If the WiFi doesn’t improve soon, I’ll be going somewhere else to do my laundry. I’m not going to sit here for 1.5 hrs with no service. Other than that, it’s perfect.

Very clean, & machines work magnificently. A little pricey on the wash, a robbery on the dryers! Lets get real according for 6 minutes is ridiculous to try anything! Youd get five stars if it was like regular one quarter for drying for at least 12 to 15 minutes.

My family has been using Dees for their Wash & Fold Service for over a year, and we love it! They pick up the dirty laundry and drop off the clean laundry at our front door every week. Dees is a laundry expert, so our clothes are cleaner and folded much better than what we would do. More importantly, we get so much time back each week. As small business owners, we can focus on our own clients and our family instead of the laundry baskets that never stop filling up - especially with two kids.

Typically I like Dees. Its clean, its friendly and its not all that expensive. Lately, though, Ive had people pull out my laundry from dryers while Im standing right there. Lots of people hogging all the dryers and spreading their baskets and carts all over the place. Its hard to move in there most of the time. I wish the CBD store next door was bought out before and the laundromat expanded instead. The parking is atrocious. If you catch it at a low traffic time, its a good place, but otherwise its not great...

I love coming here, just haven’t in a while... I usually come in the evening and the employee that is always here is amazing. There has been a couple times where I needed to stay and fold my clothes after closing time and she didn’t rush me out. She is really hospitable and polite. I felt like an a$$ but assured me it was ok. She even kept me company with friendly conversation.I’ve been to Rosies down the road when they had an attendant but, I thought that woman was quite rude. I have never had a bad experience here and my friend comes here weekly and loves it here too. I love this spot wayyyy better than the one in the stop and shop plaza I just never have the time or energy to come here after work. I love the fact that I can wash all my sheets and blankets in one load which beats doing laundry at home. Thanks a bunch for employing such great staff that keep it clean and welcoming

Wont go to another other laundry mat in bristol. Only go when i need to wash our comforter, but when i do they are friendly, its always clean. There is vending machines, tvs etc

My first time at the new location. Not crowded and very clean. I was very happy to see that the machines accept credit cards. No more pumping 6 dollars worth of quarters.

Dees always has a clean and welcoming environment for me to do my laundry. The machines and dry are always well kept and tidy. The atmosphere is very cozy and a place you dont mind hanging out while you are washing your clothes. I would highly recommend Dees!!

Come here all the time with my friends and family, the staff is the best of 3, helpful, trustworthy, and considerate of my needs. I have to sometimes babysit my brother and they have a wonderful selection of childrens books and Legos to keep busy along with 3 television sets of a variety of tasteful selections as well as drinks and snacks. Im very happy to spend my time and money here as I know Ill always walk out not only with a fresh and cleaned wardrobe, but a good experience which is hard to find now.

This post has been long overdue night shifter here !! But well deserved Dees laundromat makes me feel like Im at home. Always so welcoming. Always greeted with a smile. When they closed for a week to change locations I though I was going to die!!! So happy they are open again! This week was grand opening week. I won a beautiful giftbasket and gift card. I couldnt be more grateful it literally made my day! Ive been places that argue with customers. Instead Dees is one of a kind. They make sure to ensure each experience was a good one. Ive been to this place a couple times now after moving to Bristol about 4 months ago, and really only have one positive thing to say about it. Its close to my house. The hours arent great, the prices are a little high, the couches kinda dingy and the employees (if they are all employees,) are pretty rude. Ive walked into this place multiple times now and there is a woman sitting at the counter profusely swearing, typically with more than one other person, and they leave the door open while they go outside to have a smoke. I dont have kids, but as someone who works with them, Id say keep your family away from this place, unless you want them picking up the f-bomb, some kind of lung disease, and whatever made me itch on the couch. I didnt like going to the other place in town, but after a third experience of the same kind, I wont be coming back here.

Great machines great service. Better environment than all others Ive been to. Many sizes for machines to wash the right size load. Was busy as hell but the machine s do Clean very well and driers are a very good price compared other laundromats we have been to. Staff is always polite and helping customers.

Its ok. Always busy, too many people just loitering in there and thats a shame bc it drives customers away. I preferred the old location. The lady who works during the week a majority of the time is always very helpful and friendly.

Skeptical at first based upon the few reviews from seemingly very upset customers; I could not have had a better experience. A very welcoming atmosphere with ample seating. WiFi is available, just ask a staff member.The staff were friendly and very helpful. They may appear busy, but do not hesitate to ask them for help. Although the woman on staff during my visit was consistently working on something; she never once told me to wait a moment when I had questions.Im not certain how competitive their rates are as I havent tried another laundry yet. But the pricing felt fair and after such a no qualms, pleasant first experience; I dont see why I would try a different location. Take the few bad reviews with a grain of salt and if you need a laundry give Dees a shot. Id be surprised if you left unsatisfied.

Needed to dry clean and press my fathers military coat and while there they noted where I had a pocket coming undone to which could have lead to a much bigger problem, let me know they could send it away in short time for a repair and cleaning. Came back looking brand new. Thanks for the extra attention!

Ok...I keep trying to give this place a chance, partly for convenience but as a customer to previous location as well. On every visit there has been issues. The washers dirty, change machine down, and today went to get a Dee card instead of using quarters and was charged a dollar just to get it and was NOT told of this charge, no sign, no indication at all there was a fee. Back to Rosies laundromat I go!!!

With a large family the thought of having to do laundry at a laundry mat for a few months scared me. The time, expense and alone had me nervous the first time I walked threw the doors. The staff was amazing. Very kind and helpful. They offer many different size machines so I can get it all separated and done in a fraction of the time it took me at home. And with their customer appreciation savings cards I have been able to earn free washes. The machines work great leaving my clothes clean and smelling good. The new building is very nice and big with lots of room to get around the machines without feeling crowded like some other places. Would deffinalty reccomend to anyone!

I went to Dees to do my laundry, and my clothes were stolen from the dryer, it was bad enough that the prices were draining me of life. I spend over $60 washing and drying clothes, thats ridiculous! Some one told me about a laundromat on the other side of town, they recommended a place called For The Team Laundry. I went there to do the remaining clothing and my experience was very good, and I now recommend this over Dee,s because they have free dry, free popcorn, free WiFi, someone actually helped me bring my clothing in, and its much cleaner too

Not a great place to do laundry. Outrageous prices and terrible customer service. Maintenence worker there was very rude to my son, said he couldnt take noise while my son played while laundry was washing. Do not bring your kids here. Last time I use this place is today.

This used to be my go to place, but it has really gone down hill lately. The carpet is really gross all over the store and smells weird, & the machines arent clean at all. Even though its closer to my house Im definitely not going back again. Last time I was there I dropped a shirt on the ground and it got a stain it from the carpet and it wouldnt come off. Really disappointed because they attendants didnt really care either

I took my wife and Is clothes here yesterday for drop off service to look nice before a upcoming vacation. We got them back today, and our clothes look dirtier than before and completely wrinkled as if they were left rolled up in a ball. Worst of all, they smelled horrible too. Id be shocked to find out that they even used soap. I paid a 1.15 per lb (they still charged me even after I complained) and now Im looking for another place to pay to do them too. Dees should be paying ME a 1.15 per lb for the trouble this has caused my family. I will tell everyone I know not to go there after this.

I have been to many laundromat in my 5 Years in CT an i can say Dees have been the most outstanding, the cleanest and most comfortable place i have been to do my laundry. With the available WiFi my son is easily hooked up and watching his movies yes the portable babysitter lol . The staff is pleasant and very helpful also very knowledgeable cause i am always putting to much soap but thanks to Cheryl she helped me not flood the place haha. One thing i can say is i am very particular about using public bathrooms but there the bathrooms are so clean and smells like home. The staff are always cleaning and asking customers if they need assistance . As for me an my home this will be my place to wash my prized possessions . Dee i give you 5 stars on here but this establishment deserves more . I will for ever be a customer . Keep up the great work. Love this place. Hey ppl if you want big washer and dryers and friendly help this is the place to be.

Was not very happy last time I went there. I had put my cloths in to dry, had like an hour on the clock. When I came back a few minutes before it was set to go off, I found my cloths in a basket off to the side with some one elses cloths in the dyrer. Now I count 6 other empty dyers as well as multiple that had already stopped with cloths still in them. So there was no reason for anyone to take mine out. When I asked the young girl at the counter she had no idea who did it nor did she seemed to care. I ended up taking my wet cloths somewhere else.

The service is very poor. The employees working there have no respect for their customers. I would not recommend this laundromat to anyone.
