Love this salon! The owner, Heidi and staff are wonderful. My daughter and I have been going to this salon for years. Its very clean and the staff is very good about keeping all tools clean and sanitized.

I came to fancy nails today to get my lashes done. They did an good job, although the lady put too much glue on my lashes and it burned a little. the place was very clean, they follow the CDC guidelines which is excellent and the service I received was above and beyond. I would strongly recommend this place to my friends and family for pedicures and manicures purposes.

Im going to start at the beginning and apologize ahead of time for the lengthy review. I would want to know this story going into a place of business, especially one I planned on supporting by giving my business to. Going into Fancy Nails, I had an appointment at 1:00. Upon my arrival I was asked to pick a color, take a seat, and they would be right with me. A walk in came in after me and they were told theyd have about a 30-45 minute wait. I ignored this thinking that theyd be right with me considering my appointment was made and it was the time of my appointment. After thirty minutes went by, nothing. I remained patient hoping it was just a little mishap of them running late. 45 minutes from my appointment time another woman comes in with a 2:00 appointment. Upon her entrance, she was informed she would have an hour wait. She said with an appointment? I told her that mine was at 1:00 and I didnt think they really cared about it. Other than that comment, I remained patient. An hour and fifteen minutes I am finally seen. There is no apology for the wait. Twenty four hours later, one of the nails fall off while I am putting clothes in the washer. I get that nail fixed the next day. The day after that, TWO more nails fall off. The next morning another. I go in to get them fixed, just as I was told to when I called. When I arrived, I was told again, theyll be right with you. Once again, 15 minutes go by and nothing. Another customer walks in and theyre told theyll have an hour wait. I go to the counter and ask what time I would be seen since I was told to come back. They then told me to make an appointment for the next day. That would be today. I went into the salon at my appointment time. Shockingly, I was seen on time. Heidi, who I am told is the owner, didnt say hello or anything. Instead, she simply said, Go to my table. I did so silently. I sat down, she sat down. Instead of getting to work, she decided to start off by saying, and I quote, Your nails didnt fall off because of us, they fell off because of YOU. I stopped her in her tracks as I have never been so insulted. After all of this, she didnt bother to apologize nor even say hello to a REPEAT LOYAL customer. Rather, she told the customer how it was THEIR FAULT. I will not be returning with my business as there are many more worthy small businesses looking for loyal customers. Just thought to share my most recent experience of how Fancy Nails and Heidi wasted 7 hours of my week and I still havent gotten my nails repaired.

The front desk employee is so unprofessional and lacks customer service qualities. She always looks miserable. Also, stop telling the paying customer where not to sit especially the brown skin ladies yet she doesn’t do the same for the fair skin.

If I could give you a negative star I would. Nails didnt last a full day they were so thin. Im no professional but ever since quarantine Ive been doing my own nails. And I just wanted a break and get sum TLC but even if they didnt break within a day they would have lifted no prep on nails. I could have did what she did myself. Was in to much of a hurry to get me out the door. Will not go back.

Wow the care taken to keep their clients safe are amazing. Ladies do your self a favor and visit just once and you make up your minds. I was treated by my daughter...just to get out breathe some different air. The attention paid to each client is great even during this covid 19. YES I will come and visit again!!!Safety 1st😷😎

They even go above and beyond gifting clients beautiful, hand made masks. Nail salon takes extra safety measures to reassure clients confidence during this critical time.

If you are the owners please check your specialists, my fiancé broke a nail Saturday and she did her nails last Thursday and they tried to charge her $7 for something that’s not supposed to be charged. Took off my review because I was being truthful.

If your looking for a salon that goes the extra mile to make you feel covid-19 protected, this is the place. Each station is sectioned off with partitions, everyone wears masks and gloves the entire process in addition to the previous sanitation practices placed in daily day to day services. Jenny did my pedicure and she was phenomenal. Tony did my acrylic tips on my broken big toe nails. The experience was nice and long overdue since weve entered this pandemic. The total for my service was $42 with regular polish, a little high but bearable. High recommended for all your nail beautification purposes.

Honestly this place is amazing. They are always on point and they really do an amazing job and great communication and so clean. I never write reviews but I really felt I needed too. If you’re looking for a place to go please check this place out!

This was the worst experience I ever had in a nail salon. The manager was terrible and put her hands on me.This was all because I did not like how my nails came out. I made it a point to say something to the tech while he was doing my nails. He kept telling me he would fix it and he wasn’t finished yet. He took so long I was in there for hours. Then by the time I realized things weren’t going to get any better, I asked him if he could file them or cut them he said it was too late. I left and I didn’t tip. But, came back 10 minutes later. I had to come back my Nexgen nails were horrifying. When I got back I told them “there has to be someone who can fix this” the manager started yelling at me. She was telling me I wasted there time and told me to sit down and that I was wrong for not saying anything. I proceeded to tell her I did. He told me it was too late and asked her how is it too late if she is fixing them now. She was like you know what how about I just take them off and give you your money back. I was like okay that’s fine with me. She grabbed my hand and started clipping my nails off in the most painful way. I thought I would be bleeding by the time she was finished. Then had the nerve to tell me to relax my hand. How can someone relax when they are being man handled that way. After she gave me my money back in good spirit, I tipped the man that did my nails in the first place. I tried to tip her she pushed my hand away and said “oh no I don’t want that you can keep it” in the most nastiest way and proceeded to push my arm and point for me to get out of the shop. It was the most embarrassing and unnecessary way I was ever treated in a nail salon. I have no idea how they are even in business.

This place always does a wonderful job with my ✋ they are a very clean professionally-run business. All of their instruments are out in plain sight for you to see and they are inside the autoclave boxes. They play this nice relaxing music and their chairs are very cool. They have two TVs on each wall one with CNN and one with Fox and they also perform facials, waxing and massages as well. Once Heidi the owner gets to know youshe will call you by name when you walk back in even if you havent been in there for a long while. I would highly recommend this place to any of my friends. I’ve only been to this salon twice and am already blown away by their efficiency, cleanliness, welcoming staff and owner and the variety of services offered. They’ve never turned away a last minute appointment. Kevin has been doing my nails the past two times I’ve been and every time I am just so pleased with his artistic service and recommendations! I’ve also had the best pedicure ever, as the woman who did mine took her time and made sure it was nothing short of perfection. Ive been going to this salon for the past year. I wish quality of gel nail polish services was better. My latest appointment resulted in two chipped nails 3 days after and I was away for the week so couldnt go back for repair.

This is a wonderful place everything here publix new store pet store next to fancy nails. Easy access in and our of shopping center I ordered my Xmas standing rib roast. Tender!

I gave this place many tries before leaving this review. It’s a beautiful salon but my nails look so unprofessional ! I could have done a better job. $25 for gel mani isn’t bad but it looks like a kid did it. So disappointed. On top of that the woman in charge totally disregarded my complaint. Did not care that I was unhappy. Total waste of money.

I came here once they did a great pedicure I came back I felt like crying when I left. My pedicure lasted 10 minutes, she didnt scrape under my toenail or try to bring out my ingrown nails. then BARELY massaged my legs. THEN I got my nails done ( SEE ATTACHED) and it looks like my 5 year old daughter did them. None of my nails were the same length on each finger. I didnt even tip. It was an a gentleman on the left side toward the back.

Yes, I am one of the evolved men who enjoy a good pedicure every once in a while (or every two weeks), and I dont understand why there are so many negative reviews. I used to frequent a nail salon (when did they become nail spas?) in Boca for close to 4 years that I was really happy with, but it doesnt come close to Fancy Nails. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff, super clean facilities, quality work and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this place.

One Saturday I was needing a pedicure and I didnt want to go to the place I was going, because I was very unhappy. I did a search on Google and Fancy Nails came up and I called. Danny answered the phone... I asked the typical questions and she told me, come by... after I do your pedicure you will never go anywhere else. And, thats exactly how it went.The best pedicure you will ever have. She treats you like family... Look no further and go. You will be very grateful you did.

Horrible customer service. First time visitor. I was told to come in at 8:30 AM but when I arrived no one was available to service me. I was then told to come back at 9:15 AM and when I returned at 9:05am the nail tech was servicing another individual that walked in after me. The man speaking to me was extremely rude about the situation and offered no resolution. Totally inconvenience!Update: The owners are liars. I called at 8:30am and was told to come in immediately then was told that there was no one available for me upon arrival. I was rescheduled to 9:15, called ahead to confirm, arrived at 9:05am and was told to come back after 10:30am when someone was available. I was extremely patient by waiting almost 45mins for the second appointment!

This place is hands down awful. I went in for a gel soak off and not only did it take 45 minutes, the acetone was on my fingers so long that I had a chemical burn afterwards. Seriously. And then they had the audacity to charge me $10! At Tipsy across the street, they charge you $5 and do it in 15 minutes. Buyer beware... This place is a ripoff -- and its low-rent. Youre a million times better off at Tipsy.

The OWNER .. Heidi does not care what so ever about customer service. She suggested to me that my wanting the same girl to do my nails and feet was a wrong thing even though I made appointments. She is a horrible example of a business owner! I do NOT suggest that ANYONE spend money there so she is able to to realize that you do not treat customers in the manner of which she did. Don’t be fooled by this gorgeous salon! The owner wears sheeps clothing. You’re better off going to a small salon with good people who appreciate you.My experience: The owner made me leave the salon 1/2 way of doing my nails because we had a “miscommunication issue”. Really; (she failed to speak loud enough). I had already given her my $ up front there for I was screwed. She was rushing as she breathed heavy, showing 0 empathy and infact was rude as she told me to come back at 3 pm. She was snotty, sarcastic and passive aggressive. She was worried only about her next customer! I’ve been trying this place repeatedly hoping for a different result, as I live not too far.I then returned at 3 pm to “finish my nails” & she said she wasn’t going to fix them, nor give me my money back. She was throwing all types of accusations at me yelling at me in the front of her salon. Very unprofessional. She tried to manipulate information out of me asking I show her my ID? And that if I took my google review down, that she would give me my full refund. She cares more about $10 than her reputation. This isn’t a healthy welcoming environment the energy is really bad. I was forced to call the police on this place. They won’t EVER get my business again! I did get my full refund tho ☺️

This place is my favorite most affordable nail salon Ive been to in boynton so far. I havent had a problem yet... Im sure if you walk in anyplace with an attitude they might not treat you as nice as you think you deserve. They are always busy too, make an appointment unless you dont mind waiting a bit.

Getting my nails done is supposed to be a way to treat myself every two weeks. Although the shop is pretty, and conveniently located for me, i will not be returning. I tried to give this place a few tries and after repeatedly leaving disappointed, ive decided three strikes theyre out. Here are pictures of todays manicure. Nail polish all over my cuticles and this is after i told the nail tech to please clean them up. She responded that eventually the nail polish would come off my cuticles..... seeing my disappointment, the nail tech gave me $5 off my bill which was nice of her but not enough to make up for my disappointment and frustration. I recommend passing on this place.

I went to them for a few months, mostly out of convenience of their location. The lack of professionalism and the attitude from the manager is the first problem. The inconsistent pricing is another. I also noticed that the longer i was a customer, the less attention to detail and the more sloppy the work became. My last visit to them, was for a pedicure- worst EVER! You couldnt even tell that she did anything. I have since moved on to another salon where I am treated like a respected customer. Fancy Nails...not so classy!

Worst nail salon .. ever! I have NextGen product over my natural nails. First they wanted to just fill in the bottom with a similar color instead of soaking my product off and got angry with me when I asked that they completely remove and start anew. She filed them so horribly that theyre uneven, too short and rough to the touch. Had they understood even a tiny bit of English, I may have demanded that they redo them. WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!

I got a gel French manicure on a Tuesday. By Wednesday they were already chipping. I called immediately and let the owner know. I took a picture to show her and then filed the nails down a bit so you couldn’t see the chipping as much. She said to come in tomorrow. I could not make it in until a few days later.I showed her my nails and the picture. She told me she didn’t care about what the picture showed she only cared about the way my nails currently looked. I explained to her how I filed them down. She was with a customer and finally just said she’d give me my money back and to wait 5 minutes...5 minutes turned into 15. Mind you, I had my dogs waiting in the car. She asks me who did my nails. I told her the seat I sat in and she said it would come out of the girl’s pay. I said okay.Next thing I know she walks away and a guy comes over telling me to come with him. I said I’m just waiting for my money back. He said he has to take the polish off first which was never stated the entire time I waited. Because if it has been stated then I could’ve sat down right away to take the polish off. Removing gel polish takes about 15 min to get off. They clearly knew what they were doing and didn’t care that they were waiting my timeSo she had me wait over 15 min to tell me I needed to take my polish off in order to get a refund. Obviously I couldnt wait any longer cuz I had the dogs in the car. She was rude the entire time and unapologetic. If it wasn’t for the complete disrespect I would’ve actually gone back to get my nails done there again. But never again.

Fair as in the nice nail tech did a decent job. Poor service, poor ownership, poor customer service, terrible atmosphere. Ignorant owner even turned away 4 or more people 45 minutes prior to closing at 7 while I was the only customer in the place. Jacked the price up, took my card without telling me what was being charged and made many ignorant comments (in English mind you) throughout my quick mani that was supposed to be a full set.

Looks like a child did it. This is a day after having a gel manicure. Didn’t push the cubicle back. Not even, chipped the next day and not every nail is fully painted. For the money you’re better off just doing it yourself. I had a very fast pedicure, no nice leg massage or anything. Spent about 15 mins and sent me off. Very disappointed in my local nail salon.
