I found out I had termites in my living room wall and called them on Monday to get it treated, They said they would come on Thursday at noon. Tuesday I spoke with them and found out for some reason my account wasnt renewed, some computer issue, but he said they would treat it anyways. He (Phillip) showed up right on time and gave me the run down on my problem. I have voids under my foundation (he found that out when he was drilling it to pump in the bug killer) which is causing cracks. He treated it, with no charge, and informed me of my options for renewal of service with no pressure of paying on the spot. These guys are always helpful and never leave me dissapointed or regretful.
