Very gifted, highly intelligent dressmaker. Superb work. She understands fabric, styles, clothing design, couture, the architecture of clothing. She did a brilliant and beautiful job remaking two suits for my son. She has done numerous alterations for me. We are very lucky to have her here in Bristol.

I walked in with no appointment and requested to have a zipper replaced in a dress. She gave it a look and told me to come back in a week. She is not a rude lady at all. It is a cultural difference. Is she all warm and fuzzy? No, not to me. She was wonderful with my little boy. Her work was impeccable! Her prices are fair compared to others Ive been to and received much less quality of work.I would highly recommend her. If your looking for someone to chit chat with, shes not likely the best, but her work is superb!

Google says they’re open at 10am so I showed up with my one year old daughter and my mother to watch her while getting an alteration only for it to say open at 11am on the door. I called last week and the woman said to walk in, no appointment necessary. We killed some time and went back at 11am, and waited nearly 15 minutes and no one ever showed up to open the business. Wasted over 1 hour with my one year old daughter out in the rain only for no one to open the store so I had to take my business elsewhere. Completely unprofessional to say the very least! Will be sure to tell anyone and everyone I can to not come to this business for any services.

Such a sweet lady! I walked in, without an appointment, and she sent me straight back to the fitting room, pinned my romper and sewed it right up for me in a matter of minutes! Plus, you cant beat the price!

Valentina does a great job at hemming and fixing tears in my clothes...a little more expensive than others but guaranteed great work.
