I asked for a dumpster online on a weekend for delivery on Monday. Wasn’t sure it could come that quickly, but they delivered Monday morning! Plus, they were courteous, put it right where I asked and didn’t damage any lawn or driveway. Would definitely use again.

Got the dumpster for a home purging in preparation for a new baby. Delivery was prompt, driver was super nice and informative. Could have kept it for almost 2 weeks but called for them to pick it up in 5 days. They made the adjustment and were on time to pick it up. Great customer service, very prompt, dumpster was fantastic, loved the swinging door to fill it up easier. Pricing was fair and billing was also prompt. No surprises. I will definitely use them again!!! Thanks guys!!!

Customer service was poor and unclear when ordering dumpster and asking basic questions. Questions were asked regarding what I can place in dumpster and personnel from company was shown what I wanted to place in dumpster. (No fault to driver he was the only civil down to earth person I spoke too within the business) I was under the impression that regardless of weight I could fill dumpster to max fill line. After dumpster was picked up I was charged close to $400 dollars extra for being over the weight limit. Never did I know and never was I informed that there was a weight limit for the dumpster. A clear and concise explanation on how to use and fill dumpster would have been extremely helpful and would have saved me a lot of money, especially being my first time utilizing a dumpster. Not to mention dumpster was ordered via phone call and not via online and these things were not explained to me. Unprofessional all around, except delivery driver. He deserves a raise .

They came out and delivered a 30 yard dumpster that I ordered online the same day which was great.Heres the scam: they only include 2 tons in the price so you get hit afterwards with a huge overage fee. If you fill a 30 year dumpster to the top with only drywall and wood, itll easily go over that.Even though I paid $549 for the dumpster, I was hit with a 1.4 ton overage at $160/ton prorated to the pound.All in all, I spent $773 for a dumpster that I couldve paid $649 at another company which included 4 tons.Next time, Ill go somewhere else.

I rent 10 yards dumpster used for one bath remodeling. I am very careful about weight and only put sheetrock and ceramic tiles into it. there are 2 days raining during using it. After it was puled away, I received over $100 extra charge beside of original agreed $300. I called the company and tell them that the water makes it heavier than it is as the sheetrock absorb lots of water. you have to be alert when using this company . it has hidden fee . It looks cheep but not.

What a wonderful service, not having to make multiple phone calls or be stuck waiting to talk to a representative. The website is straightforward and I was able to arrange exactly what I needed, when I needed it(thank you for putting the exact dumpster measurements on the web site)..The immaculate dumpster showed up the morning I wanted, and the driver was able to navigate the placement so the dumpster was right next to the house; which saved us a tremendous amount of time.We packed so much into this 20 yarder that we were sure it was going to cost us double what we had already paid...so we were thrilled when we were only charged an extra $92.52. We still cant believe that number. What a bargain.We had planned to keep the dumpster for a week but with the snowstorm coming we wanted to act fast, so we arranged a pick-up for 4 days earlier. To our great relief, the driver showed up early, laughed at how much we had packed in to the dumpster; then hooked it up and left. What a great service and what a great price.

I ordered an 10 yard dumpster quoted for price of $ 279, after they picked the dumpster up they charged me an additional charges of $259 claiming over weight, I could have gotten an 20 yard dumpster at another company!! Beware before you order let them explain if there will be additional charges..

Such a great service! Great price! Was able to schedule online, BIG +++. Arrived early in the morning of the first day so we had that entire day to start filling it! Took it away right on time! We will definitely recommend them to others!

I ordered a 30 yard dumpster for your typical house/garage/yard clean. Dumpster arrived the next day, and early in the am, and was picked up early exactly a week later. Dumpster was also dropped in the exact spot requested which was greatly appreciated. Once the week was over, I received an overfill charge which I was unhappy about. I called customer service, and after the call was personally called by the owner of the business (Paul). Kind and courteous, we discussed my situation, and worked through to a new solution together. Never expected the owner to personally call and handle the issue, but was very grateful. If I have to get another dumpster in the future, I will go through these here again.

The entire process was so easy. I just ordered the dumpster I wanted online (and saved money by doing so!), they delivered it when and where I wanted, we filled it and they took it away. It was even easy to get in touch with them via email to change the pick up date so we could keep it over another weekend for easier filling. We were very satisfied with the company.

During our reviews of other dumpster businesses, the cost was much higher for much smaller dumpsters. Be aware of the Waste Tech company. They have sub-contracting brokers working with them. These brokers can be are very cynical, set a trap with low price, but bombard you with low weight limit. You will end up paying much more than other companies.They are timely, will come to pick up without notice. They do not wait for your call to pick up.Overall, this is not a descent practice! If sub-contracting brokers are the problem, company should take proper action.

The drop off and pickup happened exactly as they described. The online portal was a breeze to use, yet someone was immediately available over phone without any hold time..Its the best of both worlds! I wouldnt hesitate doing business with them again.

I used Waste Tech in the past, and got hit with additional charges. But used again last week. Truck missed the driveway several times (over 25 feet of tread mark, probably 8 deep). I emailed the Waste Tech office with photos, and asked them to have drivers be more careful. No reply or acknowledgment at all. Today I learned of additional charges for the one dumpster of over $300! I had it 3 days, and ended up costing me well over $800. At $125/ton its a ripoff. Other catering companies end up costing less. Last time using Waste a Tech for me. Just ordered unlimited for under $600 from another dumpster company.

I have used Waste Tech several times in the past for my farmhouse restoration. My most recent experience was the same as always - Dumpster delivered on time, placed where I needed it and picked up as soon as I told them I was finished with it. And all for a reasonable price. I am sure I will be calling them again...

Over the last few years I have rented three dumpsters from Waste Tech and every time they were quick with dropping the dumpster off and helpful with the pick up. I will continue to use them and I would recommend them to anyone who needs their service.

On August 2nd we had an emergency situation come up with water in our basement and had to empty out all that was destroyed and WasteTech was absolutely great all the way, from placing my order on line and the delivery of their 30 Yard unit to exactly where I wanted it. Watch for over weight extra added charges!!!!!! Notorious on charging extra stating dumpster was overweight. Happened to rent when we had snow. Dumpster was full of snow and ice. They dont take into consideration that it is not because of contents I put in, it was added weight due to weather. Will never use again! Tried asking if they take that into account and girl on phone could care less.

Ordered the dumpster for 4/3/12 and they made all possible excuses not to deliver for today after taking payment from cc#. The owner told me to kiss his a** after complaining to the office manager and expressing our dissatisfaction with the the whole service. We cancelled our service, and will be doing business elsewhere in the future. Based on the superior attitude they exhibit, I wouldnt recommend them even if the price is $249... never ends up being that price because they charge extras.

We ordered our 10 yard dumpster and it came on a Friday. They placed it perfectly and it was just what we needed. 2 weeks later it was gone on the right date and all went well!

Where to begin. I just recently bought a home and never rented a dumpster before. I logged onto their site and noticed a 10 yard dumpster for $259. Mind you that 10 yards equals 30 feet long. I ordered the dumpster and when it arrived it was small 12 foot x 3 1/2 dumpster which adds up to 10 CUBIC yards. I called to complain that I had received the wrong dumpster and the owner stated that the dumpster is a 10 cubic yard which is not indicated on the heading of the posting on their site. I just received an invoice and they said I went over the tons in weight which I would not of if I would of known the 10 yard dumpster wasnt actually 10 yards. All in all, the verbiage on their site is deceiving so be careful. Dont bother calling because they just make you feel like youre not competent and not a reasonable human being for thinking that 10 yard dumpster would be 30 feet long.

Dumpster reeked to high heaven, which I have never experienced when renting a dumpster for residential cleanout. Associate on phone (probably the owner) had a the customer is always wrong attitude. Did not give the rental period I requested. I will never use this company again, and I would never recommend it to anyone.
