I have used Gorilla Dumpster Rental services twice in one and half years and I will continue to rent from them for the upcoming house projects that we have planned. Working with Dawn and the team was a pleasure. Dawns knowledge of the industry and waste disposal rules, was very helpful in deciding which size/type of dumpster would be best for our needs. The delivery and placement in our yard of the dumpster was just as discussed and couldnt have gone more smoothly. We signed up with Gorilla when we moved to town - EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS!! You dont know you have expectations with a garbage pickup company until you find one like Gorilla that is amazing and then you realize how bad your service was before them. Dawn sends out an email each week so you know what is going on with the weather, etc and you know when they are coming! They pick up recycling every week!!! The people picking up are super professional and polite. We also rented a dumpster from them and it was super clean and they dropped off and picked up when they said they would. We have valet service which is great so we dont forget to put our cans out. From what I understand they were started by a bunch of people who worked for other garbage pickup companies and they realized how they could do it better. They are customer service focused. Highly recommended!!!

I recently rented a dumpster from Gorilla for a garage and attic clean out. Dawn was very helpful and made sure I understood everything up front before I rented the dumpster. She was very friendly and helpful and Michelle was as well. The dumpster came with no problems and was dropped off with contact free delivery and pick up as well. Everything was handled on the phone and through email. I will probably be renting another one in a few weeks since we have more cleanup to do and Gorilla will be my only choice going forward.

Calling to inquire about starting trash service, I found Dawn to be both friendly and helpful. She fully explained all I needed to know. Pails were delivered promptly, they were both either brand new or very well cared for. I get friendly reminders on trash night and fun contests to enter as well. When I needed a dumpster I received helpful guidance, a clean dumpster that was dropped off and picked up promptly. My experience with Gorilla has been easy ad and outstanding

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. First off I am in Cheshire and I didn’t think they would come this far. The dumpster is in good condition. They arrived early morning and have been very accommodating to our needs. I would highly recommend this company. Dawn is awesome and the price is reasonable. The individuals that do the weekly pick up of my bins are very friendly, professional, and take pride in the job they do. A heavy wind had know led my barrels over and I happened to see out the window that the guy doing the pickup reorganized the barrels and looked around to make sure nothing had dumped out. My old house I would find my barrels knocked over or smashed from rough handling. The customer service has been spot on and the representatives have been very polite and helpful. Couldn’t ask much more out of a removal company. I highly recommend them.

Set me up for next day service, etc. The dumpsters are here on time, lined up where I want them, they are clean and always picked up on time as well. Contacted a few other competitors - phone answered by Dawn (a human!!) who was polite and very informative about all aspects of the rental. She provided many helpful tips. The rental price was competitive. They put wood under the dumpster at driveway contact points and placed it exactly where I specified. I now have only one phone call to make the next time a need a dumpster

There are so many great things to say about Gorilla Im not sure where to begin. From their helpful and friendly owners and staff, to their awesome pricing, to their clean equipment. Calling them to ask questions is not drudergy. They are not only helpful but it is obvious they genuinely care and want to help and are just so nice - which seems more and more rare to find these days. They always under promise and over deliver. I called them one morning about a dumpster rental, Dawn said they didnt have any in stock for delivery that day but she said she would try her best to get me one for the next day. Well within less than three hours on the morning I called I had that dumpster delivered. I was so surprised and so happy! I know she worked hard to find me a dumpster that morning. Gorilla staff are amazing too. One snowy/icy morning I forgot to put my garbage pails out at the curb, with any other company that would have been a missed garbage pick up week. For my family of 6 a missed garbage pick up week would be a nightmare of garbage overflowing. The Gorilla guys didnt skip us! They walked down our driveway got our pails, dumped them, and put them back in the driveway. I can tell you that would never, never, never happen with another company! So grateful Gorilla has come to the shoreline. Customer for life.

Extremely happy with the service provided. My wife and I needed a dumpster in a hurry since our contractor had availability for demolition last second - Gorilla Dumpster Rentals was the only company willing to deliver same-day. They managed to carefully get the dumpster under our carport since there was rain predicted for later in the day. Lastly - the dumpster was nice and new. Other companies Ive rented from have rusted dumpsters, especially by the handles and latches, which make them a pain to open and close.I will absolutely be using these guys again next time I need a dumpster.

I cant say enough good things about Gorilla residential trash service. Ive forgotten to bring my cans to the curb a few times and they come up my driveway and get them. Thats unheard of. They always leave the cans neatly placed when theyre finished, unlike the competitors. But today blew my mind. There was tree work being done in front of my house so I couldnt bring the cans down. The guy parked in front of the neighbors house and dragged the cans across 2 lawns to get them to the truck. I would not have expected them to take my trash this week due to the circumstances, but he went above and beyond to get the job done. They are the best!

Highly recommend Gorilla, Spoke with Dawn and she helped me with the size I would need, I had a full basement clean out and a shed, 20 yards was perfect for what I had, the price was extremely reasonable, I needed the dumpster around Labor day, the owner Eddie called me and stated they would get it to me on the Sunday before so I would have it early bc Monday was their busy day and he did not want me to lose hours waiting, he was super accommodating and helpful on the day of delivery and pickup. I highly recommend this service! I needed a 20 yards dumpster for a back yard and basement clean up. This dumpster was 16’ x8’ x 5’ so it took up less room in my driveway and with the walk-in back door it was super easy to use. The driver Scott, was very friendly and careful and the dumpster was clean and looked (& smelled) just washed! The price was great, and included two weeks in the quote. Dawn has been great to work with right off the bat, had both cans delivered to me the very next day to get my service started that same week. Invoices and updates via email have been awesome and made it super easy to do business with them.

Wow. Wow. Wow. We switched originally because the price was the best around and they come weekly for both recycling and trash (we have more recyclables then garbage!) ... but my mind is blown for multiple reasons. While the last company we were with would drive by because the cans were at the road but facing the wrong way... this company actually took our cans out for us when we forgot to put them out one morning!!! They always are so friendly and the kids love them! Theyll take the extra minute to give the kids high fives and pass out frisbees...
