WORST customer service Ive seen in a long long long time. After taking a pair of womans dress pants in for a new zipper ($18), the zipper once again broke. I took the pants back in to the shop. She told me Id have to pay for the zipper AGAIN. Wore the pants ONCE and zipper broke again. Called the shop and woman refused to fix the defect. Cant believe she thinks this kind of business is acceptable. So now Im out $36 AND still have a pair of dress pants that I can not wear.I will NEVER step foot in this shop again and I suggest you dont either!!!
