1st time coming to this place. My experience for 1st was great. Nice and friendly! Very very fast.Phillip did such an amazing job on my nails. I live it!!!!!I will be coming back and he will be my main nail tech. Worth every dollar I spent today!

BEST MANICURE EVER!!! As you can tell…. I let A LOT of time go by. First pic was July 24. I’m embarrassed to say the second pic was Oct 1. Butttt… at the same time I’m SO impressed that in over 2 months my GEL manicure (not even dip!!!!) hasn’t lifted.Normally I’m getting hair stuck under my mani within 2.5-3 weeks and peeling the whole thing off. Not with this one! Granted it looks awful to have such overgrown nails hahah but the quality is just beyond! 🤌🏼🤌🏼🤌🏼🤌🏼On top of it, the service was great! I randomly stopped in over the weekend and was helped right away. I was looking for the color “let’s be friends” but they didn’t have it- they looked everywhere! So sweet. My nail tech, Kelly, ended up layering another color over the one we picked and it was beautiful!Looking forward to going back tomorrow (finally!)💅🏼Highly recommend⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very nice salon, very clean with talented techs! I love going here for specialty nails. They always tackle my requests. In 2018 and 2019 I got 80’s horror nails for Halloween horror nights and they did a great job!

I went for a full set, a pedicure, eyebrows and to have my lashes doubled. The lady that did my full set cut me twice and gave me coffin when I asked for square. The lady that did my pedicure gave me the wrong color on my toes. I ended up not getting any polish on my hands because I was fed up from getting cut MORE THAN ONCE, the lady that did my lashes DID NOT double them she just sat them on top of my natural lashes. I pulled them right off with no effort. My eyebrows were decent. Very dissatisfied. I WILL NEVER GO BACK 👎🏽 👎🏽 👎🏽 👎🏽

Very terrible job.I paid $80 to get my nails done. Gel last a long time. But it peeled off the next day. They put nail polish on instead of gel. They are over pric and a rip off. And the front desk woman is rude. I ask to speak to the manager and the had me to wait for 30 minutes. Now I know why they have 3 stars. Rude overpriced and poor quality work. Dont ignore the review people. Go to a 5 star nail salon.

This was the last chance I can give this business, Ive been going here for YEARS and theyve gone down hill over the past year. My second to last time here I had my toe bleed from an over-anxious nail tech, shapes of nails that just dont make any sense and so on. Today was the last straw. Made an appointment for 6pm, showed up at 5:50, picked out my color and sat in my chair, I sat so long that the water went cold. At 6:20 when I asked someone what was going on, he told me that the person before me decided she decided to add on some items to her appointment, extending her appointment and delaying mine. I finally left at 6:30 because my time is just as valuable. Accidents happen, mistakes happen, but being inconsiderate to your customers is the final straw. I wasnt the only person walking out either, there was a women whod been waiting since 5:30 who walked out before me. Dont make appointments if you dont have the staff.

My first time here and I just want to say I am highly pleased. Everyone is kind and super clean. They do take their time to make sure you are leaving with the best service. I highly recommend.

My review of this place is slightly mixed because I had good and bad experiences at my visit yesterday. Lets start with the good.My pedicure was lovely, once it got going. The woman was very mindful of my ticklish feet, was very thorough and took her time getting the polish perfect. My feet literally feel smoother than a babys bottom!Now for all the bad. I made a 9:30am appointment as I had plans for the rest of the afternoon. I was not seated in a chair until after 9:45 and my nails didnt start till almost 10. Whats the point of making an appointment if its not going to start somewhat on time? Anyways, the guy who did my nails barely spoke to me, aside from what length I wanted and what color polish I picked. He seemed annoyed when I said I wanted to do gel polish on my hands instead of regular. Sorry I tried to spend more money, sheesh. The shape of the nail was alright but theres no apex! They are flat and will probably end up breaking (I have bets going on how long they will last). Theres also holes in my top coat where bubbles popped, and you can see where he doesnt even coat the entire nail with topcoat. Theres also polish on my cuticles, ugh. Over $40 for this. Sucks so bad.THEN....my pedicure took over 15min to get started. I was put in a chair with nice hot water. It was ICE COLD by the time my pedicure started. It was super uncomfortable. Once she got started though, it was much better. Water was still cold though.Overall my experience was alright, but not good enough to return, which makes me sad. I dont know why I left my usual place. Lesson learned. I tipped each tech $10 and left. My visit cost me over $100 and I felt like I got ripped off. Sigh. If you made it this far, I hope your visit is much better than mine was.

Awesome service! Friendly staff. I went in to get nails and toes done and had two different ladies help me and both were super nice. I think I might just be super sensitive, but I think they couldve been a little gentler. But overall, great experience and I will definitely be back!

I spent 3 hours at this salon. $45 for a plain gel pedicure ???? too overpriced. never had i paid more than 35. My nails took FOREVER. they kept taking turns doing my nails and at the end result was not worth it whatsoever. job was done poorly. only thing good were my toes. my nails had a poor paint job. will not be returning to this establishment. would not recommend to friends unless they want to spend hours at a salon for a pretty $$$$$

Tina is so. so. so. NICE. She did my nails so swift and quickly right before a really important even of mine and I got so many nice compliments for the entire time I had my acrylics on. They looked so high quality and beautiful and the overall experience was good. The place itself is really pretty, spacious and well-kept. If you want celebrity treatment, get you nails done with Tina 100% recommend:)

Don’t waste your time. Very unprofessional and rude. Asked the nail technician to do my nails ombré with white; instead she did the whole nail white. I asked her to fix and instead, she said “I don’t have time for this, you don’t know what you want”. I left without getting my nails done and was charged $10 for “soak off”.

Absolutely awesome! Howie is sweet and super talented. I was a first timer with no appointment and was taken care of without hesitation or wait. I went in with a couple pictures and random thoughts and he pulled the whole thing together and made my nails look like little mermaids! The atmosphere was chill and the staff was super friendly. All of the customers around me were super friendly. I will definitely be back. This is the kind of nail salon I could call home. Luckily, it is right across the street from my house in Boynton Beach. Again, thank you Howie for being amazing! I will definitely see you next time!

Worst customer service ever!! I should of known that this place was going to be the worst service starting from the girl at the front desk. Who sat there on her cell phone the whole time. Didnt care to want to help out with a few of my questions. She very short and had an attitude. Lazy workers and the whole experience was rushed and seemed like they didnt want to be bothered. Over priced for the type of salon and services I experienced. I wont be coming back and I would have rather spent my money else where. dont waste your time and money with these rude people who can care less about how your nails turn out. If I could give them no stars I would.

Great place, been coming here for a while but I do not favor the new receptionist. I have a job and provide exceptional customer service so it’s only right that I expect the same. HOWEVER, she treated us as if we were interrupting her from doing nothing. I really hope she reads this review and tightens tf up.

I had a regular basic pedicure with basic polish (nothing intricate no French no gel no design) and when I came home I realized how horrible it is. You Can see the brush strokes all over my nails and on some toes one side of my nail had polish one doesn’t. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I don’t usually come here but it was in the same plaza as somewhere I had an appointment at and I had to kill time. What a waste of my money I am going somewhere tomorrow to have it done CORRECTLY!

Took my mother to get eyebrows waxed. They took half of her eyebrow on one side and did the other correct shameful practice. Took her back at 4:35 pm they said her hair is so light. Its dark brown. STAY AWAY. JOKE OF A PLACE

Ive been coming here for a long time but after my experience yesterday I wont be going back. I spent $60 on a light blue set that turned yellow and almost all the gems fell off of my one hand. I went in to see what they could do a week later and they refused to give me my money back and said they could fix it but will charge me half price. They tried to blame the color turning on me going in the pool but I explained Ive had all white nails on vacation before and that has never happened to me. He said I only had 2 days to come back to get them fixed for free but they didnt turn yellow until after that. Spending so much money for every nail to turn yellow within a week should have been accommodated for a loyal customer but unfortunately they didnt care. He took a picture and my phone number and said the manager will call me and she never did.

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for years and have never been disappointed! They have the largest selection of nexgen I’ve ever seen. Miranda is the bomb! Always leaving my nails looking perfect! I’d highly recommend this salon.

I came here on the referral of a coworker and despite the reviews online. I had a great experience! I was very unhappy with my nails after another salon made them different shapes and lengths and my tech, Brian, listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered. When I discovered a chip in my polish the next day they accommodated my schedule for an appt to fix it and also fixed a crack in my acrylic for free. Natalie was my tech the second time and she was great as well. They definitely have a new customer!

This is the spot to chill girls!!! I love the service at this nail salon. All the employees make the experience so much fun. My nail tech is BJ but all the employees do a fabulous job in getting the job done as well. I love Maria she is such a hard working women and her personality is worth the visit after a long day at work. The art work done here on nails is tremendous.

Each time I’ve gone there for a manicure or pedicure, something is always off. Either someone is too busy texting or talking to someone to get my nails done in a good time, and every time I go in for a manicure my nails and cuticles are NEVER manicured. I’m left with extremely dry fingers when I leave. They just slap on fake nails if needed and a less than perfect paint job and expect full price and a tip. LOL

All the technicians know the latest styles and techniques. Erica is very accommodating to my work schedule. Unlike other salons the employees appear to really like being there.

I just got back from having a manicure and pedicure from here, and I was so excited to go in here because it was so clean! I came home so upset and i just took off both the manicure and the pedicure and am doing it myself now. The woman was horrible!!! she didnt cut my cuticles, didnt clean under my nails i had to ask her and her response was i already did while giving me a pedicure she was messaging my feet but really it was her just rubbing lotion on me. She cut my nails short when i told her to file them down. Filed them so badly!! When i told her to stop putting four coats of nail polish on my nails she said the nail polish not good ok so why didnt she tell me it wasnt good before i got my toes done. I then proceeded to pick a different color which didnt match at all because at this point i was so upset and angry i kind of wanted to get out of there, again she was horrible at painting my nails and she couldnt blame it on the nail polish. When she was done she told me to go sit and dry and didnt turn on the fan, so i went to turn it on myself and messed up the already badly polished nails, at that point i got up paid and left. I went to Sallys to try and duplicate the polish she painted my toes with. $40 at the salon, $14 at Sallys, and two hours later Im home painting my nails myself. ! It was the worst experience, waste of my time & money!

Carmen did my nails and pedicure today and she did a fabulous job! If your looking for somewhere or someone try her!

I called before I came to ensure that this establishment could service me, when I arrived, I was looked at like I had 3 heads. Finally a young lady acknowledged me and assisted me. I just wanted a basic manicure and was seated amongst the cramped nail technician tables that they have, instead of being offered to sit at the oxygen bar where I wouldnt have to breath in the harsh chemicals used on the other customers, I am pregnant and would have appreciated the courtesy. I advised the nail technician who attended to me that she filed my nail in an irregular shape and she advised me that it was already in that condition. Needless to say that they will not be gaining anymore business from me, my friends, family, associates, etc.

Came here for my birthday back in December 2017 to get Nexgen nail, it was late and they were closing soon but they said they had time and could do it. The guy that did my nails, rushed threw them and was staring at the clock the whole time. I tried small talk and he just ignored me. When ever I tried to point out that I didnt like the way they looked or that they were crooked he dismissed me and kept going. I payed for the nails that night and went home in tears because they looked so aweful and it was the worst service I had ever received. I dont get to pamper myself often enough so it just made me feel horrible. The next day my boyfriend now fiance called and demanded I get 1 a refund or 2 my nails redone. I went back the next day and had my nails redone by the most lovely girl. She did a fantastic job! She listened to me, talked with me and made my nails look great for my birthday and for my engagement photos. She really changed my experience at this nail salon and is the reason for the 4 star review.

Horrible experience. The girls out front are extremely rude for no reason. The nails have been horrible the two times I’ve tried this place. Would NOT recommend to even my worst enemy. Get new girls out front would be my first suggestion considering they seem like they hate people and their job.

This is my favorite nail salon. I received a were new flyer in the mail a few years ago and Ive been going back ever since. I get nexgen done every time by Jenny and Im pretty particular about that. If something happens to my nails in between services, shell quickly squeeze me in to fix them.

Horrible experience, I went there for the first time and made an appt. They did not honor that appt. Walk Ins were coming in and they were getting taken. They said my girl was running late but I did not ask for anyone specific. They were rude and unorganized. I told the manager that I was just sitting there for half hour and she just looked at me. No one cared and I would never go back. Nasty and Cold employees.

They have so many Nexgen colors and they can do amazing designs. The place is top notch.

Was looking for a new nail salon. Was seated quickly with no appointment. The shop is very clean. They line their tubs with plastic. Tech was efficient and nice.

I walk in, the receptionists are on their phones not acknowledging much. I get taken over to John, I ask him to do French. He left them so uneven, boxy, he put the white tip on almost the whole part of my nail, leaving me with little pink at the bottom, and he cuts me twice. My nails are hideous and Im so embarrassed of them I just want to rip them off. Never been so disappointed and Im not going back worst service ever. Wasted 30 dollars on a crap job. First and last time going here. Now I have to go to another place to spend another $30 to get these fixed . TERRIBLE.

Very dissatisfied with my pedicure service. The man who did my feet was very rude. He was busy talking with the woman next to him that he cut off good skin and didnt remove the bad. Instead of speaking to me like a human if he wanted me toove my feet he would just smack my legs. The manicure woman was great but he ruined the entire experience.

Im truly truly disappointed with my first visit at your salon. I asked for a French full set with nexgen. The gentleman was laughing the whole time while he was trying to shape the white tips. He did not know what he was doing & I asked him to stop. The gentleman next to him was asked to take over & by taking my set off and doing it again. They were terrible. When he was done, The white tips came out ok but he left my nails so lumpy. I paid $55 for a full set that I had to go home & fix myself. These two gentlemen did have enough experience. I spent over 2 hrs in the salon to go home very disappointed. I will never come back again. This was a bad very expensive experience.

This was my second visit and I am very pleased with Carmens work. She is phenomenal, takes her time and does an excellent job on my pedicure. From my visit I fell in love but unfortunately I wasnt able to get to her until 7 months later and cant find a anyone to match her imaculate work. She is the best and has a beautiful personality. This place was recommended by a good friend whom only gets manicures. 1st dont waste your time or money. Seems like they use cheap products just to grt by. I get my nails done with gel polish which is the only thing that last on my nails. Gel dosnt chip. Well their so called gel polish does within days. The gel stays on for about 3 weeks. Not theirs . Within 3 days my polish has chipped, looks like I need fills. . When she started polishing I notice the colors wasnt gel. I asked she said yes their gel polish. So she continued polishing . When i was done she put a thick clear coat on n told me thats what makes it gel. I told her no. Im not one to tell a person to do their job right but I had to say something. I will not be returning to this salon.

THE WORST PLACE PLEASE BE AWARE I WENT IN TO DO MY NAILS FOR MY BIRTHDAY I WENT IN ON 1/25/19 I DID MY NAILS WITH DANNY!! I took off my nails after a couple of weeks and got a FUNGUS!!!! I called to see what they can do they just told me to go to the doctor they can not help me!!!! THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I EVER GOT A FUNGUS I WISH I NEVER CAME HERE WORST WORST PLACE EVERR!!!! And I PAID $95.00 for my hands and feet!!!!!!!

I got my nails done here two weeks ago and they were beautiful!I went back yesterday, when I got home I noticed that there were bumps and holes in the top coat of the nexgyn. I also wasn’t too happy with the color (that was my fault). I went back today with my son, and they were going to fix them for me no charge. I wanted to change the color and they gave me a discount, however the guy who changed the color got the nexgen on my cuticles. So my nails and my cuticles, and the edges around my nails are red. I tried washing it off myself when I got home and no luck. In order for them to fix them again, I have to go back for a third time - more gas, another trip and more money to tip whoever fixes the issue this time.Moral of the story, if you want your nails done right the first time, you may want to go somewhere else. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 was because the ladies at the front were accommodating and the gentlemen who did my nails two weeks ago did a fantastic job. Btw I tipped over 20% all three times.

I had high hopes of this place but was really let down. They had someone who cant do acrylics do my nails and it was so bad I walked off without even having them completed or painted. Even though I was disappointed I still had to pay half the cost of the service which was outrageous and absolutely terrible customer service. I wouldnt ever go back or recommend anyone else try it.

Run, dont walk, away from this salon. The staff are huddled at the front desk fighting over seats. My operator, Du, does your nails the way he thinks they should be - not the way you want them. I arrived with better than average length nails, in good shape, and literally left with stubs. This salon obviously has absentee owners allowing for young, unprofessional individuals to poorly manage their business. They do not use liners in their pedicure bowls and it is no wonder there were other reviews sighting fungus.

Have been going to this nail salon for two years and recently decided to not return and try out a new place. - the front desk staff has been awful, more so in the last 5 months. NO HELP whatsoever in making an appointment and they almost make you feel like a burden when you walk in and tell them what you want- youre in the customer service business meaning customers are making you money! dont make them feel uncomfortable/ give them an attitude. Second i am not very picky but the last three nexgen manicures i have gotten have been a little on the rushed side, all three have chipped after a week not to mention the last appointment i had the nail artist stared at the clock the entire time because they were almost closed. not sure if the popularity has gotten to their heads or what but the service has gone down in quality and the atmosphrere has changed a lot since i first started going. taking mymoney somewhere else!

HORRIBLE is not even the word. Did my pedicure in like 10 minutes. Horrible nexgen the guy did my nails all different sizes and each a different shape! I told him to match the color of my nails with my toes and he chose a wrong color and got mad and said it’s not his fault when I told him to change my feet colors. Such a waste of money! So rude unprofessional and sad. I will never go to this place again.

Horrible service I had a fill and pedicure and it cost $75. The lady that did the pedicure was very unfriendly, did not speak or acknowledge me at all, and to make matters worse my nail chipped in 4 days and I was charged a fee for the repair. I will never go there again.

Todays experience was awful. Poor customer service and lack of professionalism. I had an appointment I was there on time. The tech started on my nails and then asked me to sit in the pedicure chair. She took a client that had walked in no appointment. I waited for about 15 minutes. Then after 20 minutes I went to the front desk and let them know I was unhappy that I made an appointment but wasnt being worked on. I asked for the manager the young woman told me the tech doing my nails was the manager. No one ever apologized she finished the walk in appointment nails as I continued to wait. I mentioned that I had somewhere to be at 6:00 p.m. Once she finished at 5:57 she says you have 3 minutes to get to where youre going. How rude!!! Ive been a client here for about 6 months this is 1st bad experience Ive had. But because of today I will not be returning.

Terrible! First off th staff is unprofessional! The man who did my nails never talked. My nails had nailpolish missing and when I told him he ignored me and would not address the problem. She takes her time, never rushes to get me out of there and my nails literally never break (i do nexgen) she makes my shape always perfect, and she never leaves my nails uneven. They also have a HUGE selection of colors. Highly recommend this place and if you do nexgen Natalie is your girl!

Went here for pedicure, really lousy job. The tech too busy playing with his phone instead of paying attention to what he is doing. Walked out with my heels still cracked and dry.

Pros: a vast selection.Cons:I’ve been coming here for a year and referred 4+ people. All of which had bad experiences varying from being made to wait 1&1/2hr+ sitting in the pedicure chair even though a Rez was made and then told they don’t have time to do the manicure cuz they close soon to poor quality of manicure resulting in broken nails and cut cuticles.Today was my last day there. My nails are tremendously discolored- I don’t know if it’s as a result of poor quality nex gen or what but they’re blotchy and it was a total waste of time.

Absolute terrible customer service. Techs don’t listen to your wants. I came in a group of 3 friends to get nails done. 2 of us ended up getting our cuticles cut. One didn’t even get the service she requested I personally got cut 3 times. I work in the esthetics industry, so for a salon to be so unprofessional after causing harm to a client is insane.I want to warn others of the dangers that can occur when something like this happens.If you experience a situation like this always report it to the state because techs that don’t care about a clients safety is a safety risk for everyone else who gives that salon business.

I got nexgen done on nov 25th. Nails looked beautiful but after two weeks half of them broke off. Which wasnt that big of a deal but when I took the nails off I discovered two of my nails had dark green discoloring underneath them! I either got fungus or some bacterial infection from this place. aesthetically these people know what theyre doing but I dont think tools are cleaned properly. Otherwise this would have not happened. FIX THIS PROBLEM for whatever customers you have left.

Ive been going here about every three weeks since moving to Boynton. Ive been just making appointments with no particular preference in nail tech to see if I found a favorite. Ive loved 3 of the 4 techs! I would say that Erica is my favorite of the 4. She was sweet, friendly, and very meticulous. I did not feel rushed by any of the 4 techs, Erica made me feel the most comfortable with friendly conversation.However, the reason I will give this place 4 (I wish 3.75) instead of 5 stars was due to my pretty rough experience yesterday. If this would have been my first experience here, I would never go back. I think in the future I will specifically book with Erica. This tech absolutely battered the hell out of my cuticles with the electric file. He basically butchered them all. Felt like I was getting tattooed on my finger tips. They are puffy and swollen today, I am worried that they will get infected due to a bunch of little cuts (that you can see!) Im doing my best to keep them clean, but it absolutely BURNS to wash my hands, use soap, wash my hair, etc. I didnt really care for how he shaped my nails, the nexgen is a bit thick, and on a few nails you could see how gloopy and uneven the top coat was. Some of my nails are more round than the others, and some look more square and some more squoval. Also, once I got home I noticed the edges of some of my nails were still sharp, and I had to take my own file to them so I couldnt keep scratching myself! He was very rough in filing my nails with the non-electric file as well. He did not ask my how I wanted my nails shaped or if I liked the finished product. I had to be to dinner with my family so I was in no mood to have it all re-done. I left upset and dissatisfied. I learned my lesson for sure, and will definitely be booking with specific techs in the future. Total waste of $30+tip. :(

I went to get a new nexgen on my natural nails, I CLEARLY told the girl to NOT CUT THEM, &She DID! It took me months to grow them! This is ridiculous why would you not listen to your customer

Omg! Ive never had to ask have my nexgen removed right after it was done until I came to this place. I had a nexgen manicure & regular pedicure and it was so bad! The man that I had doing my hands and toes was very inexperienced and kind of rude. When we was doing my toes he literally punched my legs, I never had that kind of massage nor do I ever want to, it was freaking painful and left me with bruises-- ugh. I cant remember his name but he is a slim Asian man with dark good hair and has a square ring on his left middle finger I remember because its pretty but other than that it was pretty awful. The nail polish on my toes never dried, he was very rough and my toes were cut unevenly and they looked bad! On to my manicure :( the nexgen was so thick it started to bubble right there, I asked him to please make it thinner and he continued to work ignoring my request by the time he was done my friend gave me this look like omg thats terrible. I couldnt agree more, I had to ask him to please take it off. I was so upset he filed my nail to nothing and there was no going back, he asked me if I wanted to do tips and honestly I thought it was a joke. A very nice lady came and took over and started taking the nexgen off because he wasnt even doing that right. Havent been back since.

BJ is the best he takes his time and listens, understands what you want then, makes it happen Im so blessed to have a wonderful nail tech will always go back to him he doesnt dissapoint love my nails!

I went to this salon to try the Nexgen Product. I do have to say the Nexgen was pretty at first but the girl who did it did a HORRIBLE job. I had it done and it wasnt smooth they lifted and chipped. She was also WAY more involved with her cell phone. When your working on a customer they should be first. She was also speaking with all her co workers in spanish and laughing as a group. I took MAJOR offense to that .I myself am spanish but dont speak it. She stopped while she was doing my nails and answered her cell, talked to her friends, her daughter was also in the salon and she SPANKED her in front of everyone. I was shocked! The owner Katie did my nails and shes just an AWFUL owner. How she can own a business is beyond me! Ill NEVER go back there again! I would advise everyone else stay away from them too. They are just money hungry.
