Since I moved here, American Nails is the BEST! I will never go anywhere else.

Peaceful relaxing experience. Owner is a perfectionist and crafty in her skill.

I got my nails done here many times and I’ve switched to TIP TOP NAILS they are amazing and actually do coffin right American nails made my nails crooked and messy and some were long and some were longer than other nails and she messed up three times and kept taking the polish off and putting it back on

First time coming here, and it was a great place. She took her time on me and did an amazing job and prices are so much better than other places I’ve gone too! Definitely will be coming here from now on!

I had a long wait. There was only one person working. It was so worth the wait. My nails came out beautiful. She did them exactly the way I wanted them done. I would highly recomend her.

Employees at this place are incredibly rude. My wife went it there to get her mom a gift card for mother’s day. Everyone saw her and she stood there for 15 minutes why they all ignored her and didn’t even say hello or ask what she wanted. Finally she said excuse me I need help and still nothing they just talked to each other in Spanish and continued to ignore her. Finally she just walked out and spent her money at a different place. I guess the prices are so good because the customer service is non-existent and employees are rude. Will tell everyone I know to never go there again and find a nail salon with helpful and nice staff. What a joke.

I just moved to Connecticut, and was looking for a salon to go to regularly. I went into American Nails. There was one employee, and she was with a customer. There was no one else in the building. I sat to wait my turn. Almost an hour and a half later, I had still never been acknowledged or spoken to, and was still waiting. I left.

Was just there back in June, going back again next week. Very satisfied with my pedicures they do a great job!!!!!

I used to come here a lot then stopped. But decided to go back because I usually had a good experience. NO! They botch your nails and when u say something they ignore it or act like they fix it. I don’t recommend

She does amazing eyebrows at pretty much the fairest price ive seen around. Always really nice. I reccomend making an appointment since she is the sole proprietor of the buisness, and you might have to eait a bit other wise.
