This was our first time at Venus Nail & Spa, but I love it. I showed a picture of what I wanted my nails to look like and they did it perfect, plus the price is good for the work they did. I would highly recommend this place to everyone...

They can do any type of nails that you could ever imagine. Theyre also very nice, respectful, and the place is very clean. Please go check them out cause their prices are cheap and their work is exceptional...

The young man who did my deluxe pedicure and manicure of shellac did not use any lotion on my feet or hands. I paid way to much money for this service today for what quality that was received. I do not recommend this place.

The person that did my nails was very rude and was huffing and puffing when I asked him to do stuff and I asked for shellac he used dip powder, it was a young man with king tattooed on his forearm I will never go back here, they charge extra just to cut cuticles every other manicure i had done its included.

I got a dip manicure 2 days later they looked cracked. But I notified them and they fixed them completely free of charge.

Do not recommend. Very unsatisfied as I went in to get a pedicure that only lasted 10-15 maybe with no massage. Lotion was slapped on legs and beat on and nothing else, 3 friends I went with got this as well. Tools were laid on the floor and then used again on feet, toe nail polish didn’t even cover the complete nail. I will not be going back again.

Not friendly at all. Specially the Chinese girl with short hair and dressed like a man. She is rude and not friendly. She does a very bad job. Talking about people feet . They didn’t know I could hear their language. I will never go to that saloon again !! Bad service !

Ive gone here pretty frequently and just feel like theyre really out to get every dollar they can from me. I had a gift card called in and they shorted me and I think theyve overcharged me for other services. They do good work but Ill be taking my business somewhere else in the future, even though this location is more convenient for me.

Extremely nice people and very clean place

I don’t like going to nail shops as it. However I decided to give this one a try. I got a gel pedicure that started to chip within a couple of days... they also didn’t get any dead skin off my feet felt the same if not worse. Also I got a full set acrylic with gel polish. Within a couple of days nails were already falling off. I paid almost a hundred in total. I don’t mind paying for quality but this was absolutely terrible.

Just moved to Bowling Green and needed to find my nail place, well I found it today after 3 tries!

Hayden is the best they have there! He is very attentive, and does exactly what you ask of him and more! He is wonderful to talk to. His wife works there also, they are such sweet people!

I am not pleased with this nail shop. I got a full set of nails for a wedding. I ask for oval and I received points. I spent extra money for Shalack polish. That looked slopply done. The polish began to chip and fall off within a week. I went back to this nail shop and wanted a polish because one nail the polish chipped off and the another nail the polish was completely off. I was charged close to $80, before I could get my first fill in. Today I’ve lost two more nails. I’m a social worker so my job is no physical enough to make me loose my nails. I will not advise any one to go here. I wasted my money. I’m just waiting for the rest to fall off so I can get my nails done right. I AM NOT HAPPY 😡🤬

Eric did an awesome job he even changed my color on feet because I was not happy with what I had on. Will be my nail place from now on.

Didn’t ask what length I wanted or what shape. He just went to work. They were thick in different places. Asked me lots of PRIVATE questions.

They do Mani/pedicure reg/shellac and I expect acrylics. I have only had a couple things done they may do more. I recommend Chi (pronounced Chee) She speaks enough English to make conversation and she is very nice.

My nails look awful and the skin on my hands are coming off. I called and asked if they could fix them and they said they would have to decide if they look bad. My nails are so sore and the nails are so uneven and sharp

I just moved to BG and went to Venus this morning to have a gel mani before my wedding tomorrow. They had tons of colors to choose from and my nail tech Paul was very nice. I could tell he really cared about his work and the way my nails turned out. Ill definitely be back to see him.

Have been there several times but todays experience wasnt good at all. My pretty spring color has a dark color from where the guy painted the dark color then my bright color. Told them I wasnt happy but felt like I wasnt even paid any attention to. I also can tell that the powder shellac will start peeling bc its over on my finger in places. Very unhappy today with my experience. With the amount I pay I should walk out happy for next two weeks.

Don’t expect friendly service or up-to-date techniques. Worst service. My nails look sloppy and plain. I will never be back. Not satisfied at all . Can you at least smile if you don’t know how to do what I ask for!

They closed early since it was slow... I don’t think a place should close early if their slow.I rushed over here for nothing.

Sat for an hour and a half with no service. Took everyone around me with ease but told me to wait. Left, got in another place in and out 45 minutes.

My mom and I went here about a week ago and we got acrylic nails. Both of use where rushes the gentleman who did are nails where talking and answering phones. And the nails look horrible my polish is not on evenly and my nails are chipping and I had to glue one back down already. My moms nails are not even both hands are a different lengths she got French tips and one nail looks shine and OK the other one is cloudy and dull looking. We will never return to this place because and my mom now have to have are nails removed and redone.

I went in on March 17th and got white tips. Was not happy at all my mail under was showing on the sides so I went back next day and the guy fixed them but they were all rude about it. I go back today a week later to het a fix where my thumb broke and some women puts a ton of stiff on my nail which anyone could tell if wasnt right but they get upset because I want it right. I pay money to het my nails done I want what I want. I will be looking for somewhere else to go.

I got my nails and toes done last Friday (April 1st 2016) 2 nails have already broken, he did no want to do the length I wanted him to. My toes are still fine but the manicure I wouldnt recommend it to no body!

This was a very good place but the guy who did my nails didnt ask what shape so he just did square but other than that this was the best and only place I like

Ive been going here for years I cant even tell you how long and the last time I went I have never been more upset with the way I was treated. Me and a friend went to get pedicures and our nails done and when they took my friend back to get a pedi they sat me up front and forgot about me then I had to go seat myself beside her. Then my friend got the deluxe pedi and it was no different than my classic they rush you get you in and out. Then when we got our nails done the lady I got was awful did the worst job Ive ever had when confronted about how I didnt like it nothing was done they acted like they didnt care and they seemed mad that I spoke up and Ive been going there for years and never one time complained I just feel like they arent as good as they use to be. They didnt try to make it right was the worst part then charged me full price. My friend hated her nails as well and they didnt do nothing to fix hers charged her full price just acted like they didnt care. The worst part is Im a regular there and have been for years Im loyal never went anywhere else but there since its been open but this last time did me in I will never be back. I would never recommend this place to a single person anymore and I sent a lot of business not anymore.

My husband and I decided to stop in to get pedicures to celebrate our anniversary. The pedicures themselves seemed very rushed and the people were rough with both of us. It was impossible to relax bc the procedures were painful vs relaxing. The lady dug under my husbands toenail with her instruments resulting in swelling and now looks to have an infection bc of pus coming out. The instruments used were not out of a fresh package so our guess is they were not cleaned and sanitized properly. We were very disappointed in the services we received and will not be going again. We just hope my husband doesnt have to go to the doctor for this infection. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WOTH THIS PLACE!!!

I’ve had my nails done hundreds of times and this was by FAR the worst experience I have ever had. I was made to feel like I was annoying them by being there. I felt extremely uncomfortable and rushed and the guy did a terrible job. They were literally already peeling off on my way home but I was so upset that I just didn’t bother going back and went to a place across the street called Nail Studio BG to have them fix it and they did a great job.

My nails looked really good when I left but three days later they began to chip! I went back in to fix them and they acted very rude when I asked to have them fixed!

I got my nails done here last Thursday by Tuesday they already needed to be filled in the cuticle didnt even look like she barley cut em and when I told them they said they would give me a discount which was $ 2 I dont go in my county anymore cause they suck so started going here makes my second time and think now I will be going elsewhere
