Great service. The technician Mr Adams explained to us every steps; gave a lot of advice. Highly recommend to everyone who needs pest control and prevention services.

They perform the extremely bare minimum. They aren’t looking for issues they’re supposed to be preventing. You have to point it out and then they address it. But you’d have to walk around with them because they won’t even go around the house unless you’re following them and pointing out the issues. Poor quality.

I was simply amazed at the professionalism of the young man that did my home inspection. Dylan was so knowledgeable and helpful. He was very courteous and kind! I highly recommend Dylan to get the job done!

The representative was courteous and knowledgeable. He arrived and explained what he would be doing for the two properties and performed his work expertly. This is his second visit and his work speaks for itself. Immediately we saw the wildlife that is all around us not encroach into the places they had before. Top marks on this wonderful employee and company. Orkin - from the first touch when I called their call center - had 5 Star concierge level customer service. I did not start with this company, I used someone else first. When that proved to be less than par (that company did not clean up after themselves, left dripped spray on the walls, left paperwork out for next guest to see) I then went back to Orkin simply based on the fact that EVERYONE from the call center rep in Atlanta to the customer service coordinator knew wayyyyy more than anyone about the pest business. Seriously, I cannot say enough about the fact that as a remote vacation rental owner, I depend on others to run my business and THEIR expertise makes me money or costs me money. I care a great deal about my guests, and I want this situation to go away - Orkin’s service and follow up is giving me more peace of mind than I’ve had in three weeks. Call Orkin if you want the issue resolved, that’s all I have to say.

The Orkin staff is always extremely professional and handles all of my pest control needs. They are extremely knowledgeable, and take the time to explain to you both what they find and how they are going about fixing the issue - mine being ants in my yard and sometimes in my house. Their mosquito treatments are also one of the ONLY services Ive had to actually help minimize any mosquitos, which, considering the area, is amazing. Give them a call and give them a chance to handle your pest control needs - youll never call anyone else.

I gave them a 1 now they get a 5 after back n fourth the manager personally came out and found out the way we need it sprayed now I finally have 0 mosquitoes. They went above and beyond to help me definitely recommend

Emily has been great technician. Very professional and doesnt get annoyed like some people would when they have a 3 and 4 year old talking and asking questions.

We tried to fight fleas inside our home, on our own, for about a month (courtesy of our two pups who live outside). It was a roller coaster!! We finally chocked it up and called Orkin. They sent someone (Heather) from the Brunswick branch within 48 hours to treat the house and I haven’t seen another flea inside since. Of course, we took care of the flea problem on our fur girls and their living space at the same time. They even sent an inspector out to make sure we didn’t have fleas under the house as part of the treatment! We had the follow up visit this morning and they sprayed a mild mix, just in case, because we have a 6 month old and we were getting packed to go out of town. Our whole experience has been a 10/10 and I would highly recommend using Orkin!!
