Went here with my mom. Prices say $25 for a full set. In the end was charged $75 for a full set. Nails came out fine but the salon was the dirtiest I’ve ever seen.The entire time I got my nails done, there was an old brown nail clipping that had clearly been there for a long time sitting less than 2 feet from me ON THE TABLE.I asked what I was being charged $75 for and they said “length, gel, powder and shape.” I never asked for gel. I never asked for any special powder. I even specifically asked for regular polish. They used regular polish on my toes and I asked for the same polish to be used on my hands. Somehow it turned into gel polish by the end of my manicure.Somehow all my add ons were $50 more than the original price???They used the same dirty water from my pedicure for my moms pedicure. They also made her sit with cold water for almost 20 minutes while I got my toes done. The least they could have done was say they weren’t ready for her rather than having her soak her feet in cold water.When I asked why the prices were so crazy, they told me they would remove my nails if I didn’t want to pay. Lol what??? How unprofessional can you be? Explain to me how my nails became $50 more?I can understand $75 nails. I’ve had $75 before and they were stunning with a beautiful design. But yeah these are not $75 nails.It was crowded. Disgusting. Filthy. Unprofessional. I will be calling the health department as well. So sad that we’re living in a global pandemic and you can’t keep your salon clean.

I came here hoping for a nice set of lashes after never having them before, i wasn’t sure how it was and wasn’t suppose to be so i jus let them do there thing and asked for a full set. my eyes were open the whole time, the most painful experience. they ended up glueing a clump of my real lashes onto one part of the extensions ruined my healthy lashes and made a bald spot of hair ruining my lashes and bruising the areas around. will never be back.

This place was by far the WORST nail salon I have ever been to. I should have realized when I walked in & there was literally dirt all over the counters & tools & I didn’t see them disinfect ANYTHING. Everything was so dirty. If that’s not bad enough, I paid $70 for a full set that I swear DIDNT even last me a full week. ONE DAY after my first nail broke, and then one a day until I only had 2 left on each finger & had to take them off after a week. I’ve never had my nails break off from any other salon, so I know for a fact that is was cheap stuff. & it was - the “acrylic” she was using was falling off the brush as she put it on. I’ve never been so disappointed, a complete waste of money & time. You can tell they were cheap because my real nails did not break off with them, as you can see in the photo- only the acrylic broke right off

I got a pedicure and manicure there along with my best friend a few weeks ago. I took my nails off early because my ring finger nail got infected and the skin is peeling away and painful. My pinky toe is swollen and hurts to walk because it is also infected. I do not recommend getting nails done here we usually go to Discover nails but they were busy and we were in a rush. DO NOT GO HERE

Worst nail place I have ever been too, my daughters and I went and got our nails done within 2 days my nails fell off got infected my daughters nails were peeling n got infected!!! I called up they told me no refund they fixed and when I went there and got our nails fixed they turned around and overcharged me and threatened me!! Biggest rip off and nasty place!!! Good manicure and wax. Im only giving them 3 stars because I didnt see anyone disinfecting anything while I was there. They werent even busy on the Wednesday afternoon that I was there, so theres no excuse. Youve got to demonstrate good cleaning habits in the middle of a pandemic to earn 5 stars.

Today Randy took care of me and did a fantastic job went above and beyond for me and also the other customer. Great experience I will be coming back more then I have been recently. This is what I got for not upgrading from their advertised sign right in front of the door. The sign said pedicure with paraffin $25. The lady asked if I wanted to get the deluxe for $35? I said no. So I got this messed up job. I would not go here again. She did not scrub my feet or get the dead skin off. Took a total of 15minutes to do this pedicure.

Hit or miss - the first time I went here was for my wedding in April and it was great. I wish I could remember the technicians name so I come in when shes there. My second visit on July 22nd was pretty horrible. My technician was very slow while doing the basic mani/pedi with French tip and simple flower design...two hours!!!!! Ive gone to places where applying the polish and shaping the tip took ten minutes. So Im not sure what the issue was. There was another customer in there getting a full set and she was not happy with her service. Im assuming the owners were upset and speaking in their native tongue very loudly. Then Im assuming the manager and another technician started arguing both in English and their native tongue. It was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. I ran out as quick as I could. I probably wouldve tolerated another visit at a future time until my French tip started chipping barely two days later!!! Ive had non-gel polish applied to my own nails at other salons and it lasted about two weeks so this was truly a let down. Not to mention a waste of $60...so much for looking nice for my 32nd birthday.

I had a wonderful experience here! Working in a nail salon for quite some time myself, my standards are high. Vivian did a wonderful job on my acrylic set- The shape is stunning. The shop is clean and there are fair prices for all the various services.

I went here on Sunday the wait wasn’t bad at all. I got regular polish on my toes and gel on my fingers. My nails are already chipping on my fingers and I’m pretty upset about it. Also this place was not clean at all. I do not recommend.

Kathy is awesome does a great job, I just hate that every time I schedule an appt with her she stops to take a walk in that wants eyelashes or wax. I like people to respect my time, also this place is a VERY EXPENSIVE.

Wish I could give a zero. The took on more clients than they could handle which resulted in my friend being done way before me. Paint job was terrible! The had to have someone else try to fix my toes. I had more paint on my skin than on my nails. As a result, I didnt have my fingers done. Besides my friend was done already. Her nails looked horrible too. I could have done a better job myself. And they just yelled at you - you sit at table 2!! Go sit at table 2!!

I did my lashes here and it has been a horrible experience. I just wanna state that I do my lashes quite often and this is absolutely a horrifyingly job! My lashes had so much glue, they were clumped to the point that you couldn’t comb threw them. I began to oil up the lashes & after 3 weeks they were still STUCK and stale just as before! I went and got them professionally removed. And even they were mentioning how someone trained wouldn’t have done this. I called them and asked to speak with the manager. And I kindly asked him to please speak with his eyelash techs because I didn’t want anyone to experience what happened to me. And he really didn’t seem to care. He was more like “Just another customer complaining “ type of attitude. honestly I wasnt going to write a review, but if he isn’t willing to care or speak to his techs. I’m more than willing to let the public know.

I love my pedis that I get here. They seem to last longer than other places I have visited. So many colors and nail art available too. Try soaking your feet in warm paraffin. Awesome, awesome, feels so good.

This is one of the worst nail shops ever!!! Their quality is ridiculous. My nails had gel bubbling horribly and they all acted as if they couldnt see what my concern was including the owners. They do not care about their customers, all they care about Is piling up customers in their shop to make money. Never will I return I should have learned when my nails was messed up years ago by them. I now know to never get as desperate as I did today and go back. Save yourself a headache and money. DO NOT GO HERE.

Came here 2 weeks ago and they matched the price I ussually pay at my regular salon. Came back today and owner wasn’t there the lady at the front said they won’t match price again. Will not return! Nails weren’t good anyway just wanted to see if they would price match again and try a different tech.

Honestly, I would give 0 stars if I could. Such a horrible experience. The place is very dirty, seems to not being cleaned in months. They don’t sterilize their materials, which is absurd, since you can get disease from that. Also, when I noticed that the lady started to do my nails with the materials she used in somebody else, I asked her to stop and just paint it. She got mad at me and started to make angry faces and comments. Very poor customer service. Never going back again. A good advice, don’t go there!!!!

Went in to get my gel nail polish removed which was $10 usually $5 at my regular place but It was closed and i decided to stop in here. The lady sat me down and started to file my nails really poorly and then put the acetone on and left, 30 minutes later which is astoundingly long she came back and tried to PICK OFF the polish & I stopped her and told her if she could use the little file that plugs in because if she tried to pull off the polish she would rip my nail bed .... do not go in there !

If I could give this shop zero stars I would. Ive been coming here for 3 years and at first it wasnt so filthy and they had decent customer service. It has majorly declined in the last few months. New techs with really bad attitudes. My old nail tech (so sweet) left the shop. I tried someone else here and my nails were garbage. I keep asking about my old tech and they keep telling me that shes on vacation and will be back. Lies. I ran into her right here in Brandon. She actually works at Discover by Macys. So happy I found my tech and a way better place!

I was given a gift certificate for this place on my birthday. I went in for a pedicure, when I sat down in the chair they had a white towel down in the spot where I was supposed to place my feet. The towel was DIRTY it looked like someone blew their nose on it. She switched the towel. I believe Kim was the technician she rushed the the pedicure. I sat down at 5:10 and done by 5:20. As she was doing the pedicure she seem as if she was having a horrible day. When she was done using the tool she would throw it in the water. Yes the water splashed on me more than once! I am very dissatisfied in their service and wouldnt recommend anyone!

Staff is very rude! Don’t go there. I went to get my nails done and I was rushed the whole time. It was not very packed this day either. After I was finished, a Spanish worker said “ok, your done! Bye, Bye!”like shooing me away like some animal very rudely. Will never go back again!

I went to this place, because, I was already at the mall and had to get a pedicure. I really didnt like the place. I didnt feel it was clean..Will never go again. I do not recommend.

My 3 year old daughter and I had our nails done here today for the 1st time... Just a basic clean and paint. Everything was great. Not a long wait. With decent prices. got nice paint jobs. But as soon as walked out my daughters nail polish had mostly all peeled off.. I was so upset and disappointed. Also the childrens massage chair did not work so my daughter was pretty bummed about that part.

Filthy!!!! I got a pedicure done there and I got an infection on my toe . They have nothing but poor service and poor hygiene! Pedicure area smell bad and the employees don’t care about the customer service but who’s the fastest to get to the next client. They are so lucky that I don’t have proof of getting my pedicure done there, if I did I would of report them !

I got nails with NO PAINT and the they charged me $45 the girl next to me had yellow nails and they charged her $30 they will switch pricing up on you. There customer service is horrible the place is dirty and just a FYI when you use there sink look too the right side and you will find REGULAR HOUSE PAINT they must be mixing it into there nail polish. The entire place is dirty and needs to be shut down.

1 star is too much. I got my nails done 8/2/17 and by 8/3, two of them have already peeled off. I got them painted with shellac. She didnt do a base coat she just went straight to the color and they are all starting to peel off.My mom got a pedicure done and got the basic package where you get a massage, well the lady didnt even do it.Save your self your time and your money. Sonia is the best manicure and pedicure person in this place. I always feel afraid to go to an Asian place because most of the time the work is not good. But I am so glad I found Sonia. She is really good I reccomend her work. She did my nails August 11,18 and just today September 8, 18 the gel started to get off. So, I went back for her to do my nails again today. Will always come back to do my nails with her.

I paid 45 bucks to have the shitiest job done to my nails! Every single one of my nails is a different shape. I asked for oval and got both of my pinkies oval but the rest are cat looking stubby nails. Some are longer than the others. I was so focused on the girl next to me who was complaining about her nails being crooked that I paid no mind to mines till I left. This is the second time I got my nails done here. The first time was with Joyce and she did an AMAZING job but she wasnt there this time and so I got stuck with an older lady who looked like she knew what she was doing but I was WRONG! I had a pedi done and the guy nipped my toe and continued to work . Once he realized I was bleeding he tried to play it off and whipped the blood with a cotton. He nipped me really bad that I couldn’t stop bleeding so he put some solution to stop the bleeding and touched dipped the tip of the bottle in my blood. Didn’t bother to clean it or discard of the bottle, he just recapped it. Since they don’t use gloves, he had my blood on his fingers and went along to do other things while another tech tried to control my bleeding..they continued to paint my toe with blood and all and put the polish back on the shelf, and on top of that they still charged me and deducted only $5 off for cutting me. It’s been a day and I’m still bleeding and my toe hurts... They put my health as well as everyone else’s health in jeopardy. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!!

What rude people. one of my nails was bigger than the others they just said okay and watched me walk out. The lady doing my eyebrows got wax in my hair. She was on the phone with her son and dropped nail polish on my other nails. then ask me what I did to them what a disappointing experience and I was overcharged.

I dont remember the name of the lady who was doing my toes, I was just trying this place out for the first time, but she was a tiny older lady that was dressed very nicely wearing heels. I got a pedicure done two days ago and my toes are STILL hurting. I wore heels today and I was in so much pain. Also, I got the French manicure, if I wanted the lines uneven, I would do them myself. I know customer service and I know when they give you the receipt, they should be hovering over you, making you uncomfortable while watching you write down your tip. Definitely never coming back here.

I highly do not recommend this place, mainly because of the totally unsanitary conditions and I feel safety should be first before anything else. Not only that but the nail techs, except for one, seem to be uneducated on what they’re doing and constantly need assistance. I was cut and they dipped my finger into a new container of some sort of powder and put it right back on the shelf. It makes me wonder who else they’ve done that to. I gave the place another try and it was worse than the first time. I also don’t appreciate them staring as I put in my pin to pay. And last thing is NO ONE CAN SPEAK ANG ENGLISH. Trying to tell them what I want is extremely difficult. Will not go again.

My girlfriend went here and got a mani pedi they made her toes bleed 3 times and put on too much polish it never dried and it got messed up mins after leaving we went back and took about 20 mins to fix once we went back there for them to fix it. Will not be coming here again.

I don’t like giving bad reviews but I’ve been to nail pro a couple of times and each time I had an issue. They have horrible customer service, all they care about is getting your money. They keep bugging you to get gel polish even after saying no 3+ times. They’d hover over me while putting my pin in for my card and while filling out the receipt. My nails would be crooked and uneven. I was cut multiple times when getting acrylics and pedicures. My fingers and toes would be sore for days after going there. I hadn’t been there in over a year so last week I thought I’d give them another try. I just got a manicure and the basic pedicure, the lady rushed the whole time and got an attitude when I asked for her to put a second coat. The polish started chipping off before I even got home. I see other reviews about their saniterness and they are NOT sanitary!!!! 2 days after my pedicure I had to go to the doctor because the pain in my toes was so bad. Come to find out i got an infection!! Ive had to go to the doctors twice and now I’m being sent to a specialist. I don’t recommend anyone going there and I absolutely will NEVER go back to nail pro after this experience!!

I had the dip nails done yesterday. I chose black and at the end my hands looked dirty, caked in powder. Also, the lady had injured me twice! I have two cuts just under my nail from where she used a drill to file my nails and let it sit too long. After I paid, I complained to the guy who sits at the front who apologized and told the nail tech to clean my hands. She scrubbed at my hands and they still looked bad. Theyre very misshapen nails too. I will add a picture of my cut and these lumpy nails. I hope I dont get an infection from dirty tools.

I got my nails done on Monday. The girl who did them was new and young and didn’t file them evenly. Being in a rush, I didn’t notice until I got home. Wasn’t a big deal, my fault for not noticinfg. However, today, Wednesday in the morning I notice my pinky nail is chipped. Mind you I haven’t done anything for them to chip off. I went back and got it fixed today around 10-11:30am. At 10pm tonight I’m getting ready to brush my hair and notice the SAME pinky nail edge fell off AGAIN. I’m so annoyed, I don’t have time to go back a SECOND time to get the SAME nail fixed. A waste of $37. Oh and my graduation ceremony is on Friday. So I guess I’ll be going to that with a broken pinky nail. Will not be back to this salon ever. How does the same nail break twice within the same day?! Cheap material. I got sns dip powder btw. Iv never had this problem before at other nail salons. Lesson learned to not pick a mall located salon just because I’m in a rush. I should’ve waited and gone to my usual place. Avoid avoid avoid!!

I’ll never go back. Went in a few weeks ago for acrylics... the end product was a full set of nails lifting from the acrylic, a crappy shape, and a left thumb nail that was nearly bleeding before application from the filing down. When I asked her to fix the lifting she simply cut down two of the nails on the inside and then left them. I had to go to another salon and pay $60 to get everything fixed. Won’t be able to wear acrylics for quite some time with the nerve damage in my thumb that need to grow out. What an inconvenience.

If I could give it a negative star I would ! It’s the holidays and “sudddenly” the prices went extremely up! I’ve only had one diamond per hand and was charged an additional 20 dollars, after trying to politely talk to the owner about the ridiculous price she proceeds to scream and step towards me like she was going to hit me ! I’ve have numerous of cuts around my nails and on my toes from cutting my toe nails too low, I have cracks and bumps on my GEL polish. Don’t go here unless you want expensive, terrible service 😪

Horrible. I had to go back and get my nail fixed because the gel was chipping the day OF! Then about 3 days later the gel nail polish was coming off again. Don’t waste your time here.
