Got me out of a Jam!My freezer was out two days ago, and I wanted to replace it but because of COVID there are no freezers available anywhere and I even checked used appliance stores.Desperate I called Viking Repair Burbank for a possible repair at about 1:30 PM and he said that he could come out the next day because he had other appointments. I told him that that would be too late. He asked if there was a lot of food in the freezer and I said yes. He told me to hold on and then told me he would be there between 3PM and 4PM.He arrived at about 3:40PM and fixed my freezer.Nice guy reasonable price and reliable. What else could you ask for?I forgot Honest!

Gregory was so professional and helpful with our refrigerator repair. They were helpful getting the repairs included under warranty with our one year old fridge. They were able to schedule the repair fast which was needed badly with a full fridge during covid. Thank you so much!!!!

Our subzero fridge froze over and tried to die on us last week but Brad came to our rescue!! Once again!! He was expeditious, friendly, professional and fixed the issue the first go round. We appreciate him coming out during these Covid virus times - donning a mask and gloves too

The appointment was made and the repairman, Sam, was punctual, professional and very friendly. He diagnosed the issue immediately and made attempts to fix my dryer even though he was pretty certain it was not fixable for a cost compared to price of new dryer. Very good company and I will use only them.

My dishwasher was not draining and I had someone from another service come who after 5 mins, insisted that we needed a new computer board for $450. I then called Viking Repair Burbank and John came and actually looked at the drain, listened to the dishwasher by lying on the floor and determined that we probably only needed a new pump. Sure enough, when he went to install the new one, he found a piece of glass that had caused the old one to stop working. Problem solved for much less. Highly recommend them - he showed up on time and got the job done. Very professional.

Kim came as scheduled and diagnosed the problem and had the part on his truck needed to fix the refrigerator / freezer in a bit more than an hour-- also diagnosed my second refrigerator and got a clogged drain cleared and back in good order.Excellent knowledge and service

Our fairly new LG Refrigerator broke and Brian at Viking Repair Burbank was able to recognize the problem, help order the part from LG over the phone and was extremely responsive throughout the process. When the part arrived, he drove it across town and stayed until 7pm fixing our refrigerator the same evening.
