5 stars! Great company. I’ve used their services for over 10 years. They are my “go to” company when I need my palms and oak trees pruned or removed. The outcome is consistently good and their prices are reasonable. Best part, the owner is an ethical business man. Highly recommended!!
Weve used Panorama Tree Care on several occasions, each time the process was seamless. From scheduling a quote to clean-up afterward, everyone is professional and courteous. If you live in West-Central Florida and need tree service, you must call Panorama.
Crew just finished cutting down my dead tree. Did an excellent and professional job. All the way from estimate to clean-up impressed me and pricing was very fair. Im one happy senior citizen.
Another Great job by Panorama ! This is the 5th time I have used Tony and his crew for tree removal, trimming and Palm Maintenance. They always give a fair price and work has been completed as expected. Professional, courteous and easy to work with. Highly Recommend !
This the second time weve used Panorama. They did an excellent job taking down a diseased 32 inch laurel oak that was going to come down on a house or car if we got a big windstorm. They were on time, were careful to protect our driveway and lawn from heavy limbs, did a great job with the stump. The price was reasonable as well - we had gotten other quotes. If we need a tree service again, well be sure to call Panorama.
Had an Oak tree that lost a large limb, they trimmed all the problem limbs. Excellent clean up after finishing. Will use them again later to have some trimmed in the back yard. Very satisfied with the work and crew.
I just had a dangerous HUGE oak tree removed yesterday and was totally impressed with it all. From the first contact with Tony for an estimate- thru the permitting process- to the final cleanup. The guys on the tree removal team are all hard working, very skilled, and work cautiously and safely. I have more tree work that needs to be done and Panorama is MY tree company ! The ladies that answer the phone are helpful and get questions answered in a timely manner.I have nothing but compliments for Tony, his office, and tree team! Tony even followed up after the job to make sure I was completely happy! Thanks Team Panorama-you made my yard a safer place for my family!
Tony & the crew did a great job. Professional and friendly. Crew did a nice job on all the clean up too! Hard working team! Give Tony a call!
On time, cleaned up well, polite, and completed all quoted work.
Extremely satisfied with the entire job from free quote to clean up completion. Had 3 diseased Queen Palms (one top had fallen off already). It was a pressing matter as if another top had fallen off we could have had damage to the lanai. Quoted on Tuesday, trees cut down the next day. Added bonus as the ground where the palms were located was grinded along with the stumps to level that area. I wouldnt have even thought about that without Tony suggesting it. Entire crew was terrific, thorough and professional.
This company took care of a tree stump for me and left with my shovel. I called and they indicated that they did indeed take my shovel and would return it. Two weeks later after calls, texts, and emails I still dont have it back. Terrible customer service. I recommend you look elsewhere for tree services.Update - When you take items from a customers home and then do not return it as communicated, the proper response is to apologize and not tell fibs online. Nonsense behavior by this organization. Do not use this company! Check out their yelp reviews.
This is an excellent tree service company. Tony Padgett is a skilled and knowledgable arborist. We have used Panorama Tree Service for tree care on multiple properties we manage at Hoffman Realty LLC. They have always done a professional job for us and our customers.
If you want a company that will be rude and disrespectful then this is the company for you. I was told that my tree would be cut down in one day. They showed up on time but their lift was not charged and not working due to it not being charged. They left the job to go do other jobs while the lift was charging Tony assured me that they would be back to complete the job today. They did return and started working; after 30 minutes of working there was a 45 minute rain delay in the middle of the job. I totally understand that people cant work in the rain and lightning. After the rain stopped, they worked a couple more hours. I noticed that they were packing up and leaving with the job not being completed. I went out and spoke with one of the workers and I was told that they had issues with the lift not being charged this mornig and it died this afternoon which is why they could not complete the job today. At this time, it was only 4pm and sunny. After all of this, I texted the owner asking a simple question (I asked if I could be compensated a little bit) as I would have to find someone to stay home with the aggressive dog that I have inside due to the fact that I couldnt take another day off from work. He told me that hes been trimming my trees for 7 years and dealing with my dog and that I shouldve based my info off of what he said. For one, I havent had my dog for 7 years and for two; Ive used him only once before like 2 yrs ago.I was basing my info off of what he said...earlier in the morning, he stated that the work would be done in 2.5 hours. He went off on me telling me to get another company to complete the job and that hed send me the invoice for the work that was completed. I stated that he simply couldve answered my question with a no and I wouldve dealt with it. He told me that the reason they didnt finish was due to lightning in the morning and that they went to other jobs that were safer. I told him there was no lightning and that I was told that it was due to the lift not being charged. Tony (owner) was rude and stated that there was lightning without rain. I do have video proof that his lift was not functioning properly and that there was no lightning. If there was lightning, I highly doubt that all of his workers would just be standing around my yard. One in a bobcat, another sitting on a covering for the lift and another one holding a chainsaw. They were standing around waiting for Tony to get the lift working properly. Im just saying if lightning is a threat, you wouldnt be standing around. After all of the rude texts from him, I finally got his invoice, which was for 82% of the price, but according to his worker they only cut 60%. Once again, I am being told one story by his workers and another one by him. So, if you want to deal with a rude owner who tells different stories than his employees and only having 60% of your tree cut down and pay for 82%, go with Panorama Tree Care. The owner is rude and quick to tell you to find another company. So, save yourself and find another one. Im sorry it had to end this way, as Ive used him one other time in the past and it was a great job. That is why I called him again. However, this time was a totally different story.
I called to set up an estimate. The lady over the phone is rude. She contradicts herself and gets mad at you. Be prepare for her to raise her voice at you. I finally had to tell her to stop yelling and I dont want their business.
Nice job good work
