I’m satisfiedI walked in and they started my nails immediately. Really relaxed salon, chill techs & customers. I never felt rushed like most places I’ve been too. There’s 3 or 4 salons in this mall, I think this is the best one

I paid $58 for a deluxe pedicure specifically because I wanted the advertised massage. yea... the pedicurist basically just carresed my legs and feet for about 2 minutes. I DO NOT RECCOMEND. The actual pedicure was really bad, too. Kind of upset because I dont usually get pedicures and this was a treat.

Went in for a haircut. I said I wanted the basic $28 haircut no wash or styling or anything. So he cuts my hair (not a very good haircut either. The layers are not done well but it’s already shorter than I wanted so I will have to let it grow some before getting it fixed) and then we get up to the register and he charges me $50. I asked him what he was charging me for and he said a cut and style and I told him he only gave me a haircut and it says it’s $28. He says “oh that’s for a trim but it’s $50 since you got a full haircut.” I stated again that I didn’t get the wash or anything and he just kept arguing that I could have had the wash and style since it was included in the price but I said I didn’t want it. So I ended up paying for something I didn’t get and didn’t even want. Reading reviews I saw this had also happened to at least a couple of other people. I will never go back here again.

This is a very clean shop. The people are very friendly. I went to get my hair cut. Ive never been to this hair dresser before and I dont think I will be going back. I just needed my hair trimmed and fixed after a bad cut. I have been letting my hair grow for over a year. I had a good 3 inches and I told him I wanted to keep the length but to shape it. What he did was save me. He must have cut off over half of my hair. He was also heavy handed and keep hitting my ears and putting his knuckle in my eye. Not what I would call a good experience.

I have been using this salon for 14 years . It is always clean, Gwen is one of the best hair stylist I have ever used. Kim is amazing at giving pedicures and the owners Matt and Joann are always accommodating. I would highly recommend going to this salon for hair, nails and pedicures.

Rebekah Callahan is a very talented and personable stylist! She took a dreadful mop of hair I had, and gave me a makeover with beautiful color including low lights and keratin. I returned for a second visit where she turned my boring bob into a perfect and polished short haircut. I love it! When I returned home, even my husband said, Wow, she is talented! because it turned out sooo good! Love it, and wont let anyone else do my hair now!

Since Ive moved to Florida, I have not found anyone who can do my hair like they did up north. Until I decided to give Brandon hair and nails spa a try. Rebekah did an amazing job on my hair! The cut, color and texturizing she did made my hair feel light but with volume! I will definitely be returning here to see Rebekah as my stylist moving forward!!!

The people there were very very nice the place was clean and the lady that did my daughters hair was willing to stay late she was absolutely amazing and she did a beautiful job

I wish I can give no stars and just give my feedback, this place doesn’t deserve any starts. I’ve been to this nail salon numerous of times before and I’ve never been disappointed and unsatisfied with my nails from this place before. I got a full set, all my nails was lumpy from the acrylic, the shape of my nails was NOT EVEN close to what I wanted, he got the gel all over my cuticle area and didn’t even wipe it off, I told him to fix the lumps of acrylic numerous of times and still did not fix them the way I wanted them to be. As a customer I SHOULD NOT have to tell a nail tech how to do nails. I guess he was having a bad today because this is unacceptable, I will not be coming back!!

Got a great hair cut there today and I absolutely love it!

I walked in, asked to have my eyes brows done. The lady at the counter said yes. I found it odd that the cashier lady had me skip some other people that was there. I noticed after a while of scoping the place, they have the cashier lady start the process when you walk in so you wont leave. Nice idea, but was eye brows were worse coming out than going in. Not happy wont ever use them again.

This was my first time at this salon and I decided to do the dip powder manicure. It was bad experience. She cut my cuticle with the machine tool several times and on top of that my nails are not pretty. I put some pictures so you can see what I’m taking about. Additionally her desk was dirty and the next station too. I’m not going again. 45 $ thrown out the window.

I went there Sunday and paid $80For my manicure and pedicure and today Tuesday that is what I have on my hand I don’t know how add pictures. Do not go there! Is horrible my hand looks really bad I will never back again

Went to Brandon Hair and Nails for highlights. I’ve been getting highlights for over 20 years and never have I ever ended with such horrible hair. Not only did Rebekah not catch my roots with foils, she had tremendous bleeds with every foil that my hair is in zig zags! The color is yellow orange and white streaks. That is AFTER she did a toner. Obviously she does not know what she is doing and should never touch anyone’s hair doing highlights. I went to rectify the situation to ask fir my $150 back and they refused. The salon manager said because I didn’t get a root touch up that’s why my hair was zigzagged! Obviously she is oblivious as well. My stylist in Connecticut never did root touch ups and just foils and not once in my life has it looked like this. This is going to cost hundreds to fix! They offered to fix but would only charge for the low lights!!! Not only would they not refund or acknowledge the terrifying job done, they would charge to fix! Most unprofessional, disgusting place and if anyone goes there they are nuts! I will forever read reviews going forward and listen to them as I should have from the beginning.

Gwen did my perm and she was really caring and made me feel comfortable! She also gave me the best service along with getting my nails done. 10/10 would recommend out of all the nail shops/spa in Brandon Mall :)

They always do an amazing job on my nails, but this last visit was my last. I got a gel set that was fairly short, one color with no designs or jewels. I have always been charged $35 for something like that, and they quoted me that over the phone. This last time, they made me pay $50 for something that simple. When I asked about it, they said it was because it was gel and because he had to shape them. I felt very taken advantage of. Im never coming back.

I have been going to this place off and on for almost 2 years with no complaints. I was there on Friday evening 2/9/18 and had the most horrible experience. I was with someone Id never seen before and I swear to you I must have been her very first client. I do the gel polish and it started off with her not being able to get the old polish off. She wrapped by nails but dont think she put enough acetone on the cotton and she left me sitting with them on FOREVER. She still couldnt get the polish off so she just used a rough nail file and did it by hand. She ruined my nails...they were so thin and started to spit some at the sides from all the buffing. She had to cut them way down. I asked for a design (some polka dots and a heart on one nail) and that was a disaster. I ended up having to have her take it off and just paint it a solid color. In three days 3 nails chipped and today I had to cut one down because it was split so far down the side that it kept getting caught. It was a totally uncomfortable experience and I paid for a manicure but all she did was soak my nails in water and push my cuticles back.I doubt I will go back after this...I was there for over 2 hrs to just get my nails painted.

I moved to Brandon in July 2020 and had to find a new Nail Tech. I went to this place three times and the Nail Tech would not listen to anything I said. She would acknowledge that I was talking but only took care of half of what my concerns were. My pedi the last time was horrible. My toe nails were uneven and my fill was bubbled. Horrible all three times!!!!

I would NOT recommend this place! Waste of money and time!!

I came here after first going to Mastercuts and seeing they only had one person working who was busy and didnt even notice me come in. Frankly, I wish Id waited. Honestly it was partly my own fault, as the lady who greeted me here barely spoke English. I say this out of absolutely no desire to appear racist, but the problem being that you need to be able to communicate clearly to your stylist what you want, and I was not totally sure she understood what I was asking for, despite me showing her a picture. Me being shy and her being very insistent, I went along with it. I wish I had gotten her name, she was a hispanic woman with long black hair. She was extremely rough with my hair throughout to the point of me wincing and gasping in pain, though she acted like she didnt notice. The cut turned out alright thankfully, but the way she styled it I first looked like a country music star at the CMT awards, and when she tried to fix it I looked like Farrah Fawcett. Not at all the desired look.. On top of this, when I got home I realized that despite her trimming my ends, they were now rough and frazzled looking like theyd had heat damage. (On top of her being way too rough with my hair, she also held the blow dryer for extended periods of time close to my scalp. Its like she forgot the hair was attached to a person. I swear I smelled the scent of burning hair a few times.) When I expressed my displeasure she tried to fix it but told me I was being picky and that it looked good. After sitting there way longer than it should have taken, I finally had to ask her if I could just pay and leave. I regret being a little rude with her, but seriously sitting there having her yank my hair for over an hour was like torture, only to have it not turn out as requested. Pictured are what I asked for AND showed her pictures of, but not what I got. I will not be returning here, I feel like I wasted money. Mastercuts would have been cheaper and I know I would have gotten what I wanted.

Absolutely love this place ! I got my hair done by a very kind and professional lady, Suzana. She gave me amazing highlights and i am in love with them. She also cut my hair the exact length i wanted it and styled it with beautiful curls. She made my long visit nice. We had a good conversation and i 10/10 recommend her, my hair is gorgeous !

Megan is my girl! As always she takes good care of my nails! I just brought my sister here for her nails as well. I usually get dip and my sis got gel polish. Megan never disappoints. She’s the first manicurist who has not made me bleed nor has she cut my skin! She takes good care of my nails! She has a lifetime client in me for sure!!

The guy that cut my hair wouldn’t listen to what I wanted and after being shown and expressing to him how I wanted my hair cut, he ignored me and cut it in a completely different style and chopped off too much. The cut that he did isn’t even and I have a bald spot on the back of my head that I can’t cover up because he cut my hair too short. He blamed me for how my hair looked saying I didn’t keep my head still (I didn’t move my head once.) and told me that my hair doesn’t do what the picture was of (my hair literally two years ago).

I got my hair done by Jessica. I went as a walk in. I told her the style I wanted. Not only did she do a great job she gave great advice. She did exactly what I wanted! Before this, I never let anyone touch my hair. Im deff going back for color!

Using my wife’s account but I’m writing this because very rarely do I feel good about myself after a haircut. Probably been going to the wrong places. I was pretty much forced to go here. Wasn’t my first option for sure and was kinda skeptical going in. Even during the haircut I was a little skeptical because it didn’t look like how I normally get my haircut. But that’s the reason I’m a car salesman and he cuts hair professionally. The man that cut my hair really took his time with the cut and made it look fantastic! Super happy and I’ll do my best to return, even though I live in Holiday.

Went to get my nails done. Manicure and a gel polishit did not last even 24 hours before chipping. The manicure-gel was 30 and I tipped 8. I basically gave this lady 38 dollars for chipped nails. Wow!!!

I had a very bad experience at Brandon Hair Nails and Spa. First, My nail technician was very unsanitary. They did five peoples pedicures and didnt wash their hands once. That can cause infections! Second, my 9 year old daughter came here just to get her toe nails painted. No pedicure, just the toe nails painted. The reason we did this was because she has VERY SENSITIVE SKIN!!! Many lotions can damage her skin seriously. So, we told the girl at the front desk that no pedicure just paint the nails. Just to be safe, we even told the nail technician, just the nails, no pedicure. Guess what? They did the pedicure! Then, my daughter had red, itchy, damaged feet! Her eyes were even swollen! Obviously, my daughter didnt say anything. I mean shes a child. This is serious! Numerous times we told numerous people who worked there no pedicure! And to make things worse, ever since I been there I had fungi on my feet! I dont recommend anyone to go to Brandon Hair Nails and Spa.😠😠😠

Horrible place! Had an appointment at 10am - March 16th 2019. After waiting for 20 min I asked one of the ladies what is taking so long? She lied and said the person would be out in a few minutes. I continued waiting for another 20 minutes. I asked once again what is taking so long? She said she’s stuck in traffic by the mall which was a complete lie. I wouldn’t waste my time going to this salon. Very unprofessional! I’m upset that I wasted 40 minutes when I could have gone elsewhere.

I’m a guy, and not gonna lie, pedicures are really nice. It’s the absolute most cathartic feeling to just have a nice foot bath with warm water and with a massage at the end.Some places, however, aren’t very good at even the basics, like this one place I went to had people that would salad me with water or make me bleed when they cut my cuticle .Brandon Hair Nails and Spa, however was a godsend. The ladies there are so nice and make great conversation but are also good at what they do and have really strong grips for AMAZING massages.10/10 reccomend going there

I have been going there for almost 1 year and its the only place I will go for all services. Pablo cuts my sons hair perfectly, all hair artists do a great job with my color and daughters trims. And the nail techs are amazing. Manuel and Charlie are the best and the detox pedi is a God send. The owners are friendly, everyone is. If you are polite and nice thats what you will get. Talking to them is so fun. And now they even offer massages in addition to waxing, facials and eye lashes. There is no reason to go anywhere else.

Matt is so great with gel! He was super quick and super neat. Usually I’m really really picky about my nails, like how some people leave the sides unpainted or paint ON my cuticle it Matt was PERFECT.

Went here to get my nails done months ago but forgot to leave a review.. to state it simply getting my nails done here hurt A LOT. They used this machine tool to get my cuticles off but it made me bleed and even after I said “that hurts!” the person kept going. So no I don’t like this place and I am not coming again.. my nails did look pretty but it wasn’t worth bleeding over it.

Fantastic place, very consistent & great service

Came In on a Saturday evening to get the dip done on my nails. Never having this done I didnt really know what to expect. At first they looked pretty decent but later that night a few started chipping and I noticed that some nails were darker, lighter, etc than others. I came back in on the following Monday to get them fixed and I expressed my concerns to Tammy (the nail tech who did them) and she was only going to re do the chipped ones and not the ones that werent matching. I told her they dont match would you be able to fix them? and she just seemed to be completely annoyed. Fast forward to Friday morning and the dip has completely peeled off of my index finger. I go back in after work and express my concerns once again. The gentleman gives me a different nail tech but as I sit down, Tammy comes rushing over speaking in another language to my new tech. She preps my nail by using the Dremel and I ask her if thats how youre always supposed to prep the nail because the last person didnt do that originally. She stated you wait this one will be better and as everything is drying she walks over to Tammy whispering and looking back at me. She comes back and tells me Youre done. I look at the one nail she fixed and its HUGE. No filing, buffing, etc done to it. I tell the gentleman at the front that Id really like to speak to the manager and the manager was super awesome and asked her to redo all of them. The entire time shes huffing and puffing and yanking my hands around. After shes finished I tell her thank you and just leave since I was sitting there for over an hour … again. Long story short, 3 times of getting them done and $50 later they still look like garbage. I explained to the tech multiple times that my nails werent prepped properly the 1st time they were done and guess what?? All the ones that were filed down originally are now all peeling and chipping off my nail and its only been about a week since I got them done. I will not be returning. Money was just thrown down the drain. 2 stars because the manager was super nice to me but the 2 techs I had treated me horribly and didnt want to listen to my concerns.

Took a risk and got my eyebrows done by some lady who isnt usually there and NEVER AGAIN will my I get them done at this place. They burned my skin so bad Ill probably have scars left behind. I had a family reunion to go to and now I have to go looking like a clown. And dont even get me started with my toes. What nail I have left is barely painted. Worst experience ever. The one star was needed to leave a review.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! If I could I wouldnt give it ANY stars if the reviews here were set up differently. No one there knows what they are doing. I came in for my prom make up to be done, I showed Lexi pictures, told her what I wanted and didnt want. SHE DID EVERYTHING I TOLD HER NOT TO. She constantly kept arguing with me telling me how she felt what would look best. She didnt even put lashes, eyeliner, lipstick, or concealer on. She didnt even barely touch my eyebrows. TheLights were extremely dim so you couldnt see what you look like until after you paid and left and went outside . Luckily, I know how to do makeup great and was better off doing my own. I had to go to a different mall to get lashes done. They were a waste of $50 dollars.

So I go in for hair cut. I have a picture of a cut that is to the neck length. I asked, Can you do this hair cut?Yes, its just layered.NOT ONLY did she cut it above my ears, she left the back long so it looked like a freaking mullet! I saw that and I told her to cut the back shorter, to blend it in with the front...The layers are not smooth and blended, but chopped. I even told her that I wanted a wash and wear cut, I spend more time trying to fix this mess that I have ever had to before.Sure I can fix it.. I hate though and ITS NOT WHAT I WANTED!I complained on my FB page.. everyone says it will grow back.. Yes, but its going to take 6 months before I can go back and get a decent hair cut.

Went in with a photo of what was wanted. Stylist said we would be able to achieve it. I left with my hair two levels darker than what was wanted. I came back the day after to get it fixed, I called the night before I was told that I would be able to get my hair fixed and that they would make sure I would leave completely satisfied. When I came in the stylist and I were having your everyday consultation she brought in another stylist as well when I showed them both the picture my original stylist said Well thats more of a purple mind you this was the exact picture I showed her the day before. When I told the second stylist that I just wanted it fixed but was not willing to spend more than what I had already spent. She asked me what I had spent and then with a shocked look she looks at my original stylist and asked her What did you do!?. My original stylist had no clue to fix my hair she not only involved the second stylist but an additional two. So at this point we have four stylist, FOUR, trying to come up its a solution no one could come up with a solution that wasnt going to cost me an additional $100+. When I called and asked about coming back I was told I wasnt going to have to pay. So I came in only to have my time wasted, get spoken to as if I was a child, and told that would be looking at an additional $100+. Completely unsatisfied with the services performed and the quality of their customer service. Would not recommend.

If I could put zero stars I would, The absolute worst haircut I have ever gotten. A skinny Asian looking lady cut it, her name was Gwen. For reference I have long thick wavy brown hair that goes to my waist. I wanted a simple trim on my ends and some layering. She did cut my hair and give me layers that is true but literally everything else she did horribly. I told her not to straighten it when she blow drys it so her response to that is to continually ruffle my hair all through her fingers and blow dry it all around. She didn’t put on an heat protectant or literally anything to help define my waves. She blew it for like 5 minutes and then put a thick heavy custard not for my hair type on after. I ended up with clumps of it in my hair because She barely even tried to work it in. My hair wasn’t even completely dry either. I left with knots and clumps of product in my hair, looking like I stepped out of a hurricane with all my frizz. If you have anything besides straight hair never ever go here especially to Gwen. She also gave me the wrong change and now I’m missing 5 extra dollars.

Ester fixed my hair, tried to do platinum blonde myself and ended with orange roots, Ester fixed it no more orange no more roots and she did long layers it looks amazing. staff was not rude to me most of them speak broken English they may seem rude to some people but they were nice to me. my girlfriend had her hair done too she got highlights from a different stylist it came out very nice too. would recommend for hair.

My trip here was my very first time getting a mani pedi. I opted for the $36 aromatherapy pedicure. It included a sugar scrub, clay mask, massage, hot towel. Im sure there were other things bit Im not sure what was included in the basic pedicure or what was extra just for the aromatherapy pedicure. My nail technician was Charlie, and he did an amazing job and when my nail got bumped as i went up to pay, he say me down and fixed it before i left. Very satisfied, would definitely recommend.

Im giving this post 2 stars, because I came here and was quoted $28 for a haircut. (after being quoted $35 at j.c penny salon.) So I get my hair done and it looks fine. I go to pay and the lady tells me its $45! I said you told me earlier it was $28, she said no I told your daughter her trim was $28. (Actually, she told us both 28, but $28 was cheaper than j.c penny so we went with it. If she would have told me $45, I would have left and went back to j.c penny! Very misleading and unprofessional! (I do want to add she only charged my daughter $20 for her trim, because barely any was taken off.) I called the owner who said she will look into it. I will update this review depending on how professional and timely her call back is. 2 stars for now, because the cut was fine, but only that due to the misleading pricing that was on the sign and quoted to me! I was never asked for any upgrades either.

I went here about a couple months ago. I did receive great service however the quality of service was mediocre. I asked for a manicure and to keep the length of my nails. She immediately cut them all off. I told her I wanted to keep them and then she told me I thought you said full set Im sorry. That upset me and during the time she was doing my nails she clipped skin which made me bleed and then it was time for my wax. She allowed the wax to stay on too long and when she took it off I had raw skin. I told her it burned and she said okay ill put cream on it. I paid and left without thinking of looking in the mirror. I went into Macys and a woman told me I have blood on my eyelids. I went into the restroom and I was bleeding. I went back and they said they could not refund me because I do not have the receipt and they dont have a record that the person did that. I would try this place for hair but not their nail and waxing services.

Listened to that voice inside and refused any service. I walked in for haircut and some color. Explained what I wanted for color, and she tells me not a lot of people get that and then tells me what she can do. Was not welcoming, no respect, not clean and I just kindly said Id think about it and walked off.Didnt even seem to care when I said it was my birthday. I hope my day turns out better.I will never return even if they promise me better service.

ABSOLUTLY THE WORST!!! Does not look anything like the picture I showed. I LITTERALLY HAVE A MANS HAIRCUT. after many many attempts to speak to the manager that night he said he would meet me in the mall where I work and never showed. I called to see if he was in, they said he left, I asked for them to have him call me. I was screamed at and hung up on. I went to the salon and was not only screamed at but bc there was customers, false accusations that I made threats were said. She said she watched the camera and saw I asked for my hair this way. I told her another Stylist looked at my cut and said it was really bad, un even and chopped and was nothing that I asked for if I showed the picture. The manager said that never happened. I suggested dhe look at the camera and see Angelo talking and touching my hair. She said nothing like that was on it. I, the customer, was accused of starting trouble. Tracey who cut my hair was at the counter with the manager nose up in air glaring with a smile. Telling me I didnt style it right, when I first walked in the Salon, she said, who are you? Bad business ethics, nasty, rude and they lie. Both managers avoided the situation and called the customer wrong. I have never ever been treated so badly as a customer before. no wonder they lost their other business.

I’m visiting from Massachusetts and needed a pedicure and manicure this place came up in my google search had mixed ratings more good, so I took a chance and I have no regrets, Linda was excellent very happy with my mani and pedi. The place was clean she wore gloves and used disposable everything a plus for me! Thanks will definetly recommend was a bit pricey compared to back home but so worth it.

By far the best salon I have ever had the privilege of patronizing. The Women who operate this business are extremely polite, proficient, and professional.

I tried this place once for a shellac manicure and thought maybe I just got an inexperienced technician because I had nail polish everywhere after he was finished and I am not the type of person to say hey, you did an awful job. I let it go and figured I would try the business one more time with another technician, but he was just as bad, if not worse than the first person. The nail polish is on my fingers, it needed a third coat because the color is white, and at the base, the polish is VERY uneven. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

It can take a while to be noticed at the front desk. This is the second time I’ve gotten Shellac done and it chipped within a week. Some of their workers are unprofessional. Once, a worker was constantly checking her phone while giving me a manicure and I had to wait 10 minutes in the middle it just for them to check on their food delivery. I was also overcharged for a service by $10. Not the best place to get your nails done.

I dont recommend this place at all. When you think of spa, you think pampered, relaxation, right? Not here. They didnt take my name when I set the appt and I was ushered in and out so fast, I didnt get the cut I wanted. Hell, I barely got a cut. No dry, straightened or style, the girl was in such a hurry. My gift card included a pedicure which I ended up skipping because it was so chaotic there, they put me in the wrong place and waited 20 minutes before anyone noticed me. I dont see how they can call this place a spa. I felt embarrassed and disappointed. The prices are spa prices but definitely not a spa in any other sense of the word. Its barely a salon.

I had a facial and the guy seemed like he wasnt really an esthetician. Facials are supposed to be relaxing and he was basically just smacking my face over and over. Also didnt do any extractions which is mainly why I came in for a facial. At the end of my service he asked where I got my hair done and I explained I did it myself and he said not bad for doing it yourself. So Im pretty sure he was insulting my hair as well. Horrible experience. This has only 2 starts for a reason. Dont waste your money. I will not be returning.

Kim is a true GEM. Always takes her time to make sure my pedicure looks amazing before I go, nice conversation, great energy!! If you want a quality pedicure ask for Kim!!

PLACE IS A JOKE!!! They messed up my girlfriends nails and most already started peeling or fallen off after just 2 days!! And they are refusing to do anything!!! They won’t do them again or return my money!!! Y’all do what y’all want but this place is a joke avoid it and go to another!
