This is the first time I used this company! My Kenmore refrigerator stopped working! My call was handled very nicely and professionally and I was able to get a repairman here within the hour. It was diagnosed quickly, unfortunately the part wasnt available the same day but they were able to get it installed the next day! I would recommend this company.
