Allgood has been my pest control company since 2014. I even moved away and came back two years later, and I went back with them despite other options.Our service technician, Dave, is like family, even though we only see him quarterly. Always on time, always pleasant and knowledgeable. Rarely have I needed a service call between quarterly preventative treatments, but when I have, Allgood was here within days and solved the problem right away.The pricing is also spot on for the service provided, and you can even pay the year in advance if you are able to (which came in handy one year for me). The office is also a pleasant experience with easy to talk to representatives and a pleasant disposition.Overall, the experience has been superlative. Techs are knowledgeable and personable, office staff are pleasant and helpful, and the service itself works. I would absolutely - and have - recommend Allgood for your pest control needs.

It was a very professional encounter with the inspector Adam. It concerned stinging insects. He took interest in the situation and all aspects of my concern. Afterwards he took further steps to ensure my satisfaction and had a technician Jonathan Thomas come by and also give his analysis on the situation. He assured me of his perspective on the matter, and it will be fine and explained what I needed to know. He left a business card and to call if I needed him to return. He showed up within minutes after Adam left. That shows great service and concern for a client.

We have been using Allgood for many years and have always been very satisfied. When we sold our home, they made it very easy to transfer everything to the new owners and we use them for our new home. I love for Jimbo to do our inspection because he is so thorough. I highly recommend Allgood Pest Solutions!

Fantastic customer service! Cannot say enough good things about this company. Have had a great experience with them over the past year with both termite and quarterly pest control. The techs are always so courteous and go above and beyond to help. This mentality must come from the top, as it has been evident to me in both the office and field staff. Keep up the great work!

We had issues with roof rats. Within 24 hrs of my call to Allgood, they came out, inspected our attic and building perimeter for entry areas. Within 24 hrs we received a call to schedule the appointment to seal the gaps they found. Within 48 hrs from our original call for help we were sealed. Everyone we worked with was prompt, professional and friendly.

Weve had Allgood Pest Solutions caring for our pest problems since 2011 when we purchased our home. The service tech, David, is ALWAYS on time and extremely thorough. If we have any issues they will come back out in between and take care of them. Not that we ever had because Ive only seen less than a handful of bugs come in the house over 8 years.. Im really impressed.

The Allgood tech comes on time and is thorough. Occasionally we will find bugs but they are dead, and that is the way we like our bugs! If I were new to the area I would employ Allgood for pest solutions, inside and out.

I have been a customer of All Goods for over 15 years. I trust All Good with my pest control needs and enjoy seeing and talking to my tech when he comes out. Last summer I thought I could trust them with my lawn control. I was very wrong. They killed my lawn ! I spoke to upper management . They came out. Didnt own it at first and then came out and put in a few squares of sod, that died. I spoke to and met with them numerous times all very friendly, keeping my cool. All the while they are sending me the bill for the dead lawn that I was not paying. I was paying for my pest control. This obviously got the billing department confused. The monies I was sending was not getting posted to the right accounts. Than I start getting all these bills that were highlighted severely past due. OK now Im mad. Im blessed to be able to pay my bills on time and this situation doesnt set right with me. I havent seen a lawn person or heard from anyone about my grass until a couple of months back a nice tech calls me tells me he is going to plant some rye grass. Good. I seen the tech once after that and that was it. Some of original grass has come back due to my efforts.Now we are at present time. I get 2 bills in the mail today all highlighted again and with copies of my signed invoices. Now I am very upset. My tech was out a few weeks back and I paid what he told me was due. I went up to the office to get this straightened out. I tell the lady why I was there and that I didnt appreciate them sending me all this stuff. No apology, nothing. She tells me when I paid and did not pay all sporadic dates. She tells me Bill told her to do away with the lawn care bill, I guess instead of making my lawn right, and there is still a balance that she gave me which I told her I was going to pay today. I told her to cancel my pest control. She canceled them with no hesitation, no questions of why or anything. I have been a customer for nearly 2 decades and thats all I get. I still have 2 termite bonds with All good, that are paid in full, only because I dont want to put my homes at risk. All this came about because I trusted All Good with my lawn. I am very disappointed and upset. All Good should be embarrassed because things are not all good but they got their 802 dollars

This company has major internal problems. They are using systems for invoicing, appointments, etc. that do not work for the customers.For whatever reasons, none of their systems communicate with each other. I asked them to please schedule all appointments with me personally before coming to spray our home.Twice, a tech showed up BANGING on our door without an appointment being scheduled ahead of time. He sprays the outside of our home and then bangs on every single door of the house trying to get inside to spray. It’s pretty alarming if you are not expecting someone at your door.I complained both times. The second time, I finally got in touch with the owner of the company, who promised that he would remove the charge for the last service.A week later, I get an invoice via email and then a few days after that, the same invoice comes in the mail.I think that the owner does not personally know how to use any of these systems, nor does he follow up to ensure his promises are being fulfilled. We have cancelled our service and will use someone else in the future.

I scheduled an inspection at my elderly moms house for a bug issue. When I called Allgood, they listed a wide variety of culprits -- and they advised that an inspection was necessary. I agreed and set up a day and time for the inspection. However, they waited until the day before the appointment and called my mom to cancel the inspection, claiming, they dont treat that issue..... Yet, Im puzzled as to how they knew what exactly the issue was without doing an inspection. It was very strange and unprofessional.I got a second opinion from another pest control company and they advised that any company worth their salt ought to be able to handle the problem or at least help identify someone who can. It seems that Allgood was just too busy.Allgood does not seem to value your business or time. They wait until the last minute to blow off potential customers and dont acknowledge reviews. If theyre this bad to new clients, I can only imagine the quality of their work. I suggest saving your time and looking elsewhere.

Pest control technicians are very good and do a good job. The frunstrating part of dealing with Allgood is the central phone answering system where your calls go to a call center, not your local Allgood office. Since the person at the call center has no idea where you are calling from or who you are, they have to ask you several questions before you can begin to request assistance or resolve an issue. On my last call, I asked for an additional pest control treatment as we had noticed several roaches in our home. We usually dont see any as we get quarterly treatments. I was told, No, that the staff was too busy to come out in the next few days. The local office staff would have made arrangements for a re-treatmemt. On the next scheduled treatment, I told the technician what happened. He said, he would have made time if he had known about my request. Dealing with the call center is frustrating.

Ive been using Allgood since I bought my home in 2010. The previous owners also used them. I love that they always arrive when they say they will and are able to work around my schedule. The representatives are very courteous and do a thorough inspection. I wouldnt go with any other company!

I paid for termite service at my home annually and for for 20 months no one from Allgood ever checked on the termite traps at my home. When I discovered this I called Allgood. The manager, Bill, apologized, assured me that this is not how Allgood does business and promised to refund the money for one years termite service since I received no service. I agreed if Bill did that, I would continue my termite and quarterly bug service with Allgood. That was a month ago and still no refund. I called a week ago and records show I am to get a refund. Where is it? I called Bill two days ago, left a message asking about the refund and requesting a call back. Nothing! This apparently is Allgoods customer service.

I liked the young guys working hard that came to my house for skeeter control. However, having been with Allgood OVER a year, theyve had OVER half the appointments either screwed up, me not being notified but placed on a schedule without my knowledge or wrong appointment date given to me. Ive given up and prefer now to go to another company. The fellas that worked my large yard were always very professional and I feel kinda bad they gotta work for this company. Always some kind of manager would then contact me, BUT NOTHINGS REALLY RESOLVED! I wasted a 1/2 day waiting when I was told I had an appt at 11. When I called, I was told the new person that scheduled me made an error. Not the 1st time I heard that excuse. Its true...theres a real gap in communications in this company, unbelievable. So now I gotta shop around. Shame on ownership and management for NOT getting things under control.PLEASE-ownership & management: I really dont want to hear from you anymore...nothing is ever settled and everything Im told rarely came true.Deb D.

Nothing but professionals! We have been using these folks for more than 10 years now. Absolutely no issues. They are always willing to work with our schedule, and I am extremely comfortable with them around my family when I am unable to be there. Their technicians have always been clean cut and are very knowledgeable. The technicians that come out for our inspections have provided several solid recommendations for my property to help with pest control that they obviously do not profit from. We would highly recommend them for your pest control needs.

Their technician was patiently trying to locate digging and cleaning each termites traps on a hot day and gnats are out there, when he was done its All Good no termites!!
