I broke my nail playing basketball less than a weekafter I got them done by a talented nail technician here which they looked amazing previously and went in today prepared to pay.. not only did the nail technician match exactly what I had previously but they did not charge me to fix it. I don’t normally leave reviews, but when I see excellent service it should be highlighted because that’s hard to come by. Highly recommend this nail salon super clean and professional. I will be back :)

I asked for a fill and toe polish change. I was charged $62!!! My nails are nice but it would have been nice if I knew the prices before. What if I didn’t have enough money and no credit card!? What would they do then?! Why are they hiding the price lists? So they can charge whatever they want? I would not recommend this nail salon at all. I’m writing the BBB and going to call Hillsborough county to see if there is law that they’re breaking.

Amy is new to this location but let me tell you, she is on point. She did my nails pedi and eyebrows and im not disappointed at all. Came for julie but she wasnt there today. Amy will be my new nail tech. Thanks Amy!!

Pedicure was good but my nails didnt came out so good, she didnt shape it properly and she was doing it too hard that it hurts.

Nice pedicure but my gel manicure was done to hard it caused my right thumb to be brittle/dry and weak

The person who did my pedicure really tried and did a great job. I’m just disappointed because I asked for a mani/pedi but all they did was a pedi. I didn’t have time to do a mani after getting a pedi done. Usually they work on both. Not here

Tim is the best with nails - especially dip, and Julie does great with brows. Pedi’s are also good here. Prices are about the same as everywhere else. I’ve visited other salons throughout the years but always come back, even though it’s 20 minutes from my home and I pass multiple salons on the way. Only salon I recommend consistently.

This was my first time at this salon, I went in only an hour before close and Brian was so sweet and welcoming. He sat me down and worked with me to create these perfect, cute polka dot nails! We sat and chatted the whole time and I will definitely be setting up an appointment with him!

Tim does the best dip for nails, mine last 3 weeks, no chips or cracks. My nails grow fast and Im very hard on them, so thats saying a lot. The whole salon was just redone and it looks beautiful, but their prices are still affordable.

Andrea is very polite and she does amazing brows, mani and pedis. They followed socially distanced steps, very clean place.

Paid for the expensive pedicure. He had no clue what he was doing. After the scrub. He didn’t wipe off. So when he massaged with hot stones it was literally digging in my skin. My toes painted look like a child did them. He also didn’t clean and clip my cuticles or dry areas around my toes. Definitely not worth $55😐😐😐😐

Horrible! 5 days and nails look like lee press on nails! I was cut with the nail drill by the tech in like 7 different places my cuticles are still sore! Spent $50! NEVER AGAIN!

Employee smugged the gel he was doing on my toes from where I was sitting I couldnt really see it but he Im sure noticed didnt fix it! The same guy I showed a picture of how I wanted my nails did nothing like the picture he was clearly in a rush to get done with me. Someone else should re do my nails and toes or at least give me my money back. You dont pay 50 for half ass nails and toes.

I have used this salon for the past 1 1/2 years. I absolutely love it and I highly recommend them! I have had several different technicians and the part I love is that they do my nails the way I like them. They dont push you to get something you may or may not like. Theyve done it right for me each time and I will look forward to always going back!!

It started as a good experience or so I thought. He made me feel special and pampered. Usually I spent 3 to 4 hours here. I realized I got treated accordingly to what I spent. When I asked for designs he didnt know how to do them, the other dude would say he wouldnt do it but knew how to do them. I would get passed on like a rag doll. Bottom line if you dont love your job dont do it. Digging for riches wont get you anywhere. Im not speaking of the girls or the boss. They also shave them down so they could keep u keep you coming back to dig more. It isnt bad enough that you leave behind $160 or more. The last time I came within the same week I broke one got fixed. Following week another one broke came back he told me I would have to pay try to argue with me about when i had came there last. You tell them what you want they want to tell you what you should get. Lost my business. Many times I went home and realized some where thicker then others,shapes were crooked and the filing on top was also uneven.

Two years of service. I have to say it’s like no other. My nails last and look natural. My tech is si neat and detailed . Great service and professional.

One of the gentalmen there is very rude to people he doesnt know at all! Didnt even help me when I asked him to check if my nails had dried fatally brushed me off. Doesnt talk or ask how you want your nails done or if any designs are needed (next time up sell bro) Rushed me out of his chair for one of his regulars!

I live in Temple Terrace and decided to try Creative Nails because I shop in Brandon. Glad I did! It is extremely difficult to find someone who does a mediocre job, let alone good...and Lenny ROCKS! He was sooo nice and did a fabulous job with my pink and whites! Ill make the drive to see Lenny from now on! The other staff were all friendly with smiles too. They do NOT disappoint!

Unfortunately, I did not have a great manicure experience. I had Hanna today and came in for a shellac manicure. Im a nurse so I need my nails really short and they werent. I asked politely and she made a comment Im not done... dont you know that?. So that just set the tone and made me very uncomfortable. I also wanted a nude color, natural looking. I ended up with a peach color with a shimmer, I felt really uncomfortable asking for a different color. I still had polish on my skin also. I never got any oil or lotion for my cuticles and she never checked the length with my other hand, so I had nails of all different long lengths. And on top of that I felt super rushed because there was another customer there who was a regular that she wanted to do. So has she was doing my nails she kept apologizing to the other customer. It just wasnt a great experience. Im giving it 2 stars because I had a semi-decent gel pedicure. The polish looks good on my toes but I could have used a better scrub. So for $90 I left there pretty unhappy. Ya win some, ya lose some. Hopefully, your experience will be better than mine.

Horrible experience. New lady messed up my neices nails and was Extremely rude. She did not want to fix the job and kept upcharging for fixing. Ended up paying $60 for unfinished nails. We got there at 3pm and left at 4:19 after explaining what she was doing wrong. New lady said we waisted 3hrs of her time. Right

First time but definitely not the last! My Mother and I did some great bonding over this wonderful experience . The staff was extremely kind !! I basically just found a nail design off the Internet and Haley perfectly captured the image . I recommend this place to the highest ability !

On Saturday morning I was shopping at the plaza, decided for times sake to come in and get a repolish for my toenails and an eyebrow wax. They were busy and couldnt take me right away which is fine and expected. I picked my color for polish, sat about 10 min. A younger man who was doing a pedicure balked to go have a seat, meaning at the pedicure chairs so I walked over paused for a quick second to send a text, then he said loudly, have a seat, I replied yes, just give me a second. It wasnt like anyone in the nail salon was ready for me. So, I sat there another 15 min until a lady came to polish my toenails. I was very polite. I could tell she was irritated about something as she yelled out and many others yelled out in Vietnamese to the other staff in the salon. She was rough and actually used her own fingernails to scratch away polish around the sides. Yuck I thought and when I winced from the sting she said, oh so sorry. I said ok. I thought about just leaving and not having the eye brow wax, but then she smiled a few times and seemed to calm down. When I got my eyebrows waxed, she seemed appalled by the hair on my upper lip she said. She said it was black and too much. I was shocked. She said she would wax it. I said, ok, just a little. She then said I had hair on my chin, so I agreed to let her wax it. She wanted to do my whole face and I refused. The whole waxing was really painful and I looked like a red lobster, horrible. She said it would be ok to put cold water and ice. When I got home I noticed blisters all over my face and eyebrow area. The wax was apparently too hot and had burned me. I have little scabs on my face now. I should have driven the few extra miles to my regular nail salon. My friends and family said that if I did have hair on my upper lip and chin they never noticed and thought she was just trying to do more waxing for extra money. It was fairly expensive $45.00 for the toenail polish (no pedicure) and the waxing. Normally, its about $30.00 at my regular nail salon. Either way, burns on my face is pretty horrible.

They got me in right away. I overall did not like the experience. The tech went on a cigarette break during my pedicure (while my feet were wrapped in a hot towel)... and came back smelling horrible. He visibly agitated when I wouldnt let him use the dremel to buff my nails ( I was not getting acrylic so there was no need for it). I had to ask him to reshape or file my nails multiple times as they werent even or had jagged edges. He painted over my skin with the gel polish and didnt properly remove it so my cuticles looked horrible after about a week of growth. I wont be back.

Ive been going here about a year and they used to do a good job, but recently they have taken down their sign with prices and seem to charge whatever they feel like to who ever they feel like. They tried to charge me $25 for a fill in that last week was 15 and played dumb when I mentioned it and then charged me the right price. They are very pushy about the gel color Ive had to say no 3 times and then he still put it on and tried to charge me. Maybe because I refused to let them overcharge me theyve not done a good job on my nails but the last two times I was extremely disappointed. Dont get played for a fool. Ask for a price list.

This is their last chance, the worst ever. If Amber is not here to do a pedicure you get what you get and its not good. Today, a guy, who is doing almost nothing. I will be done before the woman who was here when I walked in. These two girls and my guy are too busy talking and laughing. Very bad place and I will never give them another $ of my money.

Most ridiculous place ever!! Came on a Friday to get my nails done, by Monday three had completely came off and one was broken. Went back to get it fixed and they did them worst then they did the first time. If you want to waste your money this would be a perfect place for you. NEVER RETURNING. If I could give them NO stars I would.

Went in as a walk in and was told 10 minutes until ready for a manicure. Waited an hour and a half before being called back. Place was dirty. Worst of all, my account was overcharged $5.My friend was getting a pedicure and sat in the massage chair for 45 minutes before they even started.Dont waste your time here.

I went with my daughter and daughters-in-law (4) of us at the same time last week for the works, Gel Manicures, Gel Pedicures, Acrylics, and I got Dip Powder Nails! I dont get my nails done often, as I am rough on my hands and Hai told me Dip Powder is long lasting. So far, they look fantastic! Girls all got different nails, my daughter got color changing gel and she has gotten SO MANY compliments. She also had her eyebrows waxed and was pleased. They were all so nice! My DIL suggested going here because she likes Vivian. I had Hai and he was awesome too! The others were very pleased with their nail techs as well. I was skeptical based on some of the reviews I saw, but they were great! Highly recommend!**Update 6/7/17 - almost 1 week later, one of my nails chipped (I told you I am hard on my nails). I went back in and they fixed it...NO CHARGE!! :)

We were in from out of town and was trying ro waste time. I wanted to get a pedicure. I like the fact that they have bags in the foot tubs so your feet are not where someone elses had been. I got a manicure as well. The paint on my fingers chipped off later that night and was 60% off by the next day. My friend was with me and her lady barely spoke to her. After she finished the pedicurr she left her sitting there without saying anything to her. She was getting a manicure as well. The lady proceeded to open her mail and walk around. My friend asked her if she knew she was getting a manicure as well. The lady was very rude and said yes. Bottom line is that it was less than par for a nail shop.

Totally RIP off..$93 for 1 Basic Manicure and two Pedicures ◇ Wife got gel for Pedi...and the older lady rushed my manicure, didnt shape my nails and charged my $5 just to buff my nails....will NOT be returning and will recommend no one else to visit.

I was in desperate need to get a mani and pedi so I decided to give this place a chance since most of the reviews were positive. . I like the job they did with the manicure however, I couldnt help it to notice that they do not clean the tubs after they finish the pedicures. They dont even disinfect the tools they use. They just rinse them with water. I saw not one or two but 3 of the employees just walk to the sink and rinse them with water. The other 2 just put them back in their baskets and used the tools with the next client. Another thing that turned me off was that a costumer was unhappy with her nails and she asked the lady if she could fix them and she was soooo nasty about it! She was arguing with the costumer and then started to talk in her language with her coworkers. That is absolutely rude! I dont think I would go back there. If you get a pedi make sure you ask them to clean the area before they start with you.

Never get your eyebrows waxed here!!! They slashed mine and burnt me numerous times 24 hrs later they are still red, swollen and hurt extremely bad. It was an older lady that done them. She didnt want to do what I asked which was just clean them up. The owner still made me pay for their screw up I will never go here again
