Dont do your relaxers here. They do a terrible job and dont process the relaxer properly. Go to the Coral Springs location. The Ladies from the Caribbean at the Coral Springs location do a great job.

Love my cut & highlights done by Kim. She is helpful, sweet & listened to achieve my expectations! I felt & saw employees cautiously cleaning & wearing masks for customer protection from covid.

So I normally go here and get my haircut with Elizabeth and I have no complaints what so ever! She was always great and we built a great relationship, she knew my hair! I have been coming here for over 5 years. So Elizabeth no longer works with this company anymore so they scheduled me with someone else. Going in I was nervous, it is hard to trust a new stylist when I was with the same one for so long. And I should of listened to my gut feeling because my hair cut is unacceptable. My hair is not even at all. I did ask for layers cause that’s how my hair normally is, but what she gave me is not layers. I ashamed to walk around with my hair down because it looks like a child did it. When I left the salon the day, I couldn’t tell it looked like this because it was still wet. But now, WOW. She should not have a license if this is how someone’s hair is going to look. I usually have nothing bad to say, but I had to put this out. I will be taking my business elsewhere from here on out.

I had an EXCELLENT experience at the Salon!! Lorna was Amazing, my manicure and pedicure was outstanding. After she learned that I was getting ready to attend my sons wedding, she went above and beyond to make my day VERY special as did Nicole, Marie and Maryann. After getting my nails done, Marie did a wonderful job coloring and highlights my hair!! Nicole, the receptionist gave me a gift bag of products. The manager Maryann was awesome. I will definitely be returning to this salon going forward. Thank you all (Lorna, Marie, Nicole and Maryann)for making my visit to the Salon such an fantastic day!!!!! God bless you all!

My best friend had an apt at 3:00 with shantel, and I was supposed to have my hair done right after ... we got to the salon and she was coloring someone’s hair and we weren’t seen till 4:00 . Super unprofessional !!!!! This should have not been done ! I am a makeup artist myself, and this is not a way to keep clients !!!!! Hoping between chairs affects your business! Perhaps try to focus on one client and one only at a time, and do not inconvenience them, because you are money hungry and are trying to get as many clients done as quickly as possible !!!!!

I had a horrible experience here. I came in at 7:45pm when they close at 9:00pm. Me and my daughter wanted a haircut and shampoo. They told me they were only able to cut one of our hair. So they turned down a paying customer??? Smh! This place is a joke! Don’t waste you’re time and money. I was just gonna call the manager about it, but then I heard she is no better. I will be calling corporate on Monday. Smh!

The lady did not do what I wanted to my hair. She charged me $200 for something that she thought was better than what I wanted. You get paid to do clients hair, not do what you want. Def will not be going back

Have been getting my eyebrows and hair done here for almost 10 years. Aktar and Laura are the best...I always get complimented on my eyebrows and hair when Im in public. Dont know what I would do without these 2.

Took my patient there for a haircut and Mary Jane usually cuts her hair and does a great job. She wasn’t there on Sunday so they put her with VERONICA. Not only was she very unfriendly, but was the WORST haircut ever. It was all chopped up and uneven. Taking her to get it fixed somewhere else now. Terrible job and she should be ashamed. Don’t know how she even has a license to cut hair.

I set up an appointment at 2pm on Friday April 26th, 2019. I arrived twenty minutes ahead of schedule. The receptionist informed me that the stylist would not be able to do my hair after I traveled from West Palm Beach to this salon since my stylist wasnt available. Very disorganized salon.

The threading esthetician did a great job on my brows. Otherwise the customer service at this place was absolutely horrendous.
