This place is a hidden gem. A gorgeous venue for bridal shower, or a small wedding. Restored to its original beauty. I cannot say enough about this place!

Was there for a wedding reception and it was fantastic. The food and atmosphere were great! The guilded ceiling and restoration to this theater was done very well and with great taste. Would highly recommend for wedding receptions.

The service was great and the food was delicious! Would definitely consider having another event there!

Held our HS 50 Year Reunion on 9/27/2019 in the restored lobby, 87 people in attendance. I’ve gotten nothing but compliments since Friday for both the Venue choice and the Food and Drink. Staff was amazing, busted their butts to insure there was a steady stream of food.Appetizers and the Beef and Turkey buffet were excellent. I’m looking like a Rock Star for scheduling our event there. Highly recommend.

I was very disappointed overall in the service at the facility. My brother had his wedding at Sheas Seneca in September 2019. It is an absolutely stunning venue - beautiful inside however there were a lot of service issues that fell short. I am an event planner myself so can definitely see things that maybe not all can but I wanted to share the experience.Ceremony was beautiful - great room for it and pictures! However after the ceremony, no one was directed anywhere. The wedding planner should have been there directing people to cocktail hour but instead everyone awkwardly sat/ stood near their seats for about 10 minutes while the bridal party celebrated in the foyer area with champagne. No direction was given whatsoever.During cocktail hour, the food displays were not well kept. Food was running out and took about 15 minutes to replenish with fries/ cheese all over the buffet with no one managing the appearance of it.Bar was then closed for about an hour without warning. Those in the bridal party were not able to get drinks as they missed the majority of cocktail hour and then the bars were suddenly closed. Not sure if this was planned in advance but they should have announced it.During dinner service and throughout the entire evening, there was only one bartender on - for 160 people. Not sure what their standard is but working in the industry, its usually 1 per 75 or 100. Not 1 per 160, for a wedding... Impossible to get any drinks and there was maybe 1/4 oz. of liquor in every drink. Every time I went to the bar, I had to get three drinks because the line was so unmanageable. It was also so long and unbarring that people who cannot walk well didnt even try to go to the bar.For the bar, I believe there was supposed to be 2 bartenders on however one kept going missing. My sister actually found him in the back parking lot during the reception with a bottle of liquor and asked what he was doing with it and followed him back inside as she thought he was stealing it to put in his car but was caught.During the entire night, there were only 5 servers/ waitstaff/ bartenders total on the entire event - once again for 160 people. The servers werent the friendliest either - there were maybe 3 friendly and 2 that were miserable. At the end of the night, someone even came up to my brother and his wife and said sorry that we were shortstaffed.Not sure if people called out night of or what but I found it unbelievable that 5 people total were scheduled for that night. I understand it was a station reception however plates werent being cleared, the place looked like a mess and there was a long wait for drinks. Im also not sure what the standard is for the wedding planner to stay at that location (I personally usually stay through dinner service) but I didnt see her once after the ceremony started and there were flaws because no one was there to manage anyone.Im not sure how much of these flaws were seen by my brother and his wife as it was their day and Im sure focused on other things but I can tell you that the bar and service flaws were definitely seen by more than just me.From an event planners perspective, I had cringed at a lot of things happening night of at the venue. Though it is a beautiful venue, if youre considering hosting an event here, Id recommend you discuss your expectations upfront, see how many people they plan to have on your event and make sure they feel your event is valuable enough for them to care about.

Excellent service, friendly and very helpful event crew, very nice hors douevre spread, delish main course, buffet style. Event was in the refurbished lobby--very beautiful and unique venue.
