Jimmys was recommended by a friend.. I needed a Barber to cut my neckline, it is a natural DA and not everyone can cut them. I am a retired Cosmetologist, so picky. Vicky did a great job, she is a Master Barber but they have both Barbers and Stylists. Super friendly, happy to help and waited less than 5 min.

Vicki is my Barber and I always return for great haircut and pleasant conversation.

My son got a haircut. I asked for scissors only since the buzzer scares him. The stylist did a pretty good job all things considered. She did a great job talking to him to make him comfortable and happy.

This barber shop did a really good job. Not perfect, but really good. After getting home we had to fix some of our daughters hair but overall no complaints. We will use this shop again as they do a good job and listen to their clients. This was our first experience with them and maybe we werent clear on exactly what we wanted but next time we will be more precise.

I’ve been everywhere in and around Brunswick, looking for a decent and affordable haircut. I’m a simple guy, with no special or extra ordinary style requirements. In fact as a chef, I wear a ball cap 80% of the time, so if I do have a style, I’m fairly unaware of it. Today I found Jimmy’s, and the only place in Brunswick GA, that I’ll ever get a haircut again. Great people, great value, and an overall pleasant experience. Wish I had found this gem, sooner!!! Thanks again!!

I would highly recommend Tonya at Jimmys. I have short thick hair and she did an excellent job with the cut I was so pleased with the cut I went back for a color the next week. Tonya is super!

Felt they rushed thru the haircut, didnt line up my forehead at all.. The shave was not as good as I liked got my lines are not straight and ones thicker then the other...

Very professional stylists. A clean and very pleasant atmosphere .My family and I always go here to get our hair done. They are very patient with children as well. I have two autistic boys who never liked getting their hair cut, but after taking them here they now get excited to go and get a haircut. There has never been a long wait when we go either. I would definitely recommend this hair salon.

Great haircut

As a gentleman that has fussy curly hair, I have had problems finding a barber that knows how to cut my hair without making me look like a little kid or a circus freak. I was very happy to find that Mr. Mixon, a resident barber at this establishment, is from the old school of barbers and listened to what a wanted and performed his task admirably and with great skill. The environment is clean, warm, and inviting. Though they were very busy, every greeted me when I walked in. The pricing is a little on the moderate side $20 for a mans haircut, but well worth it.

Stepahanie is amazing!!! If you want something cool and different she is down for trying it. Or if you just want a simple hair cut she can handle that as well.

Came here for my son on the recommendation to see Gary. My son (who is 5) has had several cuts a chain place locally with no consistency and never seeming to get done what I wanted for him (a hard part). Gary fixed his hair and gave him the part with no problem. Will be going back again!

Mr. Jimmy today was my first time at your shop. My daughter and I both got our hair cut. The ladies there are awsome. They did an amazing job on my daughter and the smile on her face when she saw the final results was awsome. Mine also turned out great. My daughter mentioned how the lady made her feel comfortable by talking to her and telling her about her upcoming of going to middle school. Again, great place.

Good Haircut exactly how I wanted it

They gave my son the WORST haircut I have ever seen. It looks like a blind person took a chainsaw to the edges of his hair. Lucky for them, I wasnt present for this hack job. I would never have paid someone for the haircut he received.

Apparently the one guy James is pretty good but the older gentleman and lady were horrible. My one friends fade was crazy looking and what I asked my barber for I just never even got. Asked for a medium fade and a line up and the guy just went over the whole head with a 1 and lined up the one section of my beard and back of my head. I saw the line up and didnt even remind him of what I asked for and just cut my losses and politely left.

Karen is the best in town. One Saturday was so busy she stayed past closing time just so she could squeeze me in. I don’t trust anyone else to touch my hair.
