair). Instead of just going through with the repair, he explained that while he can make it work for a while, there is a good chance it would break again in a few months, so I would be better off buying a new dryer than paying first for a repair and then having to buy a new dryer later anyway. This is what I call service.

Awesome, friendly, honest and quick service! A year or two ago we thought we were looking at having to replace our refrigerator and freezer unit, but Appliance Repair Burbank came out and was able to do a simple repair/part replacement for under $200. Its still working great! Today they came out to fix our washer (agitator not working) and dryer (not heating/drying). Both were fixed in less than 45 minutes- also under $200. We highly recommend them!!!

We cant believe how quickly they came out (within 2 hours!) after our phone call Monday morning about the refrigerator not being cool. On one of the hottest days of the summer...The soonest a larger appliance company placed us on their calendar was for the following Friday afternoon - and we planned on hosting a major party at our house Saturday...So needless to say, Friday was cutting it too close for our comfort. This company came out very quickly, diagnosed the problem - we needed a new fan, and had the fan we needed in their truck - so we didnt even need to wait for an order to come in...the workers were very professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. They gave us a warranty on the part installed, and were very reasonable in their charges. I would call this company again if I ever need another refrigerator repair.
