They personalize each experience by knowing their customers names and delivering high quality work. Selena was absolutely amazing today! Her attention to detail and pursuit for perfection was greatly appreciated! I didn’t have much to work with considering my nails were absolutely horrendous and broken but Selena worked her magic and gave me a stunning, sophisticated, and timeless manicure. I highly recommend making Brookline Hair and Nails your number one spot.

This nail salon was so clean and the techs were so friendly! I went with my best friend and the techs took the time to listen to us and to do a great job, and double checked for any little imperfection. We both got dip and I got tips as well. New favorite nail salon!

This place is the absolute best! They are all so sweet and excellent at both manicures and pedicures. I can’t believe their nail art- I bring in pictures every time I go and they always do it perfectly. They can do anything. I won’t go anywhere else!

I’ve been here twice now, but am definitely going to make this my go-to spot. Lynn and Selena both did an awesome job with my dip powder manicure. The place is clean, they listen to what you’re looking for, and there are over 200 options for sip color. Also they’ve got a nice variety of lotions - great touch! Overall, high quality work at a very reasonable price.

I go there for the dip gel every 3ish weeks. They always do a good job and take time in doing so. Appreciate all of them very much

My usual salon closed recently so I went to Brookline Hair & Nails for a pedicure and gel manicure. I had a wonderful and safe experience. Upon arrival they took my temperature, had me sanitize my hands, and took my information for contact tracing. I received a great manicure and pedicure at an excellent price. I will definitely be back!

This is a great salon! I’ve bounced around from salon to salon never really going the same place twice, but I’ll definitely be coming back to this place regularly. Very accommodating when my friend and I walked in without appointments and wanted dip manicures. I didn’t feel rushed to pick a color and the two women taking care of me and my friend were lovely! Very thorough with the dip procedure, I could tell they knew what they were doing and wanted to make sure our nails came out great, which they did! What I especially liked about this manicure was that they made sure the color went as far down as it could so even 1.5 weeks later my nails don’t look grown out at all. I’m confident these will last me at least 3 weeks.

Dont be wary this place is full of wonderful women they do excellent pedicures and manicures there is also a woman that cuts hair. I was in desperate need of a hair cut for an interview I was wary, wow she did a great job cutting it. 😊Very reasonable

Wonderfully run nail salon! You can tell how much they care about providing a good client experience through all the small touches - you get a free bottle of water, you get to choose your hand lotion scent, and they remember you. And best of all, the manicures and pedicures are high quality. They have a loyal customer with me!

Lynn was great! Very helpful staff and even stayed late to finish the job. All of the equipment was sterilized and came in a sealed bag so bonus points for that. The staff were genuinely interested in their jobs. One staff member unplugged her phone and lent her charger to a client whos phone died, and did so without even being asked to. 10/10 will come back. They also have 7 different lotions to choose from!

Very clean, the girls were very thorough and pleasant. Nice surprise at the end of our gel manicure was a paraffin dip. We would highly recommend this salon.

Had a great experience. Anna did a fantastic job on my fill in and gel manicure and my friend had Helen and she also did a fabulous job. Extra bonus was the parafin wax at the end! Will be back very soon!

Went there for a gel manicure, they were very kind, really fast and efficient, and usually gel nail polish doesnt hold up well on me but this definitely has! Will definitely be returning.

I agree, it was bad experience, the girl doing my pedicure was seeing only her phone or was chatting. Not neat. Sloppy.

I’ve been coming here for a year, always good. Just went in for pedicure yesterday and overall really bad experience.1. Young woman at the register asked me if I wanted them to scrap my heals, when I said yes of course (because hey always do and why element would anyone get a pedicure?) she said it would cost five dollars more. I said ok and waited to see what they would do. The woman actually doing my pedicure did nothing more then the usual, in fact didn’t even whip out the heel “chees grater” that they have used in the past, no extra charge.2. Not sure why they rushed me out, but even though I was happy to site and let my toes dry they insisted I put bags on my toes and helped me put my sneakers on. Needless to say, it was ruined by the time I got home. I went back. They fixed it, sort of.3. Today I have a big time painful infection on both big toes.So that’s I wrap, they got five bucks extra ($33 total) but I’m never going back.

Terrible experience. They don’t give you much attention as the girl doing my pedicure was on a call and didn’t even inform me that they are done. I was asked if I can help dry my friends nail paint while they corrected her toe nails. Horrible service!

The staff are so nice & helpful and you can’t beat the prices for such great service. My go to spot!
