Emails to the company never cleared the problem. We were told that they would resprig, a irate and they never followed through. When I sent an email to terminate the serve and why I got an customer service unfriendly response back. Good bye Peachtree, wishing you luck!

After doing business with them for years they have completely dropped the ball when a loyal customer was most in need. I have used them at my home and a multifamily property. A month ago I would have recommended them however I am embarrassed to have to tell tenants what lack of consideration they have for them. Ill be cancelling our business contract as well as the one on my home and my mothers home thanks to the disregard they have for a loyal customer.

The lawn care division of this company as all but destroyed my yard. It has never looked worse. Their website has a portal to contact them that they never respond to. If youre looking to pour a concrete pad where your grass was, they are your company. If you want green grass, look elsewhere!!A little update, their reach out was Buddy putting a card in my door jam. No call, nothing. Once again, showing how poorly this company communication really is. They have my cell.

Very unprofessional. We contacted Peachtree Pest Control Because Of an ant problem. A guy come out to look at the situation and told us he would have a technician come and strategize a game plan. A technician finally came out but it was not the one that was assigned to us. The poor guy had no idea why he was even there. My husband had to explain everything to him. A few days after he left the ants reappeared. I contacted the office and spoke to a very rude lady which told me sorry but nothing could be done for 14 days. After having to get rude back, she said she would have someone call me. A few days later a technician came back out and sprayed again. Again a few days later more ants. I called again, and again I got the rude lady they said no one could come out for 14 days. I told her the technician told us to call if we saw any ants. She said she would have the manager give me a call which never happened. Then a few days ago someone called to confirm for a technician to come out and spray, I told her the time she gave me was not good and requested an afternoon appointment. She called me back and said an afternoon appointment was available for that day. The technician showed up early and no one was home. I told him the scheduler had change the time to an afternoon appointment he said he had no idea about it and he would try to come back, which he did not. I have emailed and requested a copy of the documents signed at the original appointment, still have not received that either.

Worst lawn pest control ever! My yard has never looked so bad. They were suppose to set up a meeting with me & they never got back with me! Worst customer service response.

There are 5 other lawns in my subdivision that are lush and beautiful and serviced by this company. For 9 months mine has looked terrible and bald and not healthy. When I talked with the manager Rick veen about finding out what the problem is before I continue to pay money he said maybe you need to find another company

Service starting in March was great, brown spots in the yard started about July in the front yard. The company told my parents it was due to the sprinkler system (which has worked great for the past 20 years), they also suggested they buy peat moss on their dime for $50, they did that but no improvement. It kept getting worse and they told my dad it was a fungus. A supervisor came out a few months later saying it was chinch bugs, by this point they have no grass their front yard is basically dirt (they sprayed for the bugs but it did not resolve it). My dad keeps calling, he has even gone up there and the manager told him he would make it his business first thing Monday morning to fix the problem.. NOTHING. Mind you my parents are hosting my sisters wedding there and cannot due to this company not maintaining the yard and NOT fixing it. You hire professionals to fix the problem and maintain your yard. The tecs are not knowledgeable and this business obviously has no pride in their work for ruining my parents yard. It would be great if this company would come and actually FIX my parents yard and do the job they were hired to do, at this point it needs to be re done. They are so professional, caring and when asked a question, they answer in a way we can understand why those bugs, rotens,insects and spiders try to invade. Oh and they do a great job of keeping our home pest free!!

For several months I have been trying to reach them regarding an error on my account. No one will return my call and the error has still not been resolved. I am looking for a new pest control company; I don’t have time for this aggravation.UPDATE: After posting my original comments, I was IMMEDIATELY contacted by the owner. I was unable to return contact to him, BUT I was subsequently contacted by the office manager. After a couple of conversations, she was able to determine what the problem was. Part of the problem was on my end and part of the problem was internal. Nevertheless, Calli was persistent in determining the problem and going above and beyond to help me. I felt valued! I am no longer looking for a new pest control company as I am staying with Peachtree. I have been using them for over 5 years and have never had a problem with the actual pest control service. I now have a direct contact line with Calli and if I ever have a problem again, I will contact her immediately. I appreciate their willingness to work with me to resolve the problem.

Best Customer Service and NO PEST – We are property managers of oceanfront vacation rental homes. We’ve tried several other pest control companies before discovering Peachtree. Our guests spend a lot of money to enjoy a nice vacation and not to be pestered either by pest or pest control companies. Peachtree is the ONLY company that works hard to work into our schedule and not the other way around, like the other companies.We recently had a bad odor from an animal that crawled under one of our vacation homes and died. Our guests were scheduled to arrive. One call to Peachtree and they made a special trip to get rid of the pest and smells before the guests arrived.While on their pest control program we have had no problems with roaches or ants. Peachtree is the best pest control company in our area. I would not hesitate to recommend them to everybody! Peachtree, thank you for your great service!

They came to my residence three different times. And still had problems “controlling” them. They still sent us to collections. We end using a different company. They came out once and that was it.

I used them for a home inspection when I bought my house a couple years ago and they were amazing and thorough! I continued to use them for my lawn care and they are so easy to work with. They’ll take time to talk with you about what’s going on with your yard as well. Very helpful!

Peachtree Pest Control is a great asset to our property. They havegreat customer service with their Reps and employees. Keith always answersour questions and is prompt to provide additional attention, if needed. Theyare also quick to come out and provide great notes for apartments. They are the best! We had renters in our residence for 4 years. The house was totally infested with roaches. Peachtree started exterminating the first week of August and the last time a saw a roach was the first week of October. I would highly recommend Peachtree!

My wife called Peachtree and spoke with Casey to setup to have someone stop by our rental property. We needed to see if our home was being infested by German roaches. Casey had their technician, Keith call me. Keith was very prompt about getting over there after we spoke. He said he would take pictures as he looked the house over. Thankfully there wasnt anything to really report so no pictures were needed. He said that he only saw one dead and no real signs of infestation, and gave me a game plan to prevent anything of that nature from starting up. Keith and Casey were both professional and understanding of our concerns. My wife and I hired Peachtree for care of our lawn because we were sold on the sales pitch that they could care for our lawn. Our security cameras picked up the service technician actually placing the stick that he treated the lawn and then going back out to his truck sitting for a minute and pulled away. When I called Peachtree I was called the liar even though I had video footage that they were presented with. I am currently looking for someone else TRUSTWORTHY!Peachtree contacted me 1 week ago saying they were going to rectify their mistake and have yet to do so. They have destroyed our lawn and seem in no hurry to fix their mistake.

Our condo used Peachtree Pest Control in Ormond Beach, FL and I called them about a problem I was having. Ed Bidault returned my call the same day and when he came to our condo to check things out he was amazing - personal and professional. I really felt like he cared about solving our problem and knew what we needed to do.We set up an appointment to treat our condo and Ed came back with Karyna (who is also amazing!). After the treatment, they even left numbers for me to call if I had any questions or problems.We have not had any other problems at all! I highly recommend Peachtree!! They care and they do the job!

They got rid of the issue I had, but damaged the paint in one of my rooms. After nearly 1 year and 8 months, and me threatening to take them to court. The issue got resolved.Prices was reasonable, but if you have an issue, good luck.

Hired on 5/30/2019 Chris ( very friendly rep) came to my house and set up a pest control service, I had an irritating fire ant problem you see, he baited some spots as a courtesy to help keep them at bay and I must admit it helped greatly, however this is where we start to fail in our business relationship🤔 Chris tells me that they would try to send out a service man to spray and officially treat the house Friday June first if they can fit me in and if not the following Monday, I get a text from him Friday morning stating that they can’t get to me today but will be in touch with me on Monday to set up a timeAnd that’s the last I heard of them until June 28 by this time me and the ants are almost like family when they did come no knock just a voicemail that I received an hr later and a sign on my door, I had enough and requested a refund after speaking to nine separate people the Vice President said he would give me my refund and at almost 10 days later still no refund. What gives peachtree I had you in Savannah for years do y’all just hate your Bryan county customers that much? You dropped the ball and I am not going to pay for something I never got.The ants say hey btw

These people are horrible.They did a terrible job with pest control and never followed up after service calls.They cost me $1100 in repairs to my irrigation system, admitted to the damage but refused to make amends and stuck me with the bill.They lie and cheat.Do yourself a favor and get anyone but them

Called this company to get information about termite treatement for my new house, and they were right on the money with their pricing! Best rates in town!

Used them for over 6 months and had nothing but problems. They would show up unannounced and only spray outside leave a note on door but want full cost. When they did schedule a day and time chances are they were gunna change it. We went threw 2 different techs and same problem. Not to mention they never managed to fix the bug issue. We canceled with them then they say we owe more money after failing to do the job they were hired for. I went with Orkin saw a huge difference in the first month would defiantly not recommend

Used this company for 6+ months. Very unhappy with the manager when I called to ask why a bait trap was in one of my attics he sad it wasnt in document, told him I saw it with my own eywe . He didnt help me at all with the concerns that I had or issues .I also was upset because I have 4 small holes where rodents may be getting in and wanted it to be replaced but when one of the employees came out he said I had no issues or openings in my attic. Had another company come out and sure enough they agreed I had 4 openings you can see ought coming in and asked why there was a bait trap inside thats a big no no because the rodent could end up anywhere in the house. Wouldnt recommend this company at all.

I had an issue with fleas in one of the rooms in my house after a room mate moved out. I tried everything to get rid of them but nothing worked. One call was all it took and they gave me a warranty on it! I haven’t had any issues since!
