I tried this salon for the first time today. I was skeptical after reading some of their reviews and looking at pictures but decided to give them a try anyways. I called this morning and was able to make an appointment for later in the day. I had to wait about 10 minutes but was very nervous and ended up walking outside. The owner Lina ended up coming after me and told me the nail tech was ready for me. She reassured that the tech I would be sitting with was good at ombré and I went back in. My experience with Todd was amazing. He was professional and did exactly what I wanted! He fixed one of the broken nails I came in with and was quick but did a great job filing and even cleaned the underneath of my nails.I am glad I decided to give this place a shot and will be returning to Todd from this point on.Thank you very much for a job well done and a special thank you to Lina for reassuring me her nail techs would take great care of me!

The nail tech didnt know how to properly file my nails. They were crooked and when I told her to fix them she had an attitude and ignored my request.However, the owner reached out to me and offered to redo my nails. I appreciate the fact that she wants her clients to be happy and is willing to make up for her employee’s lack of professionalism.I have upgraded my rating to a 3 star. After her service, I might upgrade it again depending on the results..

If you plan on making an appointment, don’t bother. I made one and when I got there they seated me for a pedicure, filled the foot bath with cold water and left me sitting there for 30 minutes. I eventually couldn’t wait any longer so I got up to leave and that’s when someone came to tell me to sit back down because someone was about to come help me. I told them no because they had already had me waiting 30 minutes when I made an appointment and they proceeded to tell me that they were busy. So what is the point of making an appointment? Not only did I leave unhappy but I left with wrinkly feet, will never be going back and will never recommend to anybody.

My first time was nice. My second experience started off nice. I showed the tech the design I wanted and was told that it could be done. After sitting for a hour it comes time to do the design and all of a sudden it couldn’t be done because every tech was too busy to do it, no offer to wait for a few minutes, no attempt to figure something else out, it just simply couldn’t be done ( after saying it could be). I was unhappy and mentioned that I wasn’t going to pay for my set because it’s NOT what I wanted. The manager then stated if I wasn’t gonna pay for my incomplete service she would soak my nails off while calling the police. Then after taking my AMERICAN EXPRESS CARD 2 weeks prior, this time they don’t take Amex🤨DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A DESIGN.... NOT EVEN A SIMPLE ONE

I have no issues with the workers but the owner herself is so RUDE . Twice after I got my nails done and she’s taking my payment she literally asks me how much do I want to add on a tip I then say Not this time, she gives me the nastiest look ever and says “ next time bring more money “ like are u kidding me. This happened 2X!! I shouldn’t have to be asked to tip . That’s my choice .

Dont ever come here if you like to be abused physically by the workers and your service rushed . I repeatively told the lady how I wanted my nail and she was upset because I didnt do gel . She then rushed my service providing lact luster service. She did what she wanted to do even with me telling her how I wanted my nails Exactly! I went to the manager victoria and asked to fix my nails and the lady followed me hitting me in my arm multiple times saying she would fix them . I already implied I no lonher wanted her help . She grabbed my personal belongings and kept hitting my arm . I should honestly press charges !

I have had a great experience with every employee here, and i’ve had 4 or 5 different manicurists. They’re always prompt and sweet and you can really tell what they’re doing. Last time I went I had Mimi and she was absolutely amazing! I love this place.

I really love Victoria nails the place is very clean and the staff is very professional and Mimi is my girl she always does a beautiful job on my nails and toes I would definitely recommend this nail spa and definitely recommend this nail spa Mimi is the best one there

They use to be really good but went down a lot they rush the pedicures and recently when I went there I got fungus’s on my toe ...... don’t recommend

This is a very nice nail salon. I always ask for Dawn and she is usually on time for my appointment. I love that she works FAST while also being very perfectionist. I love getting my dip powder manicure and gel pedicure with her.

I LOVED my manicure from Victoria nail spa! Not only was the place very sanitary amid the pandemic, but it had a great atmosphere. The man who did my nails was so nice and had great conversations, which is something you don’t get very often. Also the quality of the manicure was outstanding. If I lived locally, this would become my new regular nail spa.

They are super professional, clean, color choices are insane and they even help you pick out colors that will work best with your skin tone. Alex shaped my nails perfectly. Only Victoria nails for me from now on!!!!!

I like this place a lot. Employees are really friendly and they’re good at what they do. The downside is they’re not practicing social distancing 😐 I was getting a pedicure there were lots of empty chairs. The nail tech sat someone right next to me. I kindly asked the employee to please sit the client on another chair, we shld be a couple of feet from each other when possible and she simply said No and the other chairs we’re for other ppl 🤯 mined you we finished our pedicures almost at the same time no one ever showed up for the other seats 😒 although I like this nail salon, for that reason alone I won’t come back 😷 till COVID is gone.

They have so many of the latest colors to choose from. I have recommended this place to my friends and they love it. My mom and daughter both come here. It pains me to have to leave this review. I’ve been a faithful customer for years now and unfortunately my regular nail technician has moved on and I had someone new do my nails. Needless to say I’m not happy at all. I’m the first to admit I’m a very demanding person. But I pay for what I want. To pay almost $80 between costs and tips and not be happy at all is very disappointing!! Leah even your husband was a bit rude. This saddens me deeply. I’m so sorry, I think I’m going to have to look for another nail salon.

So I went in yesterday for the first time since this place was recommend to me by a woman I had met in passing and I am so overjoyed with the work they did. My nails look phenomenal and though it was spend it was worth it. The pedicure I got was amazing as well. I plan to make this my usual nail salon. They take their time and put in true hard work. Best anyone has ever done for me. I plan to recommend this place to everyone I can.

Their nexgen product is mix. I got my nails done and less than a week they starts to lift. I went back after 4 came out to repair. They charged me twice. In couple days a few others came off. Low quality work that does not last. Never again. Their products are mix or they are not using the right stuff. A waste of money.

I left the nail salon I was going to for over 10 years over their pedicures. They are amazing. I travel 12 miles instead of 3 just for them. My brows are difficult but Lena is a pro. Nice and quick service in a relaxing atmosphere. Love this place

I went to this salon on 2/4/17 for the first time and it was the WORST experience ever. For one I was getting a pedicure done and because it was close to closing time the owner had another employee Ali to start my full set while getting a pedicure, at that point I shouldve changed my mind but I let her continue with the job. My nails are horrible. I repeatedly ask Ali to clean up the polish from around my nails she didnt. She literally cut me two times on one finger. Every time I asked her to correct a mistake that I seen on my nails she would get aggravated. The owner seem to be VERY rude to her staff. That was my ford and last time going to this place. I shouldve followed my mind and never went here after reading previous reviews. Please, please take my advice and do not go to this nails salon.

Wonderful experience. They offer dip and gel. Beautiful atmosphere, clean salon, friendly staff. They were pretty busy but we were seen immediately. I recently moved to the area and this is the second nail salon I’ve tried, I’ll definitey be back!

Came to get a fill an spa pedicure because my regular nail spot was closed and it was going fine there definitely not friendly when you walk in the owner says yes!!!! Instead of welcome as if she is doing you a favor nevertheless the service was okay my nails look decent until the design and beforehand I showed the young lady what I wanted she said sure no problem she asked me what color I said grey she said they are all out they have no design examples no supplies for the simplest of designs so then she attempted to do the design and it looked nothing like the picture so then she told me wait for the owner I did an then I explained why wasn’t I told before that she couldn’t do the design the owner said at least she tried that’s all we can do I was floored I just got anything done paid and left NEVER AGAIN THE OWNER IS RUDE AN IT REFLECTS ALL THE WAY DOWN TO HER EMPLOYEES

Honestly it’s sure a great place. The atmosphere, the people it’s so clean and welcoming. I have NEVER been to a nail place that was relaxing and exciting at the same time. The staff is sooo great. There was an elder lady getting her nails done and to not make her walk they rolled her to get her pedicure. Ive gone here for years! I brought my friend and mom, who love this place as well! They probably come more than me now. Prices are great. Ive never left unhappy with their services. After a long work day, my favorite thing to do is get a pedi. Their massage chairs are clean and the place itself is well maintained. This time around, I switched up my normal nexgen color in preparation for my wedding. I love it!!! Thanks Victoria nail spa!!!

If I could give no stars I would.As soon as you walk-in you get hit in the face with the smell of MMA! On top of that they do not autoclave their tools and everything is reused without sterilization. Pedicure bowls are not sanitized nor do they have a protective liner.I am used to having glam nails with a luxury manicure before nails are applied.This place about 5 minutes after I walked in had customers coming in with appointments that were not honored and having to wait and as my technician is doing my nails she is constantly burning me with the drill and when the nails are applied she cannot file my nails straight if her life depended on it. That is nail basics. Or so I thought. She ended up having to use a drill to shape my nails.In the end I got very basic glam stones on 2 nails on each nails and they charged almost 100.00!!!When I proceeded to ask for a price breakdown she acted like she didn’t speak English!!!So if you want lung cancer, nail fungus and crooked plain nails in a flash that rob your wallet you’ve got the place for you!

This place is awesome! I’ve never been more happy with my nails toes and eyebrows .. everyone one here is great very nice there’s a million colors to choose from no matter what your getting weather it’s gel, nextgen or regular polish. The prices are reasonable and they work with whatever you want.

Claudia is the best!!! Im super rough on my hands so its hard to find a nail tech that can give me nails to withstand my heavy hands but my nails always last when Claudia does them. Ive floated around to a few of the others when shes been unavailable and they are good as well. Claudia is it though!!!

Went in for a pedicure with 2 friends. Lesson here is dont let the women do your pedicure. My 2 friends had the men do their pedicure and I had a young woman. Immediately sat down and she was not very friendly. Out of the three of us, I was the 1st one done, she didnt take her time, gave me two different nail shapes, didnt use anything to separate my toes when applying the polish so left there with it smudged. She saw it smudged and just tried to fix it with her fingernail. Im giving 2 stars only because my friends managed to leave the shop with a decent pedicure. Its not a free service and people should get want you advertise theyre paying for.

Went here for my first time yesterday. She shaped them perfectly using nexgen and I told her she’s the only person I’m going to from now on.

Very friendly service and top quality work. There are many other nail places closer to my home but this one is worth the drive. They put time and precision into their work and my nails always look amazing when theyre done.

The first time i came to this place, my nails were done so beautiful. I told all my friends to head over there to get their nails done. I was so pleased. I got nexgen and they appeared so nataural. The second time i came in there i got the same male nail tech and i dont know what his issue was that day but he seemed agitated. They did not look good. I loved my first set. Also my second set, 2 nails began to lift. Today i went in my third time and THE LADY THAT SITS AT THE FRONT IS RUDE! She was talking in her native tongue around me knowing i did not understand, it is unprofessional and rude. My nails looked like thick bricks at the root and he got mad that i told him to fix it? I was not rude about it at all. Wth? He got up during my appointment and was huffing and puffing in frustration. And he burned and cut me with the drill. He was filing my nails so ferociously from irritation, he managed to throw bits of the nexgen in my eye. My nails looks bumpy, and they have residue on the edges and on my skin, there was also glue on my skin. Horrible experience! No client should me handled with DISRESPECT because they dont like your work! I wanted a natural appearance to them(thin!), i have stated several times not this thick brick. I paid $55 dollars for this set and they are dictating how i should want my own nails??! Dont waste your money!The only reason i returned is because i know what this particular nail tech is capable of. He rushed my nails when the shop is always less than 10 people. He has been getting lazy on me!

Lina? The owner, THE MOST NASTY ATTITUDE. Went in for a pedicure, the guy had polish all over my toes.. & rushed to service another customer. Lina is horrible at eyebrow waxes too. Carmen was amazing, Tia was amazing, David was amazing... But all of them no longer work there & I see why. Everyone else TRASH. Terrible customer service, RUN THE OTHER WAY!

I followed my nail tech from another salon to this salon 7 years ago. My nail tech never showed up, but I never left. The service is great, the shop is clean, and they are just as loyal to me as I am to them.

Ive been going here for over 3 years dont trust anyone else with my nails. They do a great job and the owners Lena and her Husband are always nice and responsive. This place is a gem with great service no wonder their business is booming.

The best salon in Boynton. I moved here almost a year ago and tried several places before landing here. Victoria Nail Spa is the cleanest, most spacious, well decorated and friendliest in the area. I get mani/pedis every two weeks. They always have the newest colors, and new disposable safety gloves to protect your hands, which is very forward and appreciated. 5 stars. Ask for Katie.

Everyone is spending their money and should be treated the same. Its too many options in this city to deal with such rude service from an owner. You should really work on your customer skills.
