I have been going here for three years and have ALWAYS had a positive experience. And they don’t put you in a chair and make you wait like so many other places do. They let you know up front if they have time, or how long the wait will be or better yet - just call ahead and make an appointment. 👍🏼

This is THE worst salon! Horrible terrible. If you make an appointment they do not honor it and turn you away. When you walk in they barely speak to you. One technician did not know how to do gel and used the wrong type and it never dried. I was disgusted with their in professionalism. Their communication skills are non existence. Never ever going back again.

Love how they take their time. Always perfection. I get so many compliments just love how you are taken care of. Those little extras go a long way. I tell all my friends 🥰

This place is awesome!! Super friendly, clean, and professional. I needed a pedi something fierce and their lavender pedi was just what I needed! The massage was amazing, the nail techs in the salon were so friendly and sweet, and I just loved the entire experience! :) I got my eyebrows waxed too and oh my god, she did such an amazing job!

Great job on my toes- they DESPERATELY needed it and my man put some work in! Shop was clean and friendly. Love my nails.

I have been going here for about two years and they are always kind and do a wonderful job. I have had gel and regular manicures and lots of pedicures, in fact I am hoping to go today. I think they do a fantastic job!

Made an appointment for 3 pedicures at the same time and the salon was ready for us on time. No waiting around or anything. I got a gel manicure and Yung was the one who did it and he did AMAZING. He made sure the color was right and I’m so thankful he did because i ended up switching the color and I’m even happier with this color i got. He took his time and you could tell he loves his job.

This was my first time here. I went with my daughter and they did a phenomenal job! I live in Pawtucket and I WILL be driving here to get them done EVERY 2-3 WEEKS! I AM SO IMPRESSED! I got a powder manicure (what I knew as the dip) and it looks so beautiful. My daughter also got her eyebrows done for the first time and loved every aspect of this place also. It was a little pricey but it was so very worth it.They give you a fantastic shoulder massage with heat, at the end while your nails dry and I was in love💘!The staff was also SO WELCOMING..something you dont feel at a nail salon on your FIRST VISIT...We cannot wait to go back!They also gave my daughter and I a Happy New Year gift! We are so very impressed!Thank you Sweet Dream Nail Salon!

Got my nails done a week ago and my gel came right off. Awful quality and seem to not car about their customers. They rush to do everything and completely awful. Never going there again. Waste of $60.00

I’m writing this as I sit in the pedicure chair, an hour after my scheduled appointment. My water growing cold, mask growing unbearable hot. All they’ve done is fill my foot tub. People who were sat after me are being helped before me. This is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had for a pedicure and I will never be returning. Everyone here had appointments, no one was being taken care of. This is pathetic.

Shellac that chips in 48 hours! I have been going consistently to this Salon for well over a year for shellac manis. My mother in law and sister as well. The last two times I have gone I have been completely dis satisfied with the quality of the shellac manicure. This service is 30 dollars and I ALWAYS leave a 10 dollar tip as I spent many of my younger years working in the service industry. Both times my nails have chipped on their own within 48 hours. This has been a true experience for my mother in law and sister as well. I dont know why this has been such a recent problem but its unacceptable. Shellac yes.. will eventually chip..but should not come off within 24-48 hours. When I called to complain.. I was told I could have a free shellac manicure.. which I redeemed today. Only to find that I felt I was treated differently because my service was to be free. I made an appointment and waited a very long time.. They switched out the person doing my service TWICE! No one spoke to me, or had me wash my hands after filing.. which I am sure left residue under my nail polish.. one nail is very apparent. I still left a tip, but I will no longer be using this Salon and I would caution others from doing so as well.

This place was awesome. I feel great! It was like getting a spa day in 1.5 hours! Well worth the drive and money.

Absolutely do not recommend what so ever. So expensive for terrible service and why should I have to argue about what I want when I am paying for it.

OMG!!! What an experience. From the foot/leg massage to the complimentary back rub and then the hand massage. ALL included with your mani pedi. Total $60 - NOT a lot for the amazing service you get. We arrived 15 minutes before they opened and they let us in and started our services! They took their time and made sure we had a great experience. I will never go to another salon again.

Technician rushed and both mani and pedi results fair to poor

Got a full set of gel yesterday and 2 nails have already peeled off. Unacceptable and a waste of time to pay 50$ to have my nails peeling the next day. Don’t go here
