Very friendly! My nails look great! They were joking with my 2 year old trying to helpkeep her happy! Ill definitely be going back!UPDATE!!I’ve been going here for months now and my nails always look great! I can go every three weeks with no issues or lifting! You’ll never be disappointed! They are all wonderful friendly people.

Worst nail experience! Nails are see thru was told it needed a base coat first. Ok why didnt he do that?? Left my hands looking a mess. Was so rude and unprofessional. $42 waisted but I know not to go back!!

I now have to have toe surgery due to your lack of cleanliness to your tools and I was told Im not the only one you guys done this too. Im in excruciating pain and severely infected.

My friend & I came in for full acrylic nail sets & were ripped off. This is one of those salons that say a full set is $25 & charges you $40 when youre done. My friend picked out a non gel nail color, the tech lied saying it will chip & peel. I told him that thats not true & he argued with me. Then he showed her a gel polish that was similar in color so she said ok. What he didnt say, was that her nails will cost more as a result ($40 instead of$25). As for my nails, I opted for pre decorated tips filed into a coffin shape, he said the shape wouldnt work & that the decorated tips cost $45. My nails are cloudy & look like surf boards & were $50. I will never return here & will tell any & everyone to stay away.

Best nail place ever!

I just went today around 3 and I have never been before. I got all my nails painted black and one naul on each hand marbled. It looks great and the 12 year old kid that done the marble is super talented!!!! The inly reason Im giving it a 4 instead of a 5 is because my top is peeling off on a few finger nails. I will most certainly go back in two weeks though.

I got a birthday pedi for my 8 year old daughter and it turned out great! The staff was really kind and the place was clean.

Ive been getting my nails done for 30 plus years and I would like to say that this place was absolutely terrific they have the best nails they stayed on for 6 weeks. I did not have to refill them they were awesome. 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Very friendly employees from the first moment we walked in. Awesome job on my acrylic nails with gel paint. The man was joking and humerus while working on my nails. Im very pleased with the out come. Even my husband said this was the best he has ever seen my nails look.An over all great experience!

This place is amazing I had originally got my nails done at the elite nail bar in the Pinnacle and they messed them up really bad but I came to jnails and they fixed them there prices are reasonable and they are just all around the best. If your going to get your nails done with highly recommend coming here!

My daughter took me to get my nails done for the very First time and it was awesome.... They done a really great job and were very patient considering I couldnt make up my mind on color.

I honestly went at a time when they werent busy; but they still tended to me within a reasonable time. I didnt even wait 5 minutes and they already got me to sit in the chair and massaging my legs and doing my feet. The prices are very reasonable and its small and family-owned. It is not that hard to find

J has been doing my nails for years. Moved three years ago and finally moved back. And he remembers me like it was yesterday. I don’t even have to tell him how I want them. He always remembers’s how I want them. He is amazing. And his family is too! I will always get my nails done here when I come home!

For the most part if the man doesnt know you hes rude! The woman is sweet and always does good work! I just dont understand how someone can walk into your shop religiously every 2 weeks for 3 month and you dont speak to her unless its what she needs or payment!! I just want to find a nail home and frustrated that this place isnt it!

Wonderful place to go to get your nails done is Bristol! I am SUPER picky about my nails, and I have never once had a complaint! My nails always look flawless and everyone is always super nice! If you are looking for a place to go in Bristol, look no further! They are awesome!!

They close at 8pm I called 5 mins b4 6pm told them we was almost there for wife to get her nails done. We walked in at 6pm and they said they are finishing their last customer and cant do her nails cause their closing but on the front door clearly says 8pm. Very unprofessional. Will never try this place again

After I completely jacked my nails up..I ran into this store about 30 minutes before closing time and needed a gel fill in, the guy did make fun of what I did a little but I was ok with that because its his trade, not mine...needless to say he did a much better job on my nails than the actual place I had been going to for the past year! I will return

The nail salon was very affordable and reasonably priced but the guy doing the nails did not pay much attention to detail. Store hours are up to date now.

The one that did my nails kept saying rude comments about how bad my nails looked...I know that was why I went to get them done. He didnt have to make me feel horrible about myself literally the whole time he did my nails. I will never even walk back in because of the horrible experience!

I left almost immediately! The entire family was rude. The mom spoke English that was unintelligible. When I asked what shed said, her husband screamed at me in an extremely rude and condescending tone. The son even got into the mess.

I ended up with ingrown toenails after my pedi here. Wont go back.
