When asked if I needed additional trimming, or was I satisfied, I pointed out one tree that needed a few more branches trimmed. It was no problem. There is a huge oak tree that grows near our church sanctuary. It provides wonderful shade; however, its limbs and branches had begun to grow over the sanctuarys roof, and near the power lines. The Barones eight-man crew did an incredible job removing the numerous limbs and branches, which were much larger than they appeared to be from the ground view. Their effort was impressive, with every man doing his job like clockwork, safely and effeciently. No debris from the job was left to be found. The sign that reads Professional is absolutely correct. They knew exactly what they were doing, so much so that my next door neighbor called to get his trees trimmed.I didn’t see a limb just fall to the ground and between those two giant oaks is our storage shed. They didn’t do any damage. This crew is good. Oh, and they moved all of my stuff that could have been damaged. Professional, YES!

I had some very old trees trimmed and huge broken branches removed. They came in with tons of good equipment and plenty of people and did a great job of a much needed trimming job. They were quick and efficient and cleaned up all of the trimmings. They were very kind and pleasant. The cost for all the work was very reasonable. It probably would have cost me quite a bit more for the same work done by a different company. They will be my go to company for tree work!

Took them 10 weeks to get job done though as they told me they were 6 weeks behind in their smaller jobs.i had to call a few times to get an eta .When I finally got a date, they were unable to tell me approximately what time so I took entire day off. They arrived in afternoon. They have all the best equipment and skilled workers but they could tweak their customer service skills on call in.

Barone’s Tree Pros did a great job removing 9 huge pine trees from my back yard. They were close to the house but they felled each tree precisely with out damage to home or property. It looked like a war zone with so many trees but I’m happy to say they removed all of the debris, ground stumps also. We have lived in our home for 20 years and have had numerous trees removed due to either storms or natural causes. So Ive decided to finally do some landscaping and Make an attempt to actually plant and grow grass for the first time because of the abundance of trees that weve had on a property. I contacted Barones tree pros, David and his wife just came for the estimate and then they both also were on the job when they began that morning around 9:00 a.m. . They were finished by 5:30 p.m. and I have to stay with nine trees removed and many many other trees trimmed, they left no debris behind they left no mess they left nothing for me to complain or be concerned about. Oh wait yes they did. One of the guys left his hard hat here and I need to return it. We had a tree removed to prevent it from falling on our home. They came in and removed the tree and left almost no sign that they were even there.The guys were all polite and worked hard. They worked well as a team and had a 90ft tall tree gone in about 2 hours.

They were Awesome on the 1st and 2nd time I’ve used them! The team that showed up on time really did a great job! The guy cutting the tree from the Crain bucket should be called a Surgical Ninja or something to that effect! I had a metal shed less than 1 foot away from one of the 3 trees. I was very pleased with the work which was done. They removed a tree that was against my fence. I talked with a worker about making sure the tree was cut to the ground. They said it wouldn’t be a problem. However, the stump was left about 3 feet high. I understand why they did that because they would have to damage about 3 of the fence boards to cut the stump lower. I would have liked the opportunity to discuss the problem with them because I could replace the fence boards which I would have done to get the stump to the ground. They cleaned up and left without me knowing the problem or having the opportunity to tell them to go ahead and get the stump out. Thanks.

We hired them to remove a total of 5 large trees. They were responsive from the very start when we asked to get a bid. Their price was reasonable and the level of response never diminished a bit right through the completion of the job.The job was done on time, as promised, with no damages. And they protected our plants and lawn.The quoted price was honoured and there was never any request for any kind of change orders.Each day they cleaned up the area very nicely.I was not around when they did the work so I can only speak to results and they earned all 5 stars.I recommend getting a bid from this outfit for tree removal.

A tree fell on our house and he was quick to come assess the situation and choose the best, safest way to remove the tree and not cause any further damage. We have many trees around our house, so it was nearly impossible to remove the tree without hitting any others in the process, but the crew was sure to deal with any branches that were broken on other surrounding trees so that they wouldnt fall later.And then when issues arose with payment, the office staff was quick to help us figure out the best course of action! Barones Tree was well run and we will definitely use them in the future of the need arises

Hi everybody Im Mildred the Barones Tree Pros was the best decision I made on clearing three big lots for me. I its crazy how I didnt know nothing about the company and to saw a truck with that name right beside my car on the day I, and ask the man about the services yall offered so I gave the company a call. On the next one the crew member came out gave me an estimate that I agree to and the deal was set. It didnt matter to the Tree Pros rain or not they came out with all their equipment and crew to cut and clear the way but left a few tree truck stomps that neededgrinding down so more leveling that they say they will come back and finish but, everything went good and Ill recommend the company if anyone need trees cut down thanks. I had four trees removed and two trimmed, the crew arrived around 9:30 Am and finished at 6:30 pm, they worked extremely hard all day, were diligent in cleaning up, I was pleasantly surprised by the crews effort to clean up limbs and debris, They removed a really big pine tree in the front yard that I wanted removed for years and finally got rid of, it was about 4-5 feet from a fence and they did not damage the fence, will definitely use Barrones Tree Pros again and would recommend them to others, very responsive- came by for estimate the day I called, very organized!!

Very tricky to cut down without incurring any property damage but they cut the tree in such a way no damage was done to either house. There was one minor problem, a water service line broke when the weight of the final cut hit the ground but they repaired it right away. Any other problems were addressed and made right immediately. I cant praise them enough for the professional job they did, and the excellent customer service. I recommend them over any tree service.

I had eight pine trees that were in various stages of death by pine beetle. The trees were planted by the original owners of the property and were very near my house and several of them were very large mature trees. I called several places looking for bids. These guys gave me the first call-back and their bid was far better than the next closest one I received. They showed up as scheduled within a week of giving me the bid. They had a crew of around eight and several trucks and mini-excavators. They worked like an army until everything was done. They ground all the stumps, raked the yard and cleaned up all the debris. I was very very impressed. I would highly recommend that you give these guys a call for any tree removal or similar issues you may have.

I had a terrible experience. If Google allowed for 0 stars, I would do it. I hired this company to come and trim a tree in my yard. The guy quoted me a price. We agreed on a date and time for him to come out and perform the job. (This agreement was in writing by the way.) On the day he was to do the work, an hour went by and I had not heard from him. Mind you, I rearranged my work schedule so that I could be present while they performed the job. I called his number and did not get an answer. However, he called me back. I asked him if he could give me a time when he could come out. He said that he was working on a different job that came up at the last minute and would not be able to get to me today. Heres the thing. If I had not called him, I never would have known that he had no intention to come out the day he agreed to perform the job. There was no apology. I called the office and spoke with them about what happened. They told me that they did not know why he wasnt at the job at my house. (There still was no apology.) I asked the office staff if there was anyone who could come and do the job besides the no-show guy who I now believe is very unreliable. The office staff said that they would check into it and give me a call back. Over 30 minutes passed, and I never heard back from them. In the end, I called them and told them I was going to go a different route, and they should not worry about the job at my house. I do not know if the no-show guy came across a job that would pay him more money than the job that he had with me. However, he did not keep his word. There was no consideration given to the fact that I actually took time off of work in order to be at my home while they performed this job. No one ever apologized for the fact that I was inconvenienced. This company exhibited a complete lack of professionalism, and I do not believe them to be people of their word. Needless to say, I had a terrible experience. This company was completely inconsiderate of my time. I would not recommend them.

I would NOT recommend Barones Tree Pros for anyone to use. The estimator came out to our house and quoted me a price. I called him back and asked when he could start and he told me Monday July 30th and that I would have to take down the fence so they could get in the back yard. I asked how long it would take because we have dogs that use the back yard. He told me they could finish in one day. So Monday morning i took down 12 of fence and verified they were still coming. When they arrived they drove into my back yard and got stuck. So after getting stuck then they decided to use the mats they brought. Backed there truck up to the tree and then decided for the next two hours to just look at the tree. My wife then asked what they were doing and three different people gave them three different stories. First worker told her that the yard was too wet. Second worker told them their bucket truck would not reach the highest limbs. Third worker told her flat out that they had another job to secure and had to leave. She then proceeded to call me. I call the estimator of the job and asked what was going on and he told me that they got stuck and couldnt get to the tree. So i told him what really happened and he said I am heading that way now. I left work early to meet him there. When I arrived home they were leaving and estimator was not there. I have tried calling the estimator and texting him with no response. I had my wife call him from a different number and guess what he answered. He proceeded to telling her well he was busy and he would have to get back to her. Once she asked what about the fence if we need to leave it down or put it back up he stated that his boss was calling and he had to go. She asked him to have his boss call us. And now it has been two days and we cant get a hold of him and no one has called us. I would not recommend this company to anyone and hopefully one day I will get answers on why or what is going to happen, but in the meantime I have called another tree service and having them cut my tree down.

Great job of removing trees but a really bad job with the clean up

I had a large pine limb about 30 feet up the tree that was impinging on my electrical service line. Barone’s sent someone out the same day to give me an estimate. It was a small job, so they worked it into their schedule and within a couple of days, problem solved! They clean up after themselves, too.
