I’m reviewing my nail technician Tanya not the salon itself. Love my nail tech. She will now be my new nail tech. My nails came out fabulous. I paint my nails at home because I like to play with my own nails. She kept my shape perfectly just the way I liked it. She did an amazing job filling my nails in. It’s been about two months since I had a professional fill done. I have been doing my nails myself just because my last nail tech wasn’t my favorite. She kept making sure that the nail drill wasn’t digging into me as she was working on my nails. All in all extremely happy I ended up giving her a $20 tip!

I’ll be honest in saying I went here hoping it would be my “go to” nail salon since its right around the corner from my house. I’m disappointed to say it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a nail salon. First, it took the nail tech two and a half hours to do a gel mani and pedi. I had to cancel another appointment while here because it took so long even though I told her I had to be out by a certain time. If that wasn’t enough, the color I chose was not the color Tanya put on my nails, and when I voiced my concern (after she polished it with one coat she ignored me). I had to ask for the design on the nails to compare and even then she didn’t want to look for the one I showed her. After, she reluctantly found it, she painted the color on and when it clearly didn’t match another nail tech said that was the same color it just faded. I told them that wasn’t my fault but that it needed to be repainted. Whatever, because I had been there so long I just went with it because they didn’t offer to change the color and I had to pick my child up from school. To make matters worse, I left the salon and within an hour of me being gone the paint chipped and lifted. I wish I would’ve read the other Google reviews before I went in. I returned and Tanya was super rude. She told me because of me she was late picking her son up from school as if I asked for her to stay late. Customer service wise this place is too horrible to not write a review and let others know. When I went back in to get it fixed (the person I guess who is the owner) the guy fixed it but didn’t apologize for the bad service. I still tipped her $10 but almost asked for a complete refund after having to go back and her being so rude. I’m surprised they have any business at all. They definitely will not get my business ever again.

Unprofessional!!! I called at noon and ask the owner by the name of Andy for availability for a Pedicure. Andy advise me no appointment needed just walk in when I arrive at 1 PM a lady from the back yelled how can I help you ? I told her that I was here to get a pedicure and she replied you have an appointment and rolled her eyes (smh) She then sat back down and yelled at the owner and said you take care of this.. I can then hear her talk negative things to her client … how she don’t got time for ppl like me to show up and think I’m going to get service…owner then came over with a smirk on his face an notebook and said sorry no available appointments..can you come back another day.. No thank you!!!

Sonny greeted me at the door and was very friendly. Tanya was great! Very friendly and professional. She did an amazing job and was very detail oriented. First time coming here and will be returning. I came here for a pedicure and will return for a manicure.

I received a great service. However, I put only 3 stars because I was forced to put mask on. I said that I can not breath in a mask, they said then leave: no mask, no service. I like Tanya and wanted to finish my toes so I stayed. However, what made me very upset that the lady owner and her visitors did not wear masks. I was really shocked. She said that they are family. IF YOU REQUIRE TO WEAR MASK, PUT MASK ON EVERYONE THEN INCLUDING YOURSELF!! I was very disappointed. Not sure if I come back there.

Had my nails done here once. They did a pretty good job, but they never have someone on staff that can do powder dip every other time I have attempted since then. Just like everyone else, I don’t have time to “come back later”. Won’t be wasting my time.

Not great service. Nails are lumpy and gross. Misshaped. Pedicure was just ok, polish they used is lumpy as well! I won’t be back

Horrible experience!!!! Went in for a pedicure and its was like a 5 year old doing my feet, and when I started to complain about the issue the nail tech suddenly spoke no English, then management still tried to charge me a full 25.00 dollars after I made her stop because of how bad she had my feet looking. Never would I recommend this place, I prefer not to even give it any stars.

I have been going there for the past seven years. The owner is and has been extremely wonderful to me. They recently remodeled the facility. Great place to get your nails done!

I have gone twice now and both experiences were wonderful. I I went in and got my acrylic filled and and he even replaced a nail for a good price. Then I went in the second time to have them all replaced and it was done fast. Its now my regular place. An appointment might be for others but both times ice gone I got good service fast. But I try to go when I believe its not busy.

I got the gel polish on my real nails...they lasted like 3 weeks. I liked them. I would go back :)

Rude horrible customer service nails NOT shaped right. Paid $55 and the nails are so ugly nothing at all like the picture I showed 5 layers of polish so THICK AND CLUMPY 😡😡🥺😢

Suddenly has declined and service and quality. When you call to make an appointment an appointment is scheduled but that doesnt matter if there are people that come in after you that have appointments later later than yours then they will take them ahead of you. When asked or called on it youre given the runaround and no answer. They take clients in whatever order they want so I wouldnt waste my time or money.

Everyone is so friendly at this Salon! The owner does a fantastic job with my acrylic nails - my natural nails are in terrible shape and can be quite hard to work with. Ive never waited long even without an appointment! They are a popular place on the weekend, so an appointment is the way to go! As a plus, Publix is right next door and Walgreens is across the street, so you can run errands while you are out.

This used to be my mom, my little sister and mine favorite place! Always came here! We loved the owners, the husband sunny, always did my nails. After I stopped seeing him come in I stopped getting my nails done. My mom and sister however kept going, my mom got a couple infections, on here nails and toe nails, after that I will never go back the place had went down ever since the owner sunny and his wife haven’t been there.

The girl did a good job, but sanitation is a problem. It was obvious that the files ECT were used before and not sterilized before use on me. This is a big turn off.

Turned me away because i wanted him to shape my nails. He just said “no i can’t “ so i went across the street and they did it with no problem

Was told that there would be a 20 minute wait for a pedicure and after 50 minutes I was still sitting in waiting room....so, I asked again and was told it would be another 15 minutes....after 20 minutes I left. No one ever checked in with me or apologized etc. Another time I had an appt. and was told when I got there that Haley was over booked and I would have to take someone else. I am regular here and very easy going but I will be looking for a new salon.

They do a great job and are really reasonable with pricing. If you make an appointment they honor it and dont keep you waiting forever. Everyone is really friendly and they are fast without making you feel rushed.

If I could give this a negative -1 star I would. Rude and unprofessional. Also, I was coming back to give them a second chance because a month ago I came and the same crappie service. This time I just came in to change my toe color and there was only one person in front of me. Then two people come in after me saying they each broke a nail... makes you think of the work and quality. Guess what he does, he takes them before me, I had enough! I told him, this was ridiculous, that I had been sitting waiting for 45min. and he takes them, when they came after me. He could care less, so I left.

Was there a month ago for dip/pedi. He burned my nail with the dremel on several nails removing old dip mani. Then proceeds to take off 3 cuticle skin finishing me up and bleeding. Now I see they have not been open for a week or so.

One man cut my thumbnail so deep and made me bleed, the same man told me he could do something in a picture I showed him and he absolutely could NOT, and another man gave the the crappiest gel polish fill I have ever seen. Crooked nails, different lengths, and the black polish turned blue in the sunlight.

After a year going regularly I would make appointments with Halee the owner and she would be over book and I would have to come back or see another nail tech who was pretty new and less experienced. Mostly recently I decided to go back after 5 months and allowed the second owner Halees husband to do my nails and either the tool he was using to push back my cuticles was to sharp or he was to rough and sliced three of my fingers on the sides causing them to bleed. I promise when I say sliced I mean sliced to the white meat. Now you would ask how did I allow that to happen and not leave after the first finger. The first two fingers I pulled my hand back because it did hurt and soon stuck my hand back in water becsuse I was getting a manicure and soon look down after they started stinging and notice they were bleeding while at the same time he was working on my second hand and and then sliced my third finger! They were bleeding so bad that he said it was scarring him and I told him me too!! The owner did get some green solution that suppose to help stop bleeding and pour it on my three fingers and applied a cotton ball and alcohol which burn like hell. But I would rather have that then an infection (I thought). Only reason I finished getting my nails done is because I was going to be in a wedding that Sunday. In 20 years of getting my nails done on and off I have NEVER had this happen and the explanation that was give was your skin is thin!!! I will never go back or refer this location to other people. In addition I was charged full price and with days I ended up with infection and antibiotics for day 7 days from med express. No lie! Still have the medical bills to prove it.

Been there twice and both times the manager had the nail tech stop working on me to ho do something else and he finished my nails. I dont like changing horses in midstream.
