This is what we got after spending a little over 2 hours at Lovely Nails in Brandon. Upon entering, we weren’t addressed and just sat down to wait. We sat for an hour waiting because there were people ahead of us, which was fine. But, after we were finally told to come sit down in the manicure station, we started soaking our previous dip off. While sitting a family of three walked in. They all were addressed, sat, began soaking almost immediately upon entering.Their acrylic with gel manicure and regular paint manicure were finished and a pedicure for the mom had already started all while we were still sitting there with our hands in a bowl (for an hour). My mom paid $10 for her soak and we left. Absolutely ridiculous. Her nails weren’t even completely soaked off and she was still charged. Very unprofessional.

Didnt like I was charged more than planned. I got a basic pedicure for$30 but was charged $40. The lady didnt talk to me period. The man seemed to go out of his way for his customers.

Y’all. Don’t👏🏻be👏🏻a👏🏻salon👏🏻if👏🏻you👏🏻can’t👏🏻 do 👏🏻nails. These pics should say more than I can, but I’ll add that the woman who did my dip did a terrible job. Like I thought I was being punk’d. I hate it because I understand that ppl make mistakes but this was unacceptable. I ended up having to just walk out after an hour and a half and she made me pay! I went back to soak them off and got a regular polish. The man did a bad job and slapped down $20 saying “your nails cost $10.” Look at these!! Please don’t go to this salon. If you look at one pic you can see the bad cuts from the nail file on my pinky nails! I will say thank you though, because after this experience now there is no way in hell I’m ever letting a salon bully me into paying a single dime for a terrible job again!

Barry does a wonderful job every time! Tina his wife, not so good. She constantly talks on the phone while she is doing nails and it more than shows in the lack of quality work she does on your nails or feet. WAIT for Barry to do your nails!

I went to them for the first time and got french tip. Wasnt to bad of a job could have been better. Went back for a fill in 6 days ago and they look horrible!! Can not tell they filled them at all. Will not be going back!

It was a great, fast experience & they were very friendly.

Tina did my pedicure and was done in less than 10mins, very rude and acted as if she did not want to do my pedicure. Will not be returning!

They did really good on my hands and feet, they were very gentle. Definitely coming again

I have been getting my nails done at this salon for over 8 years and I love this salon. They are fast and my nails and Les always look great.

They were really sweet people, just not entirely satisfied with my nails or toes . My nails have so many bubbles in it and it looks like ive had them already for a week or so but no literally the next day and they look horrifying. Also, my toes like they look like this when i do it, like HELLO!!!!, this is why i go to the nail salon . 30$ for something that looks like i did it myself .. Highly disappointed, if your getting a pedi no polish just a regulat pedi their good .

I have been a client for years. Barry and Tina are both friendly and I always receive compliments. I tried a few others but the jobs they did were hideous and very expensive. Lovely Nails are not over the top on pricing either.

Horrible service!!! I will never go back there EVER again.. my toes look like something I could’ve had a child do!!! I went to this place April 5, 2019. I got my nails did. But I only had them for one week. All of them had fallen off except for 5 nails within that week. I am very disappointed! It was not worth the money. I will not be going back to them EVER!!! I wouldn’t recommend anyone going there. THIS IS YOUR WARNING.

This has to be the worse experience I have ever had with getting my nails done and I have been getting my nails done a very long time. Not only did they mess up my pedicure, I walked out of there with my nails NOT done. The lady, I am assuming the owner, completely did a BAD job of the dip powder. When I told her that I was not pleased, she got an attitude and soaked me off. I guess she thought that I would leave them a mess. Please do not waste your money at Lovely Nails, nothing lovely about them at all. I understand that they speak another language, but she talked on her phone the entire time trying to do my nails. Very very unprofessional salon. Would not have given any stars but I could not.

HORRIBLE! Do NOT spend your money here. They cannot do nails. 5 days after getting my nails done here, I had to get them soaked off and an overlay reapplied at another shop and pay $40 more dollars to fix what Lovely messed up. They’re rude and do a tacky job of nails and try to tell you it’s because of how they were before. If I went 6 months without a fill, they still couldn’t look worse than what the lady did on my nails. Not exaggerating, but wish I was. #lessonlearned

Well, let me tell yall about my experience at Lovely Nails in Brandon next to Kroger....As Im getting my pedicure, the guy motions like hes cutting the tops of my ankles. Then says something along the lines of bleeding out of my veins!!!! Really! I shouldve ran then, but my ignorant self stays so I get get my nails too match, which didnt hy the way. As Im getting nails done, he pulls at the ring on my right hand, then later pulls at the one on my right and says thank you!!! I think back to my cut veins and think to myself am I about to die or get mugged? The whole sitting was weird. He asks if my boyfriend was waiting for me outside, so I say yes(of course) asked if he had to work today and i said no, then asked if he stayed at home. Weird!! All done and he is about to take my watch off! Im like, no, Im good!! No lotion for me! Bet he wouldve tried to get those rings off too!

My nails look awful. They are smudged, bubbly, messy and my fingers are actually painted. So disappointed.

Please do not use this place had a pedicure done and developed cellulitis. I cannot walk confined to home until the swelling goes down. Its been 5 days and I still have a open wound. I cant wear a shoes. Im in excruciating pain. The owner made me pay for my pedicure and I went back later and the other owner returned my money for the pedicure only. Dont use this place!!!!

Please do not waste your time or money !! I went because I was in bad need of a fill-in and my regular nail shop is across town (Best Nails in Madison, Ms, they are awesome) and I was on an hour lunch break. The guy kept stopping not paying attention and when he went to polish my nails, they werent smooth and it was a mess ! Literally 2 days after this visit, the overlay started lifting on some of the nails and one cracked across my nail bed ! I yet visited this shop again to get the cracked nail fixed and a woman serviced me this tine. She looked at all of my nails and rudely stated that I did not get my nails done there but she would fix it. I corrected her and informed that I definitely got this ragedy ass nail job done here and to just fix the cracked nail before it rips and I end up with a bigger problem. She rushed and was sloppy about how she repaired the nail ..smh.. I dont care HOW BAD MY NAILS LOOK I will refrain from going here and keep going to my regular spot ! They are cheaper here but the work clearly accounts for the cheap prices ...do not waste your money !!

Tina did not do a good job on my nails at all then she bald my right eyebrow never again then charged me ten dollars for two nail repair idc IDC IDC service is horrible

Dont go there..had lashes done and they were coming off an hour later..went back to show them and they did them again and again within a few hours, they were coming off. I then called to let them know bc they told me they would last 1-2 weeks and they had an extremely nasty attitude about it so instead of arguing, I just refuse to go back.
