Good service and very courteous. I found the prices a bit high ($50 for mani-pedi). I guess its because I havent had one done in a long time; but overall a good experience. The pedi was very good and relaxing.

I happen to find this place by accident. The place I usually go closed and was driving around and found this nail spa. It was wonderful. They were very nice and helpful. There were very many choices of services to choose from. I left there with fantastic hair and nails. Thank you.

Just moved & looking for a good place to go to i went by reviews and went here, my acrylic nails are just so bad. They’re not the size i wanted nor the shape at first the guy was doing my nails and then all of a sudden switched and i got this lady who sat there and shaped my nails for about 15 minutes so they ended up being way shorter than i wanted and then she painted them and only TWO of my ten nails are shiny. I’m not sure what happened i also have a cut from the guy using the drill thing but wasn’t even paying attention to my nail was more focused on rushing to get to this other lady. It is over priced for what i got in my opinion, my pedicure was great. Gel is $20 EXTRA which is absolutely ridiculous. Will not be going back.

I came in here to be pleasantly surprised with customer service. I have been getting my nails done over 40 years. When I say this is the best I really mean this. Peter took care of me from the get go. He did an amazing job. Massages relieved my stress and the attention to detail was extraordinary. I recommend Peter and Dylan you will be extremely happy with the work they do

Decided to come here based on the good reviews. Believe when I say, I won’t come here again. EVER. I should’ve known when I walked in and there were no customers. Horrible experience started with the pedicure and finished with the full set. Most of the nail techs seem to be new because they don’t know what they’re doing. The young tech that did my nails had to stop to ask questions to another tech who then switched places with her to correct her mistakes for her. Waste of my time & money.

I decided to try a new nail salon, I began searching on Google and found T-Nail & Spa I saw great reviews for Jennifer. I called to book an appointment and I was so happy to find out she was free as this was a last minute decision. Once I got there I was greeted with smiles all of the staff had on mask including the few clints there.. naturally this is important in this day an age. Jennifer was friendly, asked me what i was looking for, she made suggestions that would make my nails better. I loved the shape and technique used . Im a very picky person so when I say she was good its big.If your looking for quality nails this is the place just ask for Jennifer!

I went back to get a free set of nails after being dissatisfied with my initial purchase and received beautiful stiletto acrylics from Peter. When I left the store my car was out of battery and he helped me jump it!

My friend and I were expecting better because of the good reviews. Yes they are showing caution due to Covid, but the place is still a bit dirty or run-down. The worst part, which was completely undeserved, was the phone call we received right before our appointment telling us not to be late. We considered not even going in because of this, but tried it anyways. Services were typical: nothing amazing and nothing bad.

Ive gone to T-Nail & Hair Spa for several years. They are under new owners and although former owners were wonderful, Christina & Steve have elevated the atmosphere. Christina cuts my hair and always does exactly what I want. Their shoulder, neck massages are heavenly!!Also their nail techs are very good!TODAY 4/30/2019 I had a wonderful hair washing/head massage and facial. It was so relaxing! The cucumber mask was so nice! It was truly the most refreshing and relaxing experience!! I highly recommend this Spa treatment. Give yourself a special treat and make an appointment!!

I was about to have surgery on my hand and was worried about fixing my eyebrows. Because of my age they are sparse and grey. Pam, my wonderful hairdresser suggested that Kathy do permanent make-up. The best thing I have ever done for myself. A real confidence booster and so many compliments on my eyebrows. All staff are super friendly and make your visit a really pleasant one.

They were very nice and reasonably priced. The girl Jenny was very informative and patient with my daughter. My only complaint was that I wanted a design painted on my big toes and there was only one lady who knew how to do it and she was busy. I will definitely go back.

Ladies when you find a shop that grooms you well you will travel no matter how far. I had been going to this shop for year when the owner sold it but she still remains there as a worker. BAD MISTAKE. The new owners have destroyed this shop. Raising prices, got rid of great staff and they appear to be sinking with ads on offer up looking for nail techs and stylists. This was my last visit to this shop. I will be seeking a shop closer to home.

Just got an acrylic refill done by Jennifer. Second time here and she is awesome! Even added an oil hand massage. I highly recommend this place. I also got a brazilian weeks ago by Christine. Check her out. Place has a great manager also. Steve is always pro great customer care.

DON’T GO FOR LASHES!! I had been going there for over 2 month for lashes and though I was blown away, I was content. One day I go (by a previously set appointment) and the tech was clearly in a rush. I paid $50 to get my lashed done and within 5 days half had fallen out!! I went back expecting her to at least offer a discounted refill since I had not done anything differently to cause the lashes to fall out in such a short period of time. Especially since let her tell it, they last up to 4 weeks.NOPE!!! I was told my lashed fell out because of my oily skin and a refill for $35 was needed.....Really!?!?!?! Who in the heck pays a total of $85 for 2 weeks’ worth of lashed??? Have you lost your mind! The lashes I had gotten there before that lasted at least 3 weeks and now suddenly I have oily skin that causes them to fall out within 5 days??? You just lost a customer!! Good bye!

I treated myself and a friend to get our nails done and hers came out great but mine are very bad. The acrylic is uneven on the nails and thick. The tech also got a lot on my cuticles and did not clean the extra acrylic and glue from under the nail.

I came here to get my nails filled/and fixed after having a terrible experience at one of the Brandon mall nail salons... they not only fixed my nails but made sure I had the length and cut that I wanted. The girls Christine and Kathy did mine and friends nails and we absolutely love the way they turned out! Thank you ladies!!

No good!!!!! First of all, i had a design in mind and i showed them the one i wanted. They said they didn’t do it so i thanked them and left. The lady called for me in the middle of the street and told me they can do a similar one and she called “the best”. She did a HORRIBLE job!!!!!! It was nothing like it. I couldnt see my nails AND they lasted 4 DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They put a little bit of acrylic so they are sooo thin!! They brake easily!!

Dont really get my nails done they turned out alright and my cuticle was cut and bleeding, hurt pretty bad. My technician didnt really talk to me kind of came off rude but the next girl she had in line was a regular and was chit chatting a lot....I just kept getting told to relax and when I accidently hit my nail on her hand she did like an aggravated exhale of breath when I asked if I messed up she gave me an attitude and said yes. The other ladies and the gentleman seemed super nice but I wont be back. :/ update....my daughter got gel nails and one peeled off on the 3rd day. So upset however I was able to go back and get mine fixed since mine peeled the next day.

Poor Poor Service came from Orlando . Visitó this nail salon with my sister they painted my nail wrong, came in with my acrylic nails they removed them at the end I have to ask for a manicure and they messed up my feet then they charge me 61 dollars . I got my nails done on friday at 2:30 i gotA fill in and by 4pm that same day my gel nails were all peeling /chipping off. Same thing happened to my daughter in law as well. Prices are cheap, but clearly so is the product.

Worst haircut of my life by the slender lady in the 1st booth. She didnt offer to fix the my uneven cut . I left crying its so bad. My boyfriend went to go pay what was supposed to be a $15 cut spending $40 because she told me not asked me she was blow drying my hair and added the $25. I shouldve listened to my boyfriend and left when she came to the front and looked as if she had no interest. I spoke to her and showed her picture of what I wanted and cannot believe what I left with. In trying to figure out how to post a picture.
