I honestly wish I didn’t have to write this but if it saves someone I’m happy to ! Me and my bf went to get pedicures and we got really rushed Into the chair. I received my service by a woman who looked like she didn’t know what she was doing kept looking over to the lady next to her for the next steps. She cut my toe nails with a DIRTY nail cutter bc I didn’t see nothing but a rag she was wiping it with ! Everyone was cleaning up and turning things off while we are still in the chair. I didn’t see them clean ANY THING before they left. A day later my big toe begins to hurt it turns out I had an INFECTION ! had to go to the doctors to get it fixed . Never again wouldn’t recommend this pain to anyone

I had the spa pedicure. Everything was great! My only setback from 5 stars is that I wish the 15 minute massage focused more on the feet than the calves. I would go back though!

Keep giving this place a second chance and always regret it. Had my nails done Friday night (gel manicure). They looked good for about 24 hours before one of my nails just peeled completely off yesterday. You can see from the pictures how poorly my cuticles were damaged and how other nails are already starting to chip.

The Pedicure was super fast and not very relaxing.The Nail tech used nail powder to replace an entire broken nail instead of using a new plastic nail. That was a first.I was disappointed with both services and they really need to work on customer service.

I went to get my eyebrows done as I do every 2 weeks I told her I like them thin she said ok she did them so fast and they were not done the way I asked so I asked for someone else and explained what I wanted done. this tech burnt my eyebrow I told her the wax was hot she said NO NOT HOT I went to urgent care and have 2nd degree burns. they did nothing about it.

Very good Spa Pedicure with hot rocks and 15 minute massage. Technician even gave me a neck and shoulders massage when finished. A great way to spend an hour before a busy weekend. If you need a little relaxation and spoiling, drop in to Nail Tech in Bristol.

They did a terrible pedicure. they confirmed that it was done badly. the manager was hiding and was afraid to talk to me. I asked them to return the money, but they refused. if you want a scary pedicure ... youve come to the right place. in the end I didnt get money and with a terrible pedicure

The nails were beautiful but the way Ella gripped up my hands, kept squeezing my finger when she was the one moving my fingers in certain angles . I didn’t appreciate being treated as if I was a child && it was just a very disrespectful experience overall .

I’ve been going here for awhile I also get regular color never gel color because I just don’t like it. Anyway, went today and all of the sudden I’m told that regular color will be the same as gel color starting today… okay ✅ that’s not good customer service people should get a heads up notice but that’s okay went elsewhere.

Honestly so terrible:( I’m currently crying in my car on my birthday because I’m too nice to say anything! I got a gel manicure. All my nails are completely different sizes and so messy.

I gave two stars because they were very polite but I came in with my daughter to get her nails painted and I get it she is a kid and it doesn’t have to be perfect and I wasn’t expecting it to be but they literally had polish all over her toes and never put a top clear coat on her toes so they looked so dull. As for me the tech I had, Annie, filed my nails crooked! I will never be back here.

I go here every 2 wks, Justin Is The Best Nail Tech Ever! He shapes them very well and does the best paint jobs! Thank You Justin, Im always very pleased with your work!

I took my two year old to get her nails painted 4/2/21 after she took my money (Ella) and painted my child’s nails she put her out more or so pushed her out for not having a mask she is two does not require a mask then a young boy with Nike outfit starts cursing at me in front of my two children and customers if I could give a zero I would this is not the first time they were extremely rude especially Ella

Very nice service for a walk in pedicure. My technician was conscientious about the temp of water, tickles, and if anything was too hard/soft. She was respectful in the idea of me sitting quiet (me time) but when we did speak, she was quite pleasant.

I spent 40 dollars on some gel nails and three days later one of my nail is about to come off that’s not supposed to happen with gel nails and they hurt my fingers pretty badly by filing my nail and when I dry my hands it burns my hands but the nails are nice just not the process of getting it done

I used to love nail tech, but then they got new management. I knew going to nail tech before that I would be walking out with flawless eyebrows. I went about 2 months ago explained to the lady what I wanted. She waxed off half of my eyebrows, butchered them, they were uneven and way too thin. I gave the benefit of the doubt and went back just this past weekend. Yes it took 2 months for my eyebrows to recover from what the lady did to them. I get the same lady!! When she walks in I said something and physically showed her what she did, what area not to touch. My eyebrows are worse now. You couldn’t pay me to go back there!

Im a bad person to ask yes theyve been there for quite a while it seems the girls really know what theyre doingI cant even walk into place without my breath being cut off from the nail polish remover I have asthma I cant deal with that smell.

Not good. I went for a manicure at station 5 yesterday. I asked for designs and the girl looked at me like I was nuts. She spoke poor english. I gave up on the design finally, she did a good job on my nails but while I was drying she came over and startled me with an abusive “massage” on my shoulders. She was not massaging but striking me hard and it hurt very badly. I told her to be gentler but like I said she couldn’t speak english. I wanted to get up and strike her back. So last night and today I’m very sore on neck arm and back. Be careful if you go there!

I was there on December. 21, 2018 for a new set. Gel manicure. I was passed through 3 different people in a 2½ hour period. One put my nails on, crooked and different sizes on the same finger of opposite hands. The second person, she spent most of her time speaking to others and not looking as she was cutting my nails down that one was so misshapen it needed to be replaced. Instead of soaking it off at first she attempted to rip it off my finger which was extremely painful. Then she and a THIRD person painted them. Not fully painted, had to ask second painter to fix. In less than 48 hours they began popping off. Lost 2 by Christmas day, one more on its way!!! They wanted money to replace them so I glued them on to get through the holidays and will go elsewhere from now on. I had taken my daughter the day after me (the day before mine began popping off), and guess what, hers didnt see Christmas either 🤔😒😠 Overpriced! Cheap! Lazy! I even watched them water down regular nail polish with drops of something Im not sure of instead of getting a new bottle for the lady next to me. For entertainment while I waited... all of us customers were treated to an irate, raving customer from the week prior. She came in irate, screaming at one of the technicians about treating her poorly and calling her little boy a psycho. She said she waited a week because she was so upset by the staff behavior that she didnt want to flip out in front of her kid. Thats not how you treat customers. I AGREE!!!

Ive been a loyal customer to Nailtech and they have some good work, but i recently had my nails done and my middle nail shattered within two days not even, this woman buffered and filed them down to the point my nails bent and had zero support, my gel color wasnt fully applied properly & to make matters worse i sent my mother to get her nails done for mothers day and they completely screwed up on her nails too, and its not like she is a complicated or gets acrylics either. If possible i would only suggest going to Justin or any guy, as they are careful and take their time to do good work.

I felt very uncomfortable there. You try to have conversation with them and nothing. Also had my nails done not even 5 hours ago and the polish is peeling off. Also I can see spots that still have the old polish on. The girl who did my nails I believe she was the manager or the owner totally not a people person. They dont even try to rectify their mistakes. I have read all of the reviews on here, and they comment on the good but not the bad.

All the people are nice there and take their time to make sure my nails look great before I leave! Going back today or tomorrow so my nails look good for work tomorrow! Thanks Nail Tech! ✌

My feet came out great

If I could post 0 stars, it would certainly be more appropriate than 1. My 1st visit to the salon was about 3 weeks ago. I had a seemingly simple request— basic pedicure. The technician was very sloppy, unprofessional, and hurt my feet. She dug into my nails with a tool to the point of nearly bleeding. I shirked my foot away and tried not to shriek our in pain. She managed to get water up the back side of my leg, and didn’t seem apologetic. I paid for the service, and left visibly upset. I came back a few minutes later as I felt cheated, only to be met with hostility. I was told that the tech didn’t speak or understood English, which is why she did understand me when I tried to explain to her that my foot hurt. I explained that I can understand not speaking English very well, but I clearly gave off universal signs of discomfort, including shirking my foot (unintentionally) due to pain. Another technician tried her best to fix the work that the previous technician performed, but ultimately I was still upset. I gave it a couple of weeks, and came back trying to give the business another try. I made a 6:15 pm appointment with a specific technician who seemed to be a supervisor. My hope was that I would have a better service and end result. I waited over 30 minutes in a cold water foot bath, only to be told that my appointment was given to another client. When a technician realized the error, she quickly tried to rectify the mistake by offering me a pedicure on the spot. I tried to explain to her that at this point, I had already waited over 30 minutes, and I was now running late for an appointment. She tried repeatedly to offer me an on the spot pedicure to which I politely declined, not wanting a rushed service. I left disappointed for the 2nd time, but hopeful that my experience could be turned into a positive one. I later called the salon, and requested an appointment for the next day, and clarified the time and appointment. The technician who performed the service did a decent job, and seems to be a supervisor. My only grievance was that I felt uncomfortable with a new employee shadowing the technician. It didn’t take long for a bored employee to start observing me, and I felt like a circus animal on display. I tried to make a light joke of it, while still expressing my discomfort. This seemed to fall on deaf ears, after I made two additional complaints to the technician about being stared at while having my service. The work was fine, but I felt very ill at ease, rather than relaxed and comfortable. In all I paid $47 in over 3 weeks for very unprofessional service. I gave them the 3 strikes rule, but will NEVER return!

Hit or miss with pedicures. I had a spa pedicure twice, the first was ok but the second was great. They are fast with getting you a pedicure or manicure, but a refill you always have to wait.

I would only allow Justin to do my nails. Went to another guy who rushed through my nails and my ombre was white with a tad but of peach at the cuticle. Nails were different shapes & lengths. Will not be returning unless Justin is available (who is ALWAYS booked)

I dont think everyone there is licensed by the state. I have seen some procedures that made me think there is no way this person passed state boards!

11-20-19 nail tech is once again under a new managment. Ive only got my nails done once by them now but all my nails are different shapes (not good shapes) and gel polish overlaps to my skin.

Went in this place for eyebrows last minute. Omg this girl no good. I DONT KNOW WERE SHE GOT HER TRAINING AT BUT NEEDS TO GO BACK. Had to go to another place to get them fix. I WOULD LOOK FOR ANOTHER PLACE TO GO . DO NOT GO HERE. BESIDES I DIDNT THINK THEY WERE FRIENDLY EITHER.

The workers are money hungry and the service is terrible. They don’t speak to you at all or ask what you want . And it’s dirty they use the same block the scrub everyone else’s feet I watched it with my own eyes and they don’t sanitize the tools the machine isn’t even on or working . Someone should call the state board .

Way too expensive, sat in the pedicure chair for 30 min in cold water. They dont speak to you while they are doing your nails. They talk to each other in their own language so you cant understand them.

This place is horrible, paid $20 for a full set & they cut them too short when i said long, they didnt give me a hot towel or lotion & they didnt paint my nails all the way. They are very rude they dont speak to the customers they talk to each other. i highly recommend you DO NOT come here!!! you will not be satisfied!!

Nice place but money hungry. Just kept pushing extra services on me.They were done my pedi in minutes, never cut my nails.Basically soaked my feet,lotioned them and painted them.Next day after lotion washed off my feet looked like I never paid to get them done, still looked and felt the same prior to going in.Will never go again.

I got a gel or acrylic manicure done here on 02/25/2018 the day before my fiance proposed to me (I didnt know I was getting engaged). My nails were supposed to be burgundy with gold tips, and I have maroon with some sparkly tips. Not what I asked for (I had a photo off the internet that showed exactly what I wanted), and definitely not the length or shape they should be. My first tech. Coco I believe, got angry with me and walked away when I explained I didnt want my natural nails painted on, and the 2nd tech didnt trim my natural nails so the manicure is longer than I am accustomed to. I paid $35 for this manicure, and while I am content, I am far from happy. They didnt get a tip, they spoke in their native language, dismissed my concerns, and I will probably not be going back. I loved the work they did on me when I worked a few 100 yards away from them in 2016, but since I quit my job, Ive rarely had my nails done. Now, I got my nails done before a very exciting event for me, and they are far from what I wanted. The colors, shape, length are all wrong, the techs were just short of outright rude, they rushed me through so they could take care of regulars (note: the 2nd tech sent me back to the first one because, and I quote, I have a walk in waiting for me in an aggressive tone). If possible, Id give no stars, because this was not worth my money or time.

I only suggest Justin!!!!!! do your nails the rest are not good nail tech and they do not listen to what you want and they be thick and do not last.

I had a very bad experience there with bikini waxing. They dont understand what you are saying ... some of the ladies are very rude ... use to be a good place. Not anymore !

Been going there since 2006 and it has changed ownership a few times . Recently they remodeled it so it looks better inside. I like the jelli-pedicures and the $7 eyebrow wax.

It Has changed management a few times, while they have redid things on the inside to make it look nice which it does, it just make up for their money hungry attitudes and rudeness . I sat waiting to be called and no one even realized I was sitting on the couch waiting. While I waiters, I observed how they interacted with other patrons there . One customer had been called to the table and started until her technician was called away bad the patron was on her lunch break . The manager was very rude to her and talked in her language while the patron was expressing her concerns . I was called to go to the pedicure chair where I sat for 20 minutes before being started. Noticing today in sunlight that only half of my toenails even have paint on them . I then go to the table for my refill which was all ok, until today, 1 nail is cracked and 1 nail has gel polish already chipped off . Once I gave my tech her tip she talked in her language to the other employees looking right at me and all started to laugh ! How rude and unprofessional! I will not be going back .

Terrible place. unclean. received a fungus after waxing there three days ago. called to speak with them reasonably and they hung up the phone. I kept trying and they repeatedly answered the phone without saying hell and then hung up. I knew something was wrong when they charged me because they charged less than it should have been, while speaking animatedly in their native language

Service here is hit or miss. All nail techs are not equally skilled. Last visit there every nail was chipping off after about 4 hours. Wont go there anymore

I will never go to the place again ! I went for a gel refill and eyebrow waxing on August 1 2016.. My gel nail polish is chipping it hasnt even been 48 hours! Cheap equipment !!!! my eyebrows look like they werent even done ! Never again will I go back to this place ! -August 3 2016 !
