I requested acrylic removal and the lady basically burned the whole nail bed off on 95% of them,My nail beds are in pain.Inside the salon smells like cigarettes, unless you like the smell of cigarettes and your nails beingscraped off I do not recommend.

I vist this nail salon yesterday as a new customer and I loved everything about their service. When I walked in I was greeted by 2 ladies that made me feel so comfortable.. The lady who did my nails name was (Mandy)If I’m not mistaking. She did a awesome job on my nails, and she put her time into them you could tell she love what she do!! Nice place but I called before to make sure if I needed an appointment and they said just come in, after 40 min of waiting they took two other customers in front of me that had just came in . After waiting for about 2 hours I finally got someone, they never checked on me to tell me when I’ll be next .

Went in for acrylic nails, they gave me nexgen. when i had to take them off i tried to do it myself, which i’ve done with no problem before, it was impossible and i had to end up going to a different salon to get them taken off. my nails came out looking nice, but it was not the service i asked for and it was more expensive.

Staff is always great and nice. The owner is very nice and very professional. Nice relaxing spot.

Best pedicure Ive had in a long time. In from snowy Denver and came in for a much needed winter retreat for my feet. I got the spa pedicure. Tend to get ingrown nails and they were extra attentive to this. Even boiled some water to warm up the foot bath to my perfect temp. Wonderful experience to kick off my vacation. Thank you! 💖

I got my nails done here for the first time by Lina (or lynn, I cant remember) and she was fast and efficient. I love the way my nails turned out. The salon is also bright, clean and airy.

Did an ok job on the nexgen nails as you can see the top coat coverage wasnt complete on one nail so that one chipped within two days. The pedicure was good and the massage was very relaxing. I would not recommend to come here for eyebrow waxing. My eyebrows are naturally arched and the lady did not speak English so I told her I wanted it just cleaned up and to keep the arch. SHE WAXED IT OFF!!! I’m not sure why Asians don’t like arched eyebrows as this is the third time this has happened to me in an Asian owned salon. It’s better to go to Indian/middle eastern or black/Latin people for eyebrows.I gave three stars for the effort, albeit a little rushed and they were nice people but I didn’t really get what I wanted.

It was my first time going and may I say, amazing!I love my nails. I have went to a variety of nail salons and they were ok, but labella really took it home! I wish I could have gotten the name of the person who did my nails. I’m for sure going to be going back. Place is clean and literally gorgeous.

I just had a mani pedi done (nex gen on mani) and I must say, Danny was very thorough and very gentle on this ole girls nails! Im a guitarist so he left them short for me, as i asked... and now I feel great! Highly recommend Labella...

6 of my family members went together here twice. The first time everything was okay. But this second time they messed up my cousins nails. So rough and so many cuts all over her finger nails. We will not be back. DANNY WAS VERY RUDE AND NOT FRIENDLY to my aunt when she asked about a nail shape.UPDATE 02/2021The owner reached out and made things better.

Checked this salon out for the first time and will likely not be back. called ahead to make sure they had time for me (after work, i arrived 10 after 5pm, they close at 7pm - per Google and the sign on the door) and was told that was fine. I felt hurried to get into a seat and pick out a color - not an issue, asked for a dark red dip/nexgen. finishing up my mani, the tech cut my cuticle (it’s bleeding) and didn’t say anything about it and the color turns out to be more of a purple/red - not really what I wanted tonight. I move on to the pedi chair and that goes better, sitting at the dryer when that tech comes by, insists i put my shoes back on to leave and messes up the polish - so that had to be touched up. Then I noticed the music was off, lights off in half the salon, and employees were walking out the back to leave. I would’ve understood this, but it was 6:15pm and I thought there was enough time - I thought they closed at 7pm. I was hoping to ask the woman up front about coming back for a color change because this wasn’t what I had wanted and to ask them to clean up my hands because there was powder dried under my nails and they looked so messy, but there was no one else in the salon. There are better salons elsewhere I’ll be sure to go to next time.

I got the powder dip and he did really good but they’re not what I asked for, I wanted a natural look but with a green tip and they came out pink and green wasn’t really impressed not my style but it was a good experience I suppose

Moved a couple of months ago to the area and tried several salons. I’m so happy found this fabulous place! All the ladies are so nice, it’s clean and they have beautiful colors.Claudia does the best “dip” manicure, that takes skills, she got em! The manager has been rude to me twice on the phone, acts like it is a bother to have to set up an appointment. Today I had an appointment and was looking at nail polish colors and the bottle dropped and broke and went on me and all over the place....accidents happen. Instead of saying let me get you something to clean up with, she rudely said you need to sit down, just sit down now. I left because if you have to be rude to your customers theN obviously you don’t need business very badly. I would not waste my time going to this place.

Yesterday is my last visit to this salon I got terrible service yesterday Im very dissatisfied my nails looks horrible and I tried to tell the nail tech my special request and she totally ignored me and messed my nails up and also cut my index finger & my middle finger with the electric filer Im really upset about these nails I will NEVER come here again.

I went here today with my 2 daughters I can say there Nexgen nails and pedicure came out great. As for me my natural nails that have acrylic overlay were horrible they are are different shapes and sizes, Im starting a new job tomorrow and have never felt more embarrassed about my nails EVER in my life, the young girl tried to fix it but the damage had already been done! Also I wanted the length shorter and they use those dog type clippers on my natural nails which caused my thumb to crack possibly to cause a fungus which then gave me anxietysince Ive never had that my entire life, every place else usually just files them done. I am beyond upset and they look horrible! Everyone is nice and its very clean but Staff is EXTREMELY INEXPERIENCED!!

Had the best experience today I went in without an appointment and needing to get in and out in a timely manner. Reina Listened to my concerns and fears from past experiences and how my nails always chip and lift within days from other salons . She walked me through her process and explained how she planned on helping me get the most out of my mani and pedi ! I’ve been a regular client for 4 years, I was 6 minutes late for my appointment today & they took two other people without call ahead scheduled appointments in front of me& after waiting 45 minutes they said “Oh Well”, I Will never go back there again!!!!, $$$75.00 for a fill in acrylic & a color change on my feet is an absolute pathetic JOKE !!!, that’s without tax & a tip !!!!!, they never even apologized!

I have tried this place for the last two sets of nexgen nails. First set two nails broke, I understand it happens. Second set nails started cracking at the corners, just a week old, and actually the first one cracked after 3 days. Went by to show them, the guy tells me that he’s never seen this before and dismissed me. I will give them credit on one thing... the older guy there gives an amazing pedicure, too bad I’ll never go back.

Shame....Went here about 4-5 times, it was good considering most of the times i had to wait as they left me half way done to go do someone else... but got BAD until I got my nails done by one of the guys there a day and half ago, he did such a poor job. I have done my nails for years and years and have never had the need to complain and this time i did but no solution was given...The manager, Miley (if thats how its spelled) still insisted on charging me at least half... it hasnt been 2 days with this nails, i have a photoshoot and this is just horrible. they are not filled in completely, guy didnt even bother taking off the old nexgen completely so you still can see a layer of pink. I also had polish all over my fingers but it came out by washing my hands (like throughout the day)... the sides arent fully painted... just horrible job. Pictures look good compared to what it really looks like. She gave me the run arounds of how nexgen is done when she did it beautifully before, excuses, no apologies, no solution.... too bad they rather loose a customer **OR CUSTOMERS** (cause i took my sisters and mom there but wont be going there anymore) rather than doing the job over again.

Even with an appointment be prepared to wait but they do Nextgen very well and run a clean shop.

This place is horrible never will I go back there extremely high prices for no reasons when I can just simply go to a professional that is experienced on their profession unlike here they have rookies learning how to do feet and charge an over priced price which I find incredibly insane

Dont go thereI was there this morning to do gel nail polish and the lady just did very very bad job I swear to god I can do 10 times better at home by myself and Im not a professional she went with the polish over my cuticles and all around the nail on my skin it was just a mess specially the color that I choicest was dark red then she tried to clean the edges but no way so that one thing the other it is the polish usually the gel polish last two weeks I swear it last me one hour all what I did I came home and I washed some dishes then the polish started coming out I was really mad also the place is not clean you can see the dust everywhere its just zero star at all
