Yates-Astro goes above and beyond caring for our home! We have our termite warranty with Yates-Astro, so we called them because we were seeing a bunch spiders. When Yates-Astro came to inspect for spiders, the technician listened to all of my concerns, addressed them, and followed up with me to make sure I didn’t have any additional questions. He treated the outside of our home for pests, of course, and also treated the interior of our home, taking extra care where I noted there were spiders. The amount of spiders I saw dramatically decreased with just the initial treatment, and I am thankful! Yates-Astro now does routine pest control for us, and we also use their mosquito fogging service to help rid our yard of pesky mosquitoes. The mosquito fogging service made a huge difference!! The mosquitoes were gone after that treatment! The technicians who care for our home are always so polite and courteous. They are very professional and also respectful of our home. I highly recommend Yates-Astro Termite & Pest Control Services!

We started using Yates-Astro to treat the exterior of our home on Jekyll Island. We were having a lot of problems with bugs getting inside. I am happy now that there are no more critters getting inside. The best part is that they come every two months and right on time. Shawn Douglas is our technician and hes always super friendly and through. Highly recommend. Dale, the supervisor for the job at my home, was very responsive and did an excellent job of explaining what was going to be done and the warranty policy. Work was done quickly. Two different issues had to be addressed at my home and both jobs were done for more than $1000.00 less than what others quoted for just one job.

Yates is fantastic! My father in law his home was infested with roaches we called Peachtree and they would come out and spray every month but the roaches were still horrible. After 1+year I was fed up and had enough! I called Yates they were 10.00 cheaper than Peachtree and within 2 months all of the roaches were gone! The techs are so nice and friendly. I will never go with anyone else!! I love Yates Astro!

Have used Yates for 5+ years, fantastic service from 3 techs in total, then I got a new technician a few months back. The new tech is rude and does not actually spray, Yates simply sends the same tech if I call and request another. I have pests for the first time in 5 years, thanks to Yates Astro.

The people are amazing! After Hurricane Irma they offered to help my in-laws that live on St Simons with their clean up effort. A group of guys showed up ready to assist in the clean up of their home that was flooded after the Hurricane hit. They are both in their eighties and were unable to do a lot of the clean up themselves. The Yates crew has been a Godsend. They are good people so please consider them for all your pest control needs.

Yates Astro did the termite treatment while the house was being built by the builder. We then have kept up with the yearly termite warranty as it was much cheaper than finding a different company. Shortly after we added every other month pest control. Weve have very few bugs and no spiders (that Ive seen at least!). They even applied Snake Away around our house and fence at no charge after my husband was bit by a rattle snake in our yard (hes fine). We havent had any problems with them in the past year since we started a relationship with them.

This company is the best. I never see any bugs and in book that makes them the best.
