Highly recommend!!! Excellent customer service!!! My gas dryer wouldn’t heat up so I called VP Reliable after reading all reviews. I am so glad I chose this company. I really sorry about previous review! I was able to get an appointment next day, at the time slot I wanted. They took apart the dryer and found many things wrong.It will cost in parts about the same as a new dryer so I have decided to buy a new one. They gave me really good advice about how to prevent the lint from building up next time and I even got bonus advice on how to properly care for my washer. Thanks father and son team! Although I am bummed about needing a new appliance, you’ve made my day by waiving the service fee (which was cheaper than the competitors to begin with - seriously, call these guys). Thank you very much again!!!

Professional, timely, knowledgeable and honest. My refrigerator couldnt have broken at a worse time (death in the family the same week) and they were patient, understanding and accommodating (thank you Egor and Denis!). I would highly recommend them to anyone.

So this is the fourth time I have called for service from VP. I certainly wouldnt use them if they were bad. With that being said, I think they are outstanding. The prices are fair and the service is prompt. They have installed my dryer after telling me the old one wasnt worth fixing. They fixed my washer once and then when it broke again, they said buy a new one and they installed that. And today, when my heater no longer worked, they checked it and determined that it needed a new thermostat. The big thing was that they checked everything out and made sure it worked before they left. I would and have recommended them to friends. They can fix pretty much anything that breaks. :) Im happy. Thanks a lot, guys.

Vadym was great! His team was very professional and easy to schedule with. I called him originally regarding my washing machine and while he was here he also took a look at my dishwasher without charging me to do so. The service was quick and I was charged far less than what another company had quoted. His honesty and knowledge were impressive and I will not hesitate to call him again when something else comes up. Id give him more than five stars if possible.

VP Reliable went over and beyond. They showed up on time. They ran all the different tests on our refrigerator and informed us as they went along of what was going on with it. They cleaned up the area once finished. WE had experienced the other appliance repair named Reliableand it was a disaster. Do not make that mistake of using the wrong Reliable. VP Reliable is the best!! Very engaging and HONEST family (father and sons business). We rate them 10 stars!! Very pleased! We will only use VP Reliable for now on.

Technician came in to check on a non-working ice-maker for our refrigerator. He barely spoke English, mumbled a few words. He then tested the water, took out the filter and then checked the water a second time. Then he turns to us and says “change ice maker, $575.” REALLY?!? When we said we would just buy a new refrigerator, he rudely turned to us and said “$69.95.” For 5 mins of testing the water?!?This company is just completely crazy! No wonder I was discouraged from using them. Please do yourselves a favor and check some other company to get your appliances fixed.

I had an issue with my Garbage disposal at my rental condo, called VP Reliable and they came out and fixed it. No overcharging and and fair price. This is the second time using them and they are always very professional, on time and do great work. These guys are my go to for any appliance repairs. Wished I found them before, could have saved me some money instead of replacing appliances that other repair guys told me to replace. Thanks again guys!

I reached out to VP when my clothes dryer went out because they did such a fantastic job repairing and restoring my 30-year-old double oven last year. My dryer needed a whole new gas valve assembly, a part that rarely goes out on an LG. Vadym answered my email within a few minutes even though it was almost 9:00 pm and I had an appointment the very next day. This is a family business and the three technicians Ive dealt with are all courteous, very skilled and knowledgeable. Not only was my gas valve replaced but Vadym went above and beyond explaining and showing parts that were causing problem, and then even cleaned the vent all within the price I was quoted just for the valve replacement. There is a pride of workmanship with this company, they are prompt, clean, fair and honest and after two pleasant and affordable experiences, they will always be my go-to appliance repair. They came out to see my Carrier heating unit precisely the time they said they would come. I was very pleased with the service from VP Reliable Appliance Repair. They initially serviced my stove and refrigerator. I then had them back to do basic maintenance on other appliances. They are prompt and professional, with good prices. And they gave me good advice on actions I can take myself to make my appliances last longer.

They had the respect to call me before even leaving their van, despite the fact that there was activity at my home.They took their time to talk the situation through and really explain their process and give me a proper diagnosis. They do not hide behind any obscurity.Given that my furnace is at least 20 years old, they were very prepared to test all of the possible issues and were absurdly apologetic that they did not have a compatible replacement part in their van.I look forward to the follow up and a working furnace. They have my confidence.

Vadim and his son did an excellent job repairing my fireplace. They replaced main gas valve and pilot. They were prompt, courteous, honest and professional. He explained everything he did as he was doing the job. I highly recommend using their service for any of your appliance needs.

Vadym and Igor fixed our broken stove top in a couple hours at a very reasonable price, but that’s not what impressed me most. What impressed me was when the oven stopped working right after and they returned to make it right. I’m sure they had nothing to do with the oven breaking and that is was prue coincidence, but they had enough pride in their workmanship to guarantee the work just in case. Now our stove/oven works as good as the day we bought it 25 some odd years ago. Can’t beat that!

Well.. back again. This time I thought I would outsmart the system and go through my Home Warranty with American Home Warranty to fix my broken heat pump... bad mistake. After 3 weeks of coordinating they hired a despicable ac repair company with 2 reviews on yelp to come out and fix my heater. The company said my unit has to be replaced which is fine with me since warranty is paying. After another week I found out that the ac repair company will charge me an additional $1000 for redoing the hookups for the unit that is not covered by warranty (mind you the warranty company was already paying them for the installation and unit) I contacted VP reliable again and found out the $1000 quote I was given is not anywhere close to what the actual job will cost. I ended up taking the money from warranty to pay for the repair and paid it to VP reliable to replace my compressor. Now I finally have heat and NO it didnt cost me $1000 like I was quoted by the guys trying to take advantage of me.(I have the work order documented)Thanks a lot VP!

They were absolutely amazing! We recently had someone else from another company come out to take a look at our dryer. They somehow managed to make things worse. So Vadym from VP Reliable came out to take a look. He tested everything and found that the shut off valve was no longer opening. He then pointed out that replacing that would end up costing almost as much as a brand new dryer. He then told my wife and I that he was not going to charge us because he felt bad that he was unable to fix it. He wouldnt even take gas money. I felt the way I did when I finally found a legit mechanic. I would strongly recommend Ardym and his family run business.

Yesterday morning I sent a quote request through the website, as it says you can. I was specific, just need a dryer gasket replaced. The site says response time is within the hour, or same day at least, but I never got a call or email back. Will look for another appliance repair person.

Vadym and Dennis have come to our house 4 times to repair a variety of appliances--the dishwasher, the washer, the refrigerator, and the dryer--and to clean the coils on our air conditioning units. All of our experiences have been extremely positive. They show up on time, charge a fair price and do good work. With regard to the washer, Vadym even told me when it didnt make sense to spend a lot of money fixing it. He predicted the motor would go out in 6 months, and it did.

My heater broke down several months ago and I called VP Reliable Appliances based on the Yelp reviews. From the moment I met Vadim, I knew he was an honest man. He was thorough, knowledgeable and had fair prices.After my wonderful experience, I called Vadim again to repair a stove in one of the units I manage at the Americana. Again, same great experience.My AC stopped blowing cold air and of course I call Vadim. He looks at the job and the condenser needs to be replaced. Again, extremely thorough and gave me a great rate. In the middle of the job, something happens with the electrical that’s connected to the AC unit. Everything stopped working. This is where I am now a FOREVER FAN of Vadim —- not only did he and his crew work tirelessly to fix the electrical, but he also replaced the burnt out motor at no cost.It is very rare to find people in this line of work with this kind of integrity. I am so grateful to have found Vadim.Save yourself the hassle of searching for the best company because this is it!!!

When our fridge died on the July 4th weekend (naturally), we called VP for help and they were able to come out the following Tuesday morning. Worth noting that before they scheduled the appointment they made several suggestions for things I could try before they would come out and avoid a service charge.After being very impressed with how quickly they serviced and fixed the fridge (not to mention how reasonably priced it was!), I setup a follow-up appointment with them to clean our A/C system and install a new thermostat.They just finished now, and again very pleased. Spotted a part that was nearing failure during the service and replaced that, and the new thermostat is running beautifully. Great communication before and during the appointments as well, highly recommended!-----------------------------------------------------------------Over a year later the fridge is still running like a champ. Our dryer stopped working over the weekend, called Vadym and he took it apart entirely to check all the parts. Turns out it was a motor relay that was gunked up with blowback from the vent, he cleaned it up inside and now the dryer is working great. Fantastic communication and very reasonable prices as always.PS - also scheduled a vent cleaning (which isnt something they can do) with another company, need to keep our vents cleaner apparently!

My dishwasher broke and I called Vadim, as always when I have any appliance issue. He found a way to fit me into his hectic schedule and came out the very next day. He determined that the heater element had broken, also the display and computer board. He advised I buy a new dishwasher as its cheaper than having him install a new computer board $450. I went to Lowes and got a new dishwasher and had Vadim and his son come back and install the very next day. There is not a more professional and knowledgeable appliance repair technician than Vadim. He is truly exceptional and I give him my highest, highest recommendation. He is honest and amazingly fair in his pricing.

SUPER fast response and service! They came right on time. It only took them a few minutes to check what the problem was, and they had the stock I needed right with them. Vadym and his son were very nice and professional. They were very easy to reach as I called them late night the day before, and they could come immediately the very next day. Vadym taught me patiently how to restart the water heater. Theyre definitley reliable. I would recommend friends and family to VPs services for sure! The most honest trade guy I know...Weve used Vadyms services twice in the past, he fixed our kitchen aid fridge and our thermadore dishwasher so he has been on our first to call list for a while.Last night, going into one of the hottest weeks of the year, our AC unit started making odd noises and stopped working... at 10 p.m. I texted Vadym for help. Vadym was at our front door at 7:30 a.m. and by 8 a.m. our AC unit was back in working order!!!Amazing, knowledgeable and friendly service. I would highly recommend Vadym!!!
