I never had a pedicure where they never massaged your feet, only your legs. Massage on legs wasnt really a massage more like a rub down. I do not recommend coming here.

It was AMAZING! I was treated special and made comfortable! They were all very good at their jobs! I was able to be comfortable and talk freely to the employees! My experience was with Sophia who did an amazingly great job and I was so relaxed I wanted to get it done twice . Then I was directly serviced by Rachel who was very sweet and did also a an amazing job! She made me feel pampered and not like she was in a hurry to be done with me! I loved her knowledge and they both made me happy and I will definitely see them and their family again the next time I get a manicure or pedicure at the deluxe spa nail salon! 😁🥰

This was my very first pedicure experience and I loved every moment of it! It was probably obvious to the staff that I was walking in like a deer in headlights but I was treated with great care and professionalism and I didn’t feel judged at all. I’m a nurse with very tired feet and the deluxe pedicure was thorough, rejuvenating, *and* relaxing. I will definitely be returning to deluxe spa and nails, and I’m so grateful I found them. Thank y’all so much for the terrific work you do!

This is normally my regular nail salon and Ive never had a problem like this. It may have been a bad day for the guy who attempted to do my nails but it was horrible. I asked for ombre nails and he didnt know what that was so he began doing what he wanted to do. Went through so many shades of pinks so I was just like pick one and lets move on. Well I noticed he packed that powder stuff on my nails causing them to be super thick. When I said something about it he says Ill fix and began filing my nails down. He filed so much that the acrylic was filed into my real nail. I told him he had to stop because my nails were burning. I asked him to soak off, cause that was a mess. 2 weeks later I still cant get my nails done because they are still sore nd very thin.

I loved my pedicure! It was perfect - they have plenty of staff, so didn’t have to wait like at most places. They are very clean and professional. Great prices too!

The service was great. I was very comfortable. Rachel took very good care of me as she has done in the past. I left feeling so special on my Birthday. Ill be back soon. 😊

The place was not clean. No one seemed to speak English, except for who I assume was the owner. The nail tech looked dirty. I used a gift certificate that was good for several pedicures. I’ll never go back.

I really appreciate my nail techs attention to detail... but I have never spent 3.5 hours in a nail salon for just a gel manicure. I must admit thats a little off-putting. They are also quite pricey. My nails were $46 dollars... no wax, no massage, no special treatments... just a soak off, gel manicure and designs on 2 fingers. So theres that.The people here are nice....they do a good job... and its a clean and comfortable place. just expensive and takes a while.

I went to this nail shop with a friend between Christmas and New Years. We were seated immediately because there was only one other client in the shop. The technician was not very friendly. I tried to explain the shape that I prefer for my nails both before and during my service (square with rounded tips). This person must not speak very much English, because they did not respond beyond a smile and a nod. I received square nails and had to file the corners when I got home.The type of dip that was used must’ve been inexpensive because it did not last as long as those I’ve received at other shops with high-quality dip. The client next to me received much better service and her nail color was thicker and did not show through at the tips (she showed them to me and I looked very carefully.) The color on my nails was almost see-through at the tips. I asked for another layer of color and the technician reluctantly put a very thin layer on. Even with the extra layer, it was still almost transparent on the tips. I usually receive at least some type of lotion after a new set of nails are applied. At this shop, I did not receive any lotion or oil. In my opinion, the price was too high for the services I received.

I love this nail salon!. They are sweet as can be, and they always take their time. I am always amazed at how my nail tech always takes my ideas and bring them to life. I haven’t had an experience that is short of amazing. I absolutely love them!. I am trying to figure out how to post my picture of my nails. My phone isn’t giving me the option at the moment

Just go somewhere else. The prices are up charged for subpar service. I’ve tried several technicians at this place and the type of service you get varies with each person. Almost every visit is unsatisfactory from being cut and bleeding from poor techniques used, to not getting a proper pedicure and Each time I’m charged something different.

Vivian is awesome. I love her😍. She has a wonderful skill of doing nails. She gets a 100.

Deluxe Spa & Nails will never get anything under 5 stars from me. They are great! They are so kind to everyone that comes in. They also remember you which says a lot! This is the only nail shop I will go to.

This is a really good place they take there time and they do everything right.

I was so excited to try this place. It is very clean and the workers seemed friendly enough. But my pedicure was done very quickly. My nails were cut so short that I now have an ingrown toenail. And the polish...oh my goodness. When I got outside and looked, the polish was smeared all over my toes. I had to come home and redo it. And my feet were rough due to the scrubbing they gave them. Awful. A totally waste of money.

I brought my two daughters in for their toes painted and me for a manicure. They immediately got us in and started. We were there around an hour for all of us. They did a great job!!

I have been going here for many years and have always gotten good service, I looked forward to treating myself. I went in November right before Thanksgiving so I would have my nails nice for the holidays. This day I received some of the worst service Ive ever gotten. I got acrylic tips put on and requested a sporty length with square top rounded edges. The man doing them couldnt understand one word of English and didnt stop grinding my nails down until my nails were sore and the same length as my original nails just looked like there was mounds of acrylic on top of my fingers. I tried stopping him in the beginning when they were a perfect length but he kept filing and using the dremel all while not understanding a word I was saying. Then to top it all off after the pain of grinding and filing, the color I had requested was no where to be found so they threw something similar together and it did not look good at all. I spent 50$ with a 5$ tip for the worst gel manicure ever. I filled out their survey I was sent and was offered a 15% discount on my next service. Being in customer service if a customer was not satisfied I would have offered a free service to fix my mistake instead of a 15% off.My fingers looked like there were little mountains on them, it was terrible. I hate I may have to find a new nail salon but Im nervous to go back as my nails are thin and brittle now due to acrylic not going to the nail bed and water getting under them. Then while shampooing my hair my hair would get underneath them at the cuticles and rip my hair out in the shower. I very rarely will take time to leave bad comments because everyone has a bad day but there was too much that was uncalled for at this appt. Oh and usually I get a hand and arm massage with lotion and cuticle oil but not this time. The technician just got up and went for me to pay.

It was an hour drive for me but was so worth it and customer service was wonderful thanks Sophia will be back!!!!
