We had our wedding at Klocs Grove in the garden pavilion on 9-18-21. It was everything!!! The outdoor ceremony area is beautiful. Kevin was amazing to work with and I could tell when I met him that he knew what he was doing. The food was great. I had literally nothing to worry about. They have their own DJs they work with which I preferred since it was one last person I had to hire separately. Matt was awesome and loves what he does. He took requests and had people dancing til the end. Klocs is a great value and I cant recommend them enough. They are wedding experts and we had the most perfect day!!!

This was the most amazing experience! The staff was superior, the director Kevin went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of and happy. The food fantastic!! 10 put if 10 would recommend!! Klocs made my daughters wedding perfect. Thank you and I look forward to working with you again😍😁

Kloc’s grove is the epitome of class. The people who run this establishment know what they are doing. Kevin was so extremely helpful through this tough journey. Our previous wedding venue snubbed us and Kevin was kind and knowledgeable and knew exactly how to handle everything that is thrown at him. He is amazing at what he does and klocs gave my husband and I the most amazing wedding day ever. I will forever be grateful to Kevin and the kloc familyAnd venue !!! Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful location, you will have some gorgeous pics. Watch out regarding your contract and dot you Is and cross your ts, dont leave anything to chance. Make sure the person you sign up with is the person who carries you through. I had a bit of oh, he didnt do your contract with you but that would cost more money routine then I pulled the contract and pointed. Beware. Other than that, food was good, location on point.

Great food,service.but for our East and West Seneca 50th high school reunion,talking talking talking more talking... available ice water would have been very nice.

My daughters wedding was perfect. The staff was courteous and helpful and the location was very well maintained. Kevin made it all go smooth. Im honestly not an authority, but I cant imagine anyone better than him.

Klocs is unable to provide the wedding we contracted for in 2019 and promised us a full refund of our deposit if they could not accommodate our contract number of guests due to Covid. They will now not provide that until our wedding day has passed because they believe the restrictions MAY change. I have asked them how I am supposed to plan a wedding for 175 people when that is not even permitted at this time (3 months prior) and there’s no guarantee that by our date in June 2021 this will be allowed. Klocs will now not answer any of my emails. They are in clear breach of their contract and do not care. Beware of working with this venue!

I cant say enough about my experience with Klocs. I had my wedding and reception there June 16, 2019 and it was the best day of my life. Kevin was a pleasure to work with. He made sure everything went off without a hitch. The staff was wonderful and made it easy for myself, my husband and guest to enjoy our day. The food was amazing!!! The DJ was great and the venue is beautiful. If i could give them more then 5 stars i would. Choosing to have our wedding here was the best decision we made.

Everything was perfect for my wedding something out of a fairytale! Kevin made sure that everything was exactly how I wanted it, and not a single issue arose! Except when I got sick from dehydration and heat, in which case the staff was wonderful at helping me bounce back quickly! And the DJ was phenomenal! I wish I could redo it over and over again!

Our daughter and now son in law had their wedding at Klocs last weekend and we cannot say enough about how fantastic the venue was. The food was excellent and the portions were more than we could eat.Every guest we spoke to commented how much food there was and how everything was hot. We had 200 guests and all were served timely. The bars were staffed with enough bartenders so no one had to wait for a drink.Staff was great, even served with white gloves.The outside garden area off the main room is so beautiful and was a perfect place to step outside and enjoy this special day.The owner, Joe, and the banquet manager Kevin, walked around and asked the guests how everything was.When one guest said they preferred their steak more rare they brought him out a new plate with a rare steak.We had a number of special requests and they worked with us on all of them, in person, not via email.We would highly recommend this venue for all special events - we feel like they treated us like family!Thank you so much Klocs staff for meeting our every expectation.

Been there for many banquets over the years and its always nice. Atmosphere is much nicer than it used to be and the food is still great. Breaded chicken breast is always delicious as is their salad. Our banquets are always served family style so you get plenty to eat and the place is very pretty inside and out.Just to update we attended another event here last week and the food was better than ever. Roast beef and this incredible rotisserie type chicken that was the best thing Ive ever had at Klochs. Service is great too, they are really on the ball.

We just had our wedding here (Sept 29) and what an amazing experience. Kevin was on top of everything and was a pleasure to deal with during the entire process. The food (prime rib/chicken) was delicious and everyone commented that. The hall and grounds are stunning. We hope more people we know get married here so we can go back!

My works holiday party is here every year and the food and venue are always fantastic, the bar tenders are always quick and friendly even new staff is trained very well. It says slot when a place can mass cook 200 steaks all perfectly medium as well as mine other dishes for a company party.

We had our wedding here in September and I could not be more pleased with the whole experience. The level of communication and attention to detail was outstanding. We had a couple of last-minute surprises the day of, and our coordinator Kevin handled them like a pro. To have dual-plated entrees come out timely and hot for 150 guests was incredible, I received many compliments on the food. The DJ kept our party dancing all night, and the updates to the Garden Pavilion this year were beautiful. Cannot say enough good things, wish I could re-live this day again because I wouldnt change a thing! Thank you to everyone for a wonderful day!

I have attended several weddings, mostly outside and have been great. Now I can add an event during March and the attention to details, professional and friendly staff, the indoor ballroom was beautiful. So many compliments on the food.

A wonderful place to book a wedding or special event. Atmosphere, service and food was very good.

The grounds are beyond amazing. We booked the new master grand ballroom. It is a gorgeous room! The food is amazing. We received compliments all evening & for weeks to come. But the service was what made our evening. The owner came out to check on guests & our head table. Our head table was given a tray of all the horderves passed during cocktail hour. This was really thoughtful & smart because we had not even seen nor tried them during our cocktail hour. So that was a nice surprise. Do not think twice about having your wedding here! It will be the glue that tops of an incredible & unforgettable night for you & your husband or wife.

Most amazing place. They brought out 240 steaks all at the same time and they were done perfect. Food all day was fantastic. Beautiful venue.

Very nice wedding venue. Attended wedding there. Outside ceremony under the pergola. Nice that people could sit in various areas facing ceremony...not just in the rows of chairs. Nicely landscaped. Hot passed hors Doeuvres, fruit/cheese display. Had choice of entrees; quick attentive table service. Liked the idea that the couple had chosen a pastry/cookie display for dessert instead of the usual wedding cake. Nicely air condtioned on a very hot night. Large dance floor. Good DJ. Nicely appointed reception room.

I genuinely do like it here, the atmosphere is beautiful there was enough parking for a large party. The staff that was there was extremely nice but they didnt have enough people for the amount of people we had. Many times we werent offered any hors doeuvres because they would run out or not make it to us.

Good place to have a party or wedding. The staff was nice and friendly and most of working. The food was fresh and tasty.

Very pretty and large venue. Downsides were that its pricey and there were several other events happening simultaneously. You have your own area, but noise polution and wandering drunks can happen.

Its a beautiful place lovely gardens and a great venue

Food! Location! Atmosphere! Truly memorable. The kids area was surprisingly spacious and the venue was larger than expected. There was a lot of opportunity to relax at the wedding I attended there. I dont often complain about the sound, but the dj was asked multiple times by many guests and the wedding party to turn down the music and he failed to accommodate. It discouraged dancing, the young children could not stay anywhere near the dance floor, and the seniors kept a wide birth. As a result, the large area became more of a reason to escape the sound, and the wedding lost that magic of communal space. I recommend the venue fires the dj immediately.

Everything from the,setting to the food and the catering staff.The staff was very good and moving around with the pre wedding shrimp, mushrooms and bruchetta making sure everyone had a chance to taste this great food. The cheese and food tray was very nicely displayed and there was more then enough .The food was served hot and someone came around to make sure everyone was happy with there meal. Now that has never happened at any wedding I have ever attended.Bartenders were fast and smiling and ready to make you feel comfortable to ask for suggestions on drinks.I was truly impressed on the whole venue and would recommend this place. Thanks to all who made this day special for the bride her groom and guest.

I could not be happier with the service I received from Klocs. Kevin was exremely helpful in every step of the planning process. On the day of my wedding Joe Kloc himself was running the kitchen and checking in on us throughout the evening. Their bruschetta bread and stuffed mushrooms were honestly the best Ive ever had! They even surprised us with extra hors doeuvres! The food in general was increadible. Matt, the DJ, was great at getting everyone out on the dance floor.The entire experience was wonderfully smooth, and it was a huge relief knowing that they were taking care of everything from music, to decorations (which we did provide), to catering and cutting the cake. All we had to worry about was hiring an officiant and baker. Thank you for an unforgettable night!
