I went Monday and I had Kelley dye my hair I showed her a picture I wanted my hair like my hair looks exactly like it did when I walked into the salon all she did was touch up the highlights I had which I didn’t ask for that this was my hair before I had it dyed by Kelley the 3rd and 4th picture was what I walked out of the salon with and the last pic is what I wanted she did tell me I would have to come back again to lighten my hair up more my hair never takes two sessions to get it the color I want I see no change my hair and I’m just so annoyed I would like my money back

I went here for an appointment at Haus of Charm and the girls were absolutely lovely! I have no issue or qualms at all. I loved every second of the appointment and honestly I felt like I just had a vacation when I left. Before an after photos of my hair is like night and day.

I see Kelley at the salon and I love her. She is great with specialty hair colors. I have gotten blue, purple, pink, and brown done by her and I love it each time. She is sweet and kind. She lets me bring my kids when I have too and helps keep them entertained while I’m getting my hair done. She is a great stylist and I love going to see her.

Brittany is amazing with Balayage and vivid colors. Her and Jennah’s suite is gorgeous!! If you need a stylist they will both make your hair look fabulous!

Kelley has been doing my hair for over a year now she took me from red which it usually takes several sessions to the gray I wanted .. she spent hours with me until SHE perfected it . I had not been in a salon for years from bad experiences . Kelly actually took the time to listen to me and I Walked out a very happy camper ... thank Kelley your the bestPeggy 713-2299
