This is my first time at this location and I’m more than satisfied. Lani was amazing and accommodated me with a nail issue I had. I’m obsessed with my nails! She gave me exactly what I wanted and was so nice and patient with me. Will be back to this location for sure.

I had went to a previous place we’re they did my nails they came out bumpy and super thick I was attended by Lee she did an amazing job on my nail fixed the bumpiness and the shape up beautifully I absolutely love the design !

I had an idea in mind and went to the Nail Lounge. They were able to pull it off completely! Mike did an amazing job making my neutral nail choice turn out classy. I will note that they take their time in doing your nails. Dont expect to finish quickly if youre trying to get a design done, quality work takes time. I certainly want to go back and try something different in a couple weeks.

I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for! I have been a client of Lys (Rosie) for over 3-4 years even before she became one of Tampas TOP nail technicians and she does NOT disappoint! I have not been to a different salon since I found her and I get an overwhelming amount of compliments on my nails every where I go 🥰 Ive also had work done by her brother, Steven and other technicians at their original salon and loved it every single. Excellent quality work and they aim to please so CHECK THEM OUT because they are the BEST in all of Tampa/Brandon 💯

Such a beautiful place yet horrible service. I received a pedicure with gel polish costing $70 The service was rushed then two days later the gel polish was already off of a few toe nails. I called the shop only to speak to a passive aggressive technician. I honestly want to be refunded and not to waste my time to have it “fixed” when it should’ve been done right in the first place. Save your money there’s plenty of other salons near by.

Clean professional and very good work

Ive been to this place twice and I wont be back. My gel nails never look good once done. They appear very dull. Also waited for 1 hour on my last visit and no one bothered to make me feel comfortable during my wait.

Loved my nails, $65 for french refill and $25 for just painting my toes with gel. The toes could have been better but over all Im happy.

Best nail salon hands down! The atmosphere is so perfect and the shop is beautiful 😍 You get what you pay for and they never let me leave without being fully satisfied with my nails. You want old school simplicity or Instagram nails, they have you covered.The staff is always attentive and even offer beverages. Yes, sometimes it gets noisy when its a full house but what do you expect; This place is bomb so its going to get busy. I recommend making an appointment so you never have to wait but even then, they never turn someone away thats needing a little TLC. 100% recommend this spot.Each nail tech has their special niche so if you show a picture of what you want, they will make sure you are paired with the perfect tech.

I have been coming to this salon and her other location for approximately 2 years now. They are accommodating, but recommend scheduling an appointment as they are typically very busy. Their color selection and nail art is unmatched to many other salons I’ve been too. I always receive so many compliments on my nails and they last at least 3 weeks, and sometimes longer. Overall, one of my favorite salons in the Brandon/Riverview area.

I put them on and they lasted for exactly 10 days on the right side, they started to drop me completely, terrible service.

This place has a nice vibe whenever you walk in, and they have a ton of colors that are unmatched from other salons. The owner is also very nice and greets me every time upon entering. It gets busy on the weekends, so a tip that I would recommend is to go during the week or in the mornings.

Chiiillleee its pretty in here but no different from going to the mall except they charge more. There maybe one or two gems in there but not in my two visits. My nails look like very regular & they rush you in & out. Find you a private nail tech who takes pride in their work cuz you pay for a pretty view. The pedicure massage chairs… TRASH

I booked for a party of 5 women. Chairs were not clean. There was visible wasted coffee stains on table and hair on the chairs. So I didn’t feel relaxed. Most importantly, my pedicure was super rushed. There was very very little to no scrubbing and massaging. This is the most important part for me and after that service, I will not return! The lady who did my feet name is Laura or Glora.

I literally drive an hour just to come here because the quality of this salon is unmatched. The salon is beautiful, clean and they all are great. I can come to them with any nail design and they can recreate it easily. By far the best nail salon around

The BEST nail spot in ALL of Tampa! Fast, friendly, and accommodating all the time! Ive been coming to Rosiey for years and theres not an idea that I present to her that she cant execute! The entire staff is awesome and the salon looks amazing! Do yourself a favor and RUN dont walk here. I guarantee you that you wont be disappointed!!!!!!

Very nice salon decor, roseily did a good job on my nails will be coming back. However my pedicure I felt was rushed, barely massaged and didn’t like how she painted them. Although she was very nice, I feel like they should wipe down their nail books, and chairs etc... after their clients. Now they are walk in friendly and fast paste, so they don’t take the full experience effect with their clients. They do tell you to wash hands before service and offer refreshments.

Definitely recommend! My nails and toes turned out so pretty. I got the basic pedi but I will be back to try out different kind of pedicures that they offer.

This salon is beautiful and so clean. Rosiely did an amazing job on my nails. I was in and out in no time. Will definitely be back.

The building was very nice. However, looks were very deceiving. I paid $60 for a pedicure and gel manicure. It was the quickest pedicure ever!!! Barely rubbed feet or massaged legs. Quick paint then on to a different chair. I would not recommend.

Lee did an amazing job on my nails and she was super fast! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did exactly that!

I was directed to a chair where I sat for over 30 minutes at an empty (yes, empty, not even relaxing warm water) pedicure chair. No one said a word to me or updated me. Once I realized the time, I walked out. Not one employee, including the owner) stopped me or asked me why I was leaving. I need a mani and pedi, like yesterday, but I will not support these shenanigans that dont value my time and money.

I love the nail lounge both locations are amazing. I use NeNe for my pedicures and she gets me right everytime! The owner does my nails and she’s so quick and gives me perfect shape! My nails last literally more than a month

The Nail lounge is very professional and affordable. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they always make sure you leave the nail shop satisfied.

My nails feet was nice but the price was a little high but it a special occasion it worth it. The woman did my nails and feet was so nice.

My friend and I went to get pedicures and they left paint around the skin of our toes and cut our nails WAY to short. All in all our visit was rushed and we didn’t have a great experience.

This is hands down the best Nail Salon I have ever been to! I have been going here for years now, and they have my business for life! Every nail tech is talented, they use higher quality products than most nail salons, are professional and kind, and they consistently deliver long lasting beautiful nails. This location is also gorgeous, and it doesn’t feel like you are in Brandon when you are there! They are also great with children, my daughter is 9 now but has tagged along with me for a few spa days since she was 7, and they are great with her and she always feels comfortable getting her nails and toes done.

I’m so excited about this new location. Ly and Steven are so talented. The creativity is mind blowing. I’ve been a client for 5 years. They are always professional and on time for my appointments. This location is beautiful and so chic!!! Enjoy a glass of wine and relax.

The service was amazing! This is definitely one of the most beautiful and clean salon in the area. It was so relaxing sipping wine and getting pedicure done under the flowers tree. My nails and toes came out so pretty. I would definitely recommend it.

I’ve been going to Ly For a while now and she is absolutely amazing! Detailed and artistic! I can’t find anybody else in this area to do nail art like she does. Also, Nene does the best pedicure ever And is the only one I will trust to wax my eyebrows! Love this place. I drive there from Lakeland every other week.

Beautiful salon, but horrible service. I went in to soak off my powder and get a manicure. Once the girl found out what I wanted her attitude changed. She was so rude, kept walking away, texting, hit me with the drill twice and was trying to twist my fingers off. I wouldn’t let her finish and left before she could do more damage. Worst place ever! DO NOT go here if you value your nails and sanity!!!

They rip people off having one girl quote a price when you come in then change price once youre done. They are slow, cant paint nails without painting your skin and expects you to pay for something you didnt ask for . All around poor poor business. I will never go here again

The serviced was rushed and salon was not following COVID safety guidelines there were too many people in there!The quality of the materials they use is horrible.I got a gel fill in and gel pedicure with designs and I had one nail break two days after I went in and another four days after.I called to fix this situation and was not offered an appropriate solution. When I asked to speak to the owner I gave my information however it’s been days and I haven’t received a call.If you want nails that are pricey and poor quality with poor service then go here.

Came in with my sister and cousins for full sets. We waited a couple minutes and were asked to wash our hands and take a seat at a table. So far so good. I told the nail tech I wanted black nails with my ring finger marbled. She told me she couldnt do marble because my nail was too short.... um..... Im getting a full set with medium sized nails, but ok. She told me she could only do a glitter. I wanted gel nail polish, but she put powder on me, whatever thats fine I guess. I didnt like the look, but I didnt say anything. I though maybe the finished product would be good. Spoiler alert, it wasnt. She didnt completely cover my nails with the top coat so there are matted parts, and the black is not black. It looks like I have gray nails, some shinyish and some a mixture of matte and shiny. Never coming here again. They just lost 5 customers. Im just sad.

Rosiely does an absolutely amazing job every time she does my nails. I come in with a picture of something I want and she recreates it perfectly. Been a customer for years and would not go anywhere else!

I came in to get a full set, and sure that’s what I got but not what I wanted. The man who attended me was very rough, and having weird conversations with me about trying to “find a girlfriend”. He was rough when working with my fingers and had open wounds on his hands and only put one glove on, he left globs of glue all around my cuticles and I went out of my way to remove them myself. I am overall dissatisfied and will not be coming here again. I love their other salon but this new one is just not it :////

Overpriced. They kept burning my nails wth the drill. They could not understand what I wanted for my nails and the pedidicure they didnt file off the heal skin enough so my heals still looked like they had dry skin on them. One of the worst experiences Ive had for a both nails and toes. Ill never go back.

My feet are horrible, the place is nice very beautiful but the lady they assigned to do my feet a waste of money. She was nice but inexperienced for sure, I basically paid her to stick my feet in water and play with my cuticles because she was scared to do that. I was there for far to long to end up a basic pedicure that was not even worth the money.

The atmosphere is simply peaceful!!! Rosely, does an AMAZING JOB every time, I definitely look forward to my pamper sessions with her. You will fall in love!

I’ve been here one and LOVED my pedicure and nail tech and decided to come back. Made a reservation and didn’t see me until 30 min after my reservation which I understand they were busy. I was put with one nail tech and then switched to another one mid session which was weird but I went with it. I was put with a new girl I guess because she was all over the place. My nails were not even and all bumpy and splotchy. I have nail polish all in my knuckles. I was unsatisfied with my service and unfortunately will not be coming back.

Worst fill in and pedicure ever. They rushed through it, the pedicure was fast and haphazard, sharp points were left on my pinky toenails. Fill in was rushed, she cut my fingers, shape wasnt what I asked for, no cuticle oil given, she just did the last coat of gel and went home for the night. Didnt even wipe the nails down. First and last time Ill ever visit this establishment.

Honestly the place looks amazing but the staff is clearly lacking in skills and there is no way that a nice environment can make up for that. Everyone that went with me left immensly dissatisfied with the service provided with a variety of complaints ranging from highly inappropriate conversations to poor nail application/design.

Today is a very busy day for me. I had an appointment at 11:30am and was not seen until 12pm. This was very inconvenient for me being that I had a lash appointment at 1pm and another appointment at 3:30 for my hair. Because she was inconsiderate with my time I lost a $50 deposit for my lashes. On top of that if u have curve nails and that is how you like them dnt come here. Been doin my nails 20yrs and always been asked how i want my nails. Rosely took it upon herself n made my nails straight with a hellllllll of acrylic. On top of that she filed dwn my real nails now they are different sizes and didnt even paint the tips of my nails. A waste of my time and money.

Another one bites the dust. And I am sure me no longer bringing my business in will not affect their pockets, because this place is like the fast-food industry of nail salons. Not only did I arrive first to my scheduled appointment time I was overbooked for Lani. When you book an appointment they do not ask or write your name down. They only write down the techs name next to the appointment time. So if somebody screws up there is no accountability.When I arrived my tech Lani told me to sit down in any chair that shell come over to to do my pedicure. Next thing you know shes walking over to her station to start another girls nails. Did not bother to acknowledge that I was sitting there waiting for her just walked away. Another lady came and told me I was overbooked showed me the appointment book and asked if someone else can do my nails. I said only my manicure that I needed Lani to do my pedicure. They agreed. My plan was to order some Uber Eats for my fiancé while I got my toes done but plans had changed.I took a chance with this new white girl I have never seen there before and she couldnt do a basic manicure. She tried to be done in 10 minutes. Not only that she tried rushing me when I told her I was placing my Uber eats order right quick. Now granted I had a lot of cuticle, I know it takes time, but all she did was complain about how I had too much cuticle. How uncomfortable was that!! Im supposed to say that. And I know I did thats why I was there duh, but if thats the case keep quiet and do your job. Tell me you need to charge me extra or charge me for a deluxe manicure instead idc. Im there because I am a busy full-time mother, wife, daughter, friend, and member of this community who found time to pamper herself and had to walk out with nothing done.I got up refused to continue the manicure and Lani did not even bother to step in to say hey give me a few minutes and Ill take care of you. I speak of my experience and it does not reflect all of their employees. Ive see some real good work being done. The problem here is the lack of leadership and management.And yes it is true this place is not kept clean. With all the white in there you can visibly see the dirt.

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. Save your money and time and go somewhere else. Had scheduled a pedi for 3 of us and as soon as we got there they had us wait a whole 20min with no apologies for the wait. Which is okay I was not expecting so I disregarded this and thought well, they are busy so waiting a little isn’t too bad but then they were quick to rush us out. Not only that, they didn’t even do a good job on our toes. The lady that was helping me said she did not know how to put on my sandals back on so I didn’t mind doing so. Then they kept switched ladies on me and my mom doing our pedis. It seemed as the one doing my moms nails didn’t know too well what she was doing. My sister in laws lady was finishing up her feet, which she actually did a pretty good job, was rushed out of finishing my sister in laws pedi. I am assuming this lady was the boss because she quickly finished the second coating and did the clear coat and did not say a thing or even apologized about switching, all she did is cleaned up pedi area and walked off. My in law was just standing there like what just happened. How are you going to be rude and have customers wait who are willing to pay money and then quickly rush them into leaving. What a waste of money and time on this place. Never again and will definitely not recommend this place to anyone.If it wasn’t for my regular nail salon being closed due to remodeling and me needing ASAP a pedicure I would not have looked elsewhere. I will stick with my regular nail salon K’s luxury nails and wait next time.
