My son, 4, went in almost two weeks ago to get his hair cut. The stylist trimmed and thinned the back of his hair fine. But left the front, the part sticking in his eyes and one of the major reasons he went in for the cut, completely untouched along with the left front of his hair twice as long as the other side.Fast forward to today. His dad took him in AGAIN to get the front trimmed, maybe a half inch at the most, along with the left front trimmed. The woman cut my sons hair in a freaking bowl cut on the front, taking at least two inches off. It looks completely ridiculous. His dad didnt say anything at the moment because he didnt want our son to be upset about it. But whoever cut the little boy in a blue collared shirt today should be ashamed of themselves. His dad said you acted annoyed and even said you stated that you did what you had to do. You didnt even cut his hair with his natural part! You butchered it. You should not be allowed to cut childrens hair at all. And FYI my son has school picture day in three days. So thanks so much for ruining that. You should quit cutting hair if youre going to allow your emotions to mess up your job.

I always enjoy going to this location. They are always friendly and very professional. On my last visit, my stylist was Tiffany, and she did an excellent job. The store was swamped with customers on the Sunday I went, but checking in online made it easy since I could wait at home until my turn, and the line moved quickly. Keep up the good work!

Made an appointment online that their website said they would be available but when we got there and checked in the lady rudely said the wait is over 30 mins. Not only that but had nowhere for us to sit. And continued to tell everyone else walking in without an appointment the wait would be 30 mins . So why not schedule the appointment 30 mins later.!? Very poor customer service.

Maggie was Amazing! My 9 year old had super shaggy hair that he was afraid to part with... After all was done he is all smiles. Definitely will bring in my other 3 sons here. Only need to find an awesome beautician for my daughter and I now;).

First time visiting Sport Clips. This is a Great Clips with a TV and a few sports banners that charges $8.00 more for a basic haircut. Nothing more.

My wife took my 4-year-old son to get fade haircut. He got a haircut and she sent me a picture of it literally no fade and I said it looked pretty bad and was not how he usually gets it. I asked her to bring him back up there no prob lem to see if they cant touch it up a little bit and they told her that they gave him exactly what she wanted and that would be a full charge for a whole nother haircut. absolutely unbelievable when youre paying over $20 for a haircut on my four-year-old son You cant touch above his ears to give him more to give him more of a fade! This was directly from the manager of this establishment

If you want to be pampered get the MVP treatment. Well worth the money. If you just want a haircut go to a barber. If you want to feel special go to Sports Clips!

I have never received a bad haircut at Sport Clips, but I wanted to say that I especially love having Tiffany cut my hair. It is no exaggeration to say that she has given me some of the best haircuts of my life.

Despite the computer system deleting mine and several other customers check ins resulting in a wait time of an hour over my schedule time the staff took it in stride and were able to get me in very quickly. I can honestly say had it not been for their quick action to resolve the situation I would never return to Sport Clips again. As I said I wasnt the only person incredibly inconvenienced.They were very helpful. Staff like this should be commended.

The owner and all the stylists are very friendly and professional. Yes there is a wait sometimes but it is well worth it. I am satisfied each time I leave no matter who cuts my hair. 5 thumbs up!

Its been years since Ive had a haircut of the quality I received from Sport Clips in Brunswick, Ga. I got to the store later than I would have liked nearing 7, they were packed and I was expecting to receive a sub par experience because of that but I got quite a surprise in the professionalism and amazing haircut. This place will have my continued business and that of many of my friends and any stranger alike looking for a suggested high quality atmosphere and high quality cut. Im excited to have my haircut on a regular basis again not only for the sake of cleaning my mop of hair semi regularly.

My daughter received her 1st and now her 2nd hair cut with the ladies and Im so pleased each time we leave. They are so patient and professional with her and really make us feel comfortable Everytime.

Angie was great and took care of me. As it was my first time there, she explained what was included in the MVP package and definitely gave me a wonderful experience. I had a fairly difficult request on my haircut and she pulled it off with the best of her abilities and she did a great job. Although I do wish there were more intricate options like a line up or skin fades available with all barbers, I’m overly pleased with my experience and hair cut I will definitely be coming back for future haircuts. Angie is my new favorite barber 😃

Sometimes there is a wait, because of so many clients wanting their haircut at one-time. However, Tiffany and the test of the employees are always very professional and kind. Tiffany always does a fantastic cut on my son’s hair. He has been coming to her for 3 yrs! The ship is always clean as well. It is a little pricy for a 15 yr old boy hair cut, but me and my son like Tiffany and the service he gets!

The haircut was great and the atmosphere was outstanding. However I wanted just a haircut and while the woman cutting my hair was good she charged me for the *upgrade* MVP instead of the regular haircut. Normally wouldn’t care but the average customer should be wary of the upsells and the downright criminal aspects of the charging at this establishment. Again service was great and the haircut was fine. Just double check your charges prior to paying. I didn’t and only realized it later.

Great stylist who help me decide on a haircut. Hated they couldn’t trim my beard but understand with the covid-19 problem. Was a 2 hour wait but with online check in was able to handle other errands and make it to my appointment on time with a one minute wait once I got to the store. All in all a great experience.

My experience was great but I had my son with me and he was outside for 45 minutes or more and a lot of people came in after us they all got in before he was called so we finally just left and I was the only one that got a haircut and after we got home he finally got a text so he wasn’t able to get a haircut so in that stand point we would have had a better day if both of us got in so at this time I’m not satisfied with your hair salon

Logged onto their app, which showed no waiting time. I made an appointment and from the BBT bank (in their parking lot) to the store there was suddenly a 45 min wait.

Showed up 10 minutes before closing with a 3 year old boy that needed a hair cut in a bad way. The staff was more than willing to get us in and the was so nice. Ms. Nykki was awesome and was so good with our little boy. We will be back.

Stylists clearly have no sense of urgency or time management. We had checked in online 10 minutes before arriving, and at that time it had an estimate of a 14 minute wait. We sat, up next for a hair cut, for 25 minutes. During that time, one of the stylists finished a hair cut for another customer, and then started just seemingly wandering around the store, including out to her car (so she passed by the three customers waiting twice and didnt acknowledge any of us). Dont go here if youre under any kind of time crunch at all.

Great place love the environment and the people are friendly. The only issue was the actual haircut. Hairline was off, fade was done below average to what I’m use to with black barbers. I saw countless people leave with decent cuts, but when it comes to black male hair do not come here. They lack experience and technique when it comes to this. Everything else I think they do quite well. If you are a black male and need a quick below average haircut, by all means go here but if you can help it just find a black barber who knows how our hair works.

Had a great first time experience. Just wanted too take time with my 16 year old son too get away from life, connect and enjoy ourselves. Sport clips was the perfect place. We will be making this a monthly routine. Lunch and a trip too the barber shop. I Know i won some serious dad points!!!!!

We never had a problems until yesterday day when the girl didn’t listen to us and instead read a piece of paper which clearly wasn’t my sons. I took him there to cheer him up and instead ruined the whole day and the next month until it grows out. He cried and I cried. I feel terrible I turned my head for a second and his bangs were gone! As I’m writing this at 2am because I can’t sleep over the guilt, I can confidently say we will never return.

As usual, Tiffany took control of my mop of hair. She cut and washed my hair giving me the Sports Clips MVP treatment and I came out of there back in super stud mode! Go see Tiffany. Shes easy to talk to if you dont know exactly what you want done. She even offers suggestions or options when she thinks something might make you look or feel better. Tiffany is the Super Fly McBomb of hair care! You cant go wrong with her. Ask Tiffany about that Tea Tree shampoo. They sell it in the shop. That shampoo literally makes your head tingle.

Karen is a delightful barber to talk to and does great work! Would highly recommend this location and all of their barbers. Would suggest using online check-in because it can get very busy at times and just walking in could leave you waiting a while.

Honestly, this was one of the best places I have been for a haircut so far. They took me and my 2 year old son and got us right in. They knew what they were doing and cut our hair just as we asked. Very hard to find a place that will do good on a toddler and an adult. Staff were very friendly and the environment was great! We will be back for our next cut!

My haircut was fine, but my 13 month old son not so much. They cut his ear twice and went shorter than we wanted. Was unable to stop her because she was moving so fast that the damage was done before we had a chance.

I signed in and waited for an hour and a half. I never recieved an email stating a wait time. I finally asked an employee what the wait time was. She responed it would be over another 2 Hours. Went next door to super cuts as a walk in and got a cut within 30 minutes. One hour and a half of my life i wont get back.

This is the first time ever that I didn’t get offered a wash or and didn’t style my hair. She did a good job a cutting my hair. But I really needed it washed and styled.

If you think a great night out is a trip to Hooters and you buy your clothing at Target and Old Navy- this is the place for you. Although, licensed, do not expect your hair-stylist to know their way around a pair of scissors, or your head. This is strictly a clip joint. Your hair will be cut with an electric razor that has interchangeable heads which correspond to different lengths of hair which will remain on your head. If cutting your hair is just a chore to be dispensed with and you wish to pass the time by having an attractive woman do this while you watch sports on TV- America has provided just such a place.

Not a very good fade. Was in too big of a hurry to take the time and make sure that I had no lines from fading.

The stars would be for a fast call in to the cutting chair. That was great, but as far as the hair cut. The ladie that cut my hair was more into her conversation with another stylist than into cutting my hair. The light in the establishment was low and it made it hard to spot any issues with the cut. Once I arrived at my home I was able to see that it was a mediocre haircut. Uneven all around. I guess that conversation between coworkers is more important.

This is a great team and they work well together. They have now added what appears to be a cell phone check-in which should make wait times more convenient period for me the customers showed up late which move those waiting towards the front.
