I have been their customer for maybe 15 years. It is a small family business and the owners wife, Mary, always gives me the .most excellent service. I love these people. ♥️♥️♥️

Great nails at Great prices

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Went in twice and I am not impressed. They dont clean their pedicure tubs so its an infection waiting to happen. I asked how long the wait was for a pedicure and I was told 5 minutes. I sat here for 20 minutes and still no pedicure. There were maybe 3 customers in the salon and 2 of them were drying so the workers were not busy. Had to leave the first time I came in as well because I waited 30 minutes for my mom to get a manicure and still got nothing at the end of it. The workers arent friendly and for the prices its not worth it. I would give 0 stars if I could! You are better off painting your own toes. I am DISGUSTED!

I love the way i get it done with the older lady i dont remenber her name but it could used more cleaning maybe using those plastic clear bags for each person and clean file or make people buy a kit

I had been calling this place for 2 hrs at work. Once I finally got off kept calling to find out what side of the mall they were on since I am not familiar with this mall . By the time I got to them and they were not busy and still had 25 min left before closing a man tells me there’s no time to do my nails . They just lost a new customer because of poor customer service . I will never go back there

The salon is very clean they also have very nice and patient workers. It may look very small and unorganized from the outside of the salon but they do your nails there amazing and i would recommend it to anyone!

Michael does a wonderful job on my nails...Cindy does an awesome job on my feet...N the young lady on the very end keeps my brows on fleek...Ive been going here for years n Im very happy with the service...😊😊😊

TERRIBLE SERVICE & people I needed one nail removed got there at 8:55 & they saying they closed “wrong way” like it’s so funny than y’all wonder why y’all in the boynton mall & get barely any customers. TERRIBLE I needed 1 nail taken off due to my finger swelling because of the nail if you’re thinking of going here DO NOT. TERRIBLE SERVICE & nail work ! & I will be calling the boynton beach mall to make a complaint.

I have gone to nail pro for 16 years and have NEVER been disappointed yet. I have used one specific tech for years and shes the best ever.

Came to do acrylic and pedicure . Had to leave, only did pedicure, Pedicure not too bad. It smells weird, moldy or like a dead Rat. Went to another nail salon to do hands. Not a big range of nail polish colors.

WORST place to go. There was only one person working on nails and the others were just talking. I’ve sat down waiting for a hour and 20 minutes. It wasn’t the first time either. They don’t even deserve one star

Poor customer service they charge so much for no reason

Went in for a gel manicure. My nails look horrible. Cuticles not cut, policy was not placed on the whole nail. It was not a busy day so that cant be an excuse, there was no one waiting. Will never go back.
