My aunt, my daughter, and I all had a lovely experience at the nail salon. Jessica in particular took very good care of us and I love how my nails turned out. We will be using them again !

I made an appointment for a pedicure after spending a week on vacation in New Port and Bristol. I made a couple adjustments to by appointment time as well and they were incredibly accommodating. The women were very friendly and attentive. She painted my nails wonderfully. My partner (male) came to get a pedicure as well and loved the experience. Would most definitely recommend! 👍

It was a joy to meet La, my esthetician, who did a marvelous job on my natural nails. One of them broke before my appointment, but she kindly substituted it with a fake nail tip. La’s attention to getting the right nail shape and even coat wowed me. She had filed my skin accidentally, but she apologized several times — no big deal.I appreciate that Fancy Nail Spa asks you to wash your hands before you begin the appointment. Other salons don’t do that, and I feel that it’s an important health precaution to take.

New owner as of a year ago! Wonderful place! The lady worked very hard to get ingrown nails to stop hurting! Ended with wonderful wax moisturizer for my cracked heals! Clean and friendly!

I have been going to see Victoria for almost 6 months, and have never been disappointed. I get acrylic nails with gel polish and have never broken or chipped a nail. The amount of compliments I get on my nails everyday reassured me that this salon is top quality 👌🏼

I’ve been a loyal customer for the past year and a half. First couple of months super nice and no conflict with wait or scheduling via appointment. Now since January I’ve been a little disappointed with their service from my nails being done in a hurry (because lady had to take her kids home??) and looking AWFUL and not even getting a reimbursement, having to wait because of an overbooking (had two different staff work on my manicure + a wait) and lastly, last week I came here with my mom, my gift to her was a gel manicure (per usual) and I understand there wasn’t enough staff— we did not mind waiting, either way my mom gets placed with a new young girl who turns out did not have any form of experience or LICENSE to do my mom’s manicure! The owner had to walk her through the entire process, (how to take off gel, how to cut nails and file) ABSURD! My mom got up and left after I had already payed—did not receive a refund or a call back to reschedule or apologize, which as a loyal customer of a year+ I would have expected. NOT coming back again. I suggest toning down with the ambition the owner of this salon seems to have, if you can’t take someone it’s okay to say no and we would have been more than happy to reschedule!

Horrible servixe. Had 3:30pm appointment and they waited until 4pm to tell us they might be able to fit us in at 4:30pm. Suggestion for future, tell people those issues when they walk-in.

Terrible experience, do NOT go here. Everything is over priced, the owner even did my nails and all she talked and asked about the entire time was how much money I have and if I am rich, she said she would give me a discount but basically made up her own price. They also do NOT know how to use credit/ debit cards.... my card was charged 4 times - she said it would not be over charged and it was so I had to call my bank and figure it out and am waiting to be refunded - they also always ask for cash - do not go here if you are looking to get reasonable prices and good customer service.

Very friendly I took my mother and she loved it my nails and hers came out great! Only down side is one of the older ladies was commenting on my eyebrows and trying to talk me into getting them done but the prices are good so will be going back

Never had a worse manicure. the guy burned my finger and i jumped in pain several times and told him it hurt THREE times. He messed up the shape of my nails when I was very specific and asked him to leave them the way they were, then followed to do a color of dipping powder I had not asked for. do not recommend, wish I had gotten my money back.

DO NOT GO HERE! I got a gel manicure that is streaky. My nails are still very thin. The color she applied was not the same color I picked out. Also, my previous nail color can still be seen. Overall, very long, bad experience.
