Went in on Veterans Day 15 minutes before closing. Jennifer was my hair stylist. She did a great job on my hair. The next day I got over 50 compliments at work. Thank you for that. Very clean place. I will go back from now on and have my hair cut by Jennifer. Love going here they always have sports on. This location is definetly 5 stars

Sports cuts is a great place to get your cut, you can get a nice head massage or not up to you and you get a nice cut with some good conversation! Its not to pricey and the stylists will work with you to get you the cut you want!

I was given a check in time of 3:07, arrived at 3:05 and told the computer gave my time away. After I showed me phone to the lady, she got mad and asked what is she supposed to do, she doesnt run the computer. Mind you, there was no one else waiting in the lobby. I tried to pay for my son while he was getting his hair cut so I could wait outside. I was told the computer wont let them check out until someone is finished.

I was my first haircut in Chicago and mine was quick and I am more than satisfied. The staff was helpful and nice. Nothing to complain about. Nothing fancy but you will get a great haircut.

If you dont know how to do a simple hard part, comb over...you probably shouldnt be working at a Male clientele dominated salon and maybe stick to cutting womens hair!

I was on my way to an appointment and decided to stop in for a haircut. I was the only person waiting and sat there while the women working were checking their phones and chatting up a storm. Vera was especially chatty and neglectful. I couldn’t believe how little regard they had for customer service; I don’t think they understand the concept. When they finally called my name, I asked for the manager’s name (Nancy Mitchell), who was not there. I will never waste my time at this place ever again. I would have rated my experience as ZERO stars, but that isn’t allowed. Don’t waste your time at this place.

Worst haircut ever. The lady did not know how to fade around the ears so she just took the trimmer and cut it one or two settings lower than the rest so it looked like a rounded indentation in my head. I had to fix it when I got back home.

Never again.... thats all I can say.
