So happy with my mani-pedi! Marvin did a great job on both! He even did an extra coat of the pink on my nails because I like a more opaque look on my French manicure. My previous manicure was grown out and my nails were super long and he cut them back to exactly the length I wanted and got the tips perfect!! I will be back for sure! Very friendly and professional place and very clean. Glad I found them.

Tain I believe was the name of the guy who did my nails and I explained what I wanted he proceeded to do a completely different set, once my set that I actually wanted was done I paid for two of us which totaled over $100 and I tipped $40!!!! Then not even 4 hours later my gel acrylics are RIPPING OFF! I have never been more mad and hurt at the same time! My nails are loose and the paint is sloppy, each one of my nails are glued to my skin. After this nail is fixed we wont be back!

I called at 9:36 am to RESERVE an appointment at 11:30 am on 08/09/21 … when arrived was instructed to “sign-in” ok I signed in at 11:31 and noticed there was appropriately 5 people ahead of me; I decided to just leave within 10 mins due to one girl stating she had been waiting almost 2 hours and was still waiting. And to think 5 people in front of me with more than 2 hours wait with supposedly an appointment at 11:30 … hummm NO. Went somewhere else and was in and out in 39 mins and no waiting. Will not think about this place again had “XXX” off my list permanently.

Great experience. This place is top notch. They took great care with my nails and for race day painted a checkered flag on one nail. If I lived here I’d be a regular. Great job!!

18 yr old Daughter went in for a fill in on her nails today. Asked for the acrylic fill in with regular polish. She was way over charged and charged every extra charge that could be charged. Even charged gel polish when she wanted regular polish. Charged $52 for a basic fill in, added $7 for length (normal length these days), $10 for 4 hearts. she could have had a full set put on with all this for $40 according to the prices listed on their pricing sheet. The price sheet does not explain extra cost and the technician never told her the charges.. just used opportunity to nickel and dime her. I will dispute with credit card company because nail technician told me it is what it is and they would not adjust anything! Very rude and unprofessional. Be aware of over charging and extra fees.

Went for a color change and fill in. LOVE my nails. Tammy took her time, but was efficient. Nails are perfect. I will not got anywhere else.

I went here after reading some good reviews and I think I may have just gotten an unskilled manicurist. His name was Tein. He was nice and very gentle, but the acrylic is very thick and lumpy, also, the tops of my nails are uneven. Its been awhile since I had my nails done and I was excited to treat myself, but ended up disappointed. Im not saying to not go to this place, because others seem to do a good job, maybe just avoid Tein. He needs more practice. On the plus side, the color is beautiful.

I made a 5:30pm appointment. At 6pm the guy says tammy shouldnt be much longer at 6:20pm he says she has two other people to do it will be a while and my appointment was 12:30pm not 5:30. This is wrong. Every visit you wait. Appointment or not. There so worried about the mask but uncleanshop. The waiting spot is always dirt. Two dirty foot massagers taking up two spaces to sit that nobody would dare use they are so unclean. I went another time with 5 girls to get pedicures. 2hrs later, nobody said a word to us so we went someplace else. Just over and over bad experience. Do not recommend.

I just got nails done 9hrs ago and they are horrible...uneven, lumpy and already look like they should be filled in. got acrylic full set with gel polish and was 40 bucks....My mom got solar nails and thing is that they are the same as acrylic. A powder and liqued is acrylic. Anyhow they are expensive and did a horrible job...My moms turned out ok but they were different sizes. The staff is very friendly but not so good at doing the nails we got today.They are also way to thick. I dont usually have nails and i thought they looked nice before i left but the more i looked i seen how wide and uneven..

I went here to get my nails done on the day of my best friends funeral my fingernails were very long and she asked me if I would like them cut down a little I said yes she cut my fingernails so far down did she could barely get the clippers between the nail and the fingertip so not only do I have to go through this day that I’m sure I will not even make it through but now I have no fingernails whatsoever I walked out without even getting them painted I will never ever go here again what a horrible experience 😩😡😭

First time goin was yesterday and I gotta say its the best salon Ive been to in this area! My nails and toes are perfect I absolutely LOVE THEM!! The staff was nice the place was clean and they was really prepared to open back up with all precautions! Even tho they was so busy they still got everyone in an out in a timely manner! I love coming here especially after a stressful day. I come out feeling like a new person. Everything is very clean which is important with all this COVID stuff. The tools they use come out of a sterilized pack and they keep curtains and glass between everyone so there is limited contact. My nails always look amazing when im finished and I highly recommend with a pedicure ask for the chocolate love. You will walk out smelling like a chocolate bar.

This was my first time going to Model Nails. My only regret is not finding them sooner. Reception is contactless, you use an IPad to sign in and save your place in line. There are two Shiatsu Foot Massagers to use while you wait. I got there around 6 oclock for a pedicure and a full set. My wait was less than 15 minutes. They have built a structure around each of their workstations that separates them from you And also use from other customers using plastic. They have this both the nail and pedicure stations. Pedicure tools are cleaned by autoclave and Everyone has their Covid-19 certifications visible. You are also required to wear mask, most technicians wear two, And you are required to wash your hands upon arriving and after service. These guys are great and in my opinion are hands down the best nail salon Tri-cities area. Pricing wasnt not terrible either. Especially for the quality of work. I got a pedicure with gel Polish and a full set of solar nails also with Gel Polish for $90!! I was so satisfied with service that I tipped an additional $15. I expect to not need a fill for at released 3 weeks if not longer. If you are as picky as I am with my nails 💅 go here!

Nancy did my pedicure and she was amazing. She painted flowers on my toes freehand and I am so impressed. The staff is so friendly and i highly recommend it. This was my first time visit and i will not go anywhere else.What great customer service!!!

Oh my gosh! Well first off I decided to go to Model Nails because I needed to drop off my sisters car at the shop across the street and I didn’t want to wait in there. Lol. I walked in and the atmosphere and COVID-19 guidelines were amazing. My nail technician was Maurin (I hope I spelled his name right) !! Terrific terrific terrific job on my French tip hands and feet! I would highly recommend this place to everyone!

This is the worst place that I have ever gone to have nails done. I went in there to have orange and black with flames on my nails for a wedding the lady argued with me after telling me that she could do it she told me that it was copyright infringement. I asked them to fix it they argued with me and told me they do not have a fix or repair policy. I disputed it through my bank the manager at the store said too bad deal with that so I am really upset with the way they handled the transaction. I will never ever recommend you people to do anything for anyone ever. Very dissatisfied customer.

I moved here in June and have been to several places to get dip powder nails with white dip powder tips. I have finally found a place that will do like I am used to having them done. Tammy did a great job in explaining different techniques and did a fantastic job! I had a pedicure last week and it was wonderful too! I’ve found my nail salon in Bristol! Will be a regular customer!

Never disappointed no matter who does my nails. My ten year old daughter and I always go together and they always make her feel like a little princess and are so patient and accommodating with her multi color and design requests! Hands down our one and only nail salon!

Had a fill in with gel polish and the tech took a good amount of time and did well up until painting the gel. He kept doing little swipes and I have marks all in paint dents and divots wish I could post pictures.

Went yesterday with my sister for a 545 apt. We were immediately able to pick out colors and put in pedicure chairs which was great! My tech was amazing! He really took his time to make sure everything was done precise! My sisters however, skipped BOTH the base & top coat of her pedicure. Fast forward to manicure time- I had the same tech for my manicure which was just as great-he even went over my cuticles twice to make sure he got anything he might have missed. Hers however was the owner...he got very frustrated with her because he said she didn’t put her hand far enough into the gel light which made it not dry when he went to put on top coat. Although I understand that took more of his time to go back and fix he shouldn’t have been so hateful to her about it. Mind you, it was 710 when we left and they close at 730-I’m guessing he was ready to leave at this point. I am giving 3 stars because my experience was great, unfortunately I won’t be back on behalf of my sisters service. Hopefully the owner can realize how to hide frustration.

I decided to stop in for a pedicure last minute and Im so glad I did! Even though the salon was very busy, I was greeted promptly and my wait time was very reasonable. They have a large selection of colors and everything is clean. The technician who did my pedicure was very professional and considerate. She spent a lot of time massaging my feet and applying the polish. My pedicure looks great and I will certainly be coming back!

Had a beautiful manicure by Tu Van. He was very timely and had an excellent hand massage. Have had many manicures at various places, but this place is the Best!

The posting of prices says $30.00 for a spa pedicure but they charged us $45.00 for 2 of the same pedicures we have paid $30.00 for the last 2 times we have been there this is the last time we will go to this shop very rude non professional employees. We will tell everybody we can that they charged way more than they have, is it just a random thing they change the price for some and not others not very clean they used a brush that had been used on other people it did not come out of a sterile package

I am here in Bristol for night race. I wanted to get a pedicure before I left home but I didn’t get it in schedule. I’m a mom of 2 teenagers so we are always on the go. I must say I it was the best pedicure and experience I have ever had at. The tech was super nice, he done a great job wish he wasn’t 2.5 hrs away from home today or he would have me as a client.

First time experience here today and it was great! I have been to several other nail salons and for one reason or another just not satisfied. Model Nails makes you feel welcome. Everyone is so friendly, clean facility, and I didnt feel like I was rushed out of there like I have felt in other places Ive been. I went for a fill in and brought a Pinterest pic to go by and she was amazing!! They turned out beautiful. Definitely worth the 40 min drive. Will be coming back!

Really great place. They are very sweet and take their time to make sure you look and feel amazing! Go there constantly and will continue to make it my favorite place. Friendly Tip: Try to call before hand, even just 15 minutes, to help them out. They do accept walk-ins but the call allows them to get ready for you.

Ive never been to this salon before and will never go back! Where Im from you dont wait over an hour for someone to put gel polish on OVER existing polish and then charge $35. So disgusted.

Made an appointment, waited a couple mins before getting called back. In about an hour and a half I received a classic pedicure and an ombre acrylic set. This place was wonderful(esp considering the new stipulations with covid) and the staff is super friendly!! Highly recommend 👌

I showed the nail tech the photo of the design I wanted on my nails. The design he did was not close to the photo I showed at all. Additionally, several of my nails bled while he was shaping them. He painted gel right over the blood, so now there are streaks of blood stuck on my nails under the gel polish.

This nail salon is very nice and clean. I was surprised how modern it looked inside and how sanitary they keep everything. Staff is extremely friendly and professional. The owner is very caring, and friendly. Going to get the deluxe pedicure next time I come in. Highly recommend!

Feeling super fancy, you guys. This is not my usual scene but the cleanliness and affordability of this location would give me reason to pop in during my two to three annual trips. The foot scrub and massage, hospitality and entire experience was top notch. What they lack in atmosphere they make up for in cleanliness and talent. With at least six pedicure chairs, youre able to have the experience with friends if you call ahead for an appointment. They were fairly busy during our Friday afternoon visit.

My absolute favorite nail salon!! Its so beautifully decorated I feel like Im in a luxurious palace. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Everything is clean and sanitized, every tool the nail tech uses comes straight out a pack. The staff are friendly and accommodating. If youre looking to treat yourself or someone else choose here!

Unfortunately, I cant remember the names of the ladies who did my manicure, pedicure, however, all both ladies were very mindful of my needs and requests. My manicure came out exactly as I pictured it, and my french tip pedicure turned out to be the most lovely one Ive ever gotten. Everything is properly labeled, all the equipment is sanitary, and all the tools are new per customer.

Waited 2 hours to be seen, finally got tired of waiting and left. Why have a sign in if your going to take two people that got there an hour after I did. Owner said to make an appt, last time I made an appt it was still an hour and a half wait. Nails always discolor due to cheap products. Save your money and go somewhere else.

So whenever I come back to town I will always return here, The legs and hands massage was therapeudic and Invigorating. i was very pleased and refreshed with my spa pedicure. The place was very clean and the tools used were sterile. The massage chairs were very relaxing. First class establishment.

My regular nail salon was booked up so I decided to come here because it had a lot of good reviews. My experience wasn’t wonderful but prom was going on and I’m sure that had a lot to do with it. I sat in a pedicure chair nearly an hour before someone asked me if I was waiting to get serviced. Nobody turned the water on so my feet could soak while waiting. I wasn’t offered a refreshment. I wasn’t greeted when I first walked in the door. Just little things that make a huge difference. Everyone is friendly there though! And the prices are great! But the communication needs work.

This salon is great!! They do a wonderful job, the manager knows me well and always makes sure I am taken care of. I love this place so much i am bringing my bridal party here the day before my wedding. I am a loyal customer.

Was going to get a pedicure. Granted it was close to closing, but still had 15 minutes before they closed. The woman saw me and another coming hurries to the door to lock it not saying oh I’m sorry were closing nothing. Just saw us coming and locked the door. I normally love what they do, but they lost a customer today due to pure rudeness.

Make an appt. this place is always busy. I went during off hours and there was still an hour wait. I went on Saturday 5 min before their hours said they opened and there was already five women inside being worked on. Worth the wait. Very good work and good prices.

Loved my experience here! I am not a big manicure person because I am pretty hard on my nails and they never last more than a day or two. It has been four days and it looks like I just had them done. I never felt rushed and the whole experience felt like I was at a spa. The pricing is very good for the quality and the atmosphere.

I was wanting to get ombré colored nails then found out that that can only be done with acrylic nails and that wasn’t something that I was wanting so I changed it to French tip nails with my natural nails and they look very good. Tony was really nice and I would ask for him the next time I go back.

I went here last week to get a dip powder manicure. Their color selection isn’t great, but that was not the issue I have. As they were finishing my nails, I thought they were putting the last coat on and the technician gets out the curing light. It seems as if they topped my nails with acrylic and let them cure! I absolutely HATE acrylic...I had long, healthy natural nails, hence why I wanted dip powder, but these have already started to lift around the edges and it is destroying my nail trying to remove them. Very disappointed..

This has been by far the best place Ive gone to get my nails done. They were very patient when it came to cutting my cuticles unlike the other nail salons who are more aggressive and have cut me! Their prices are pretty reasonable, They also offer complimentary drinks!

A M A Z I N G. I have had such a hard time finding a good nail salon, but I don’t have to look any further. Nancy did a spectacular job on my nails. She was gentle (no cut up cuticles or uneven nails), kind, and accommodated my wants. She was willing to reference Pinterest pictures that I had gathered and was willing to make whatever I wanted happen. I had a gel manicure upon having dip removed. The whole process was painless! I was a walk-in on a Saturday afternoon and there was no wait, but I did call ahead to make for sure they accepted walk-ins as it was my first time trying this salon. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

In terms of good nail places, This is a five star establishment no doubt. Sure, there are nicer nail places in the city, but not for these prices. I usually come in weekend, theres always a wait, but they get in you fast. You wont be disappointed!
