The nails were poor quality and not worth the $50 i paid for. thankfully theyve been fixed by a much better nail place.

This is my 3rd visit getting my nails done. Everytime Ive come before i go to the guy. And he asks me if i want gel nail polish.i always say no because i dont want to pay extra.i work in a factory my nails wont last. This time a girl took me and she didnt ask anything she just put the gel on and it looks horrible. Oh they said yes it dries fast it looks horrible. Also i get my nails done today and one breaks opening a plastic bag. I will be going tomorrow after work to complain. They charged me 45 dollars for one new tip and fill in. Last time it was 30 with 2 new tips and a fill in. Im very dissatisfied. I will post what they say. Its sad though i have to go after my 10 hour shift, had they did the job right i could go home and relax.

My favorite place to go and I like Lynda! She takes her time and does an excellent job. Lynda gets any unruly nail and clips it the way it’s supposed to be so it feels like I’m walking on clouds when I leave. My nails look good for weeks. If you’re not in a hurry but want a quality job then ask for Lynda.

Great nail shop! Always so friendly and my nails always, ALWAYS look great! They take their time to make sure they look great and they never miss a thing. I bring my friends and family here and wont be going anywhere else anytime soon.

Always love goin here. This was harder for me this time bc it was 1st time goin since my mother in law passed away & this was always something we did together so I missed her not being with me but they always have done an amazing job on my nails & can do pretty much anything you want. They have a reward card that you get marked each time you spend more than $15 & then when its full you get $10 off the next visit I think so thats great & its just great place to get a Mani/Pedi or full set of nails. Thank you Tommy & Tina for always being so friendly!!

This is the absolute worst nail place i have ever been to. i went to get a simple 25$ manicure and left with uneven, poor quality nails. the guy was rough and kept pulling on my fingers and pulled my cuticles until there are now sore. they are rude and charged me 52$ because of “length” when i got incredibly short nails. do not recommend.

This nail salon is the best! Everytime I come here I have the best service! I come with my sister and her 2 daughter. (13 and 2). They always do the two year olds toes for us and.l never charge us for them! I recommend them to everyone!

Omg, never again am I going to go get my eyebrows done by that lady.Don’t get me wrong I’ve been going to her for a while and always took her time doing them but today they seem pretty packed so I was waiting but I was about to leave she LITERALLY MESSED UP my eyebrows that she seem so rushed she did them quick. One of my eyebrows looks more higher than the other one like ITS BADDDD. Now I have to grow my eyebrows out for at least 3 weeks.DO NOT GET YOUR EYEBROWS DONE HERE.

I was going to Florida for a vacation, the older lady hurt my knee so badly I could barely walk i screamed and was crying she still charged me 100 dollars and ruined my trip.

I have been going to top nails for over 12 years and I think k Tina and her employees are the best.

I just moved here to Bowling Green for college and decided to try out Top Nails. All I asked for was a very simple nail design and dip nails. Tina absolutely butchered the design and then when I expressed I was unsatisfied with the outcome she still proceeded to charge me 65 dollars for horrible nails. Would not go here again or reccomend to anyone.

The pedicure was amazing but we were overcharged for manicures and our nails look hideous. Im so irritated that Im going to have my nails redone somewhere else!

This was the worst experience Ive ever had at a nail salon. She kept burning my real nail trying to take off my old ones. It appears I have barely a nail under the white tip. Dont waste your time or money here. Im going to have to pay someone else to fix them. Im so dissatisfied.

I love it here always professional and clean! They can get busy so Im always sure to make an appointment but walking in isnt a big issue either. Tina is my nail tech and shes amazing! Always knows exactly what I want and ensures my nails look great. She never rushes and ensures I get a quality job ever time! Ask for her!

Had a great experience here! Called ahead to make sure they had an opening and they could fit me in immediately. The place is very clean and nice. The girl who did my nails was very friendly and did an excellent job! My nails look great! Overall super happy with the service! Will be back!

I went to Top Nails for the first time yesterday and was so happy I did. I’ve tried a few places in Bowling Green before but had been a bit disappointed when it came to shaping, customer service, pricing, etc.The owner is so lovely and was able to accommodate me after I hadn’t properly confirmed my booking online (lol). The salon is also very clean with a great vibe. My nail tech was meticulous, knew exactly what I wanted, and was also SO NICE.I will definitely be back!

Ive had my eyebrows done at alot of different places and was pretty unhappy.. I loved the way they shaped and waxed them here. Deff will go back!

Went in with a gift certificate that Id gotten for Mothers Day. Always get a shellac manicure and pedicure with MATCHING polish. They assured me they had that. Well, after my pedicure and polish and then my manicure and shellac they were two completely different colors. One was a bright pink and the other a neon orange. The polish from my shellac manicure was all over my fingers and within an hour it was lifting. I called them back and made arrangements to come back in the next day. Went in, she removed very little of the polish that was lifting and tried to redo the one hand that was lifting. I told her no, I wanted it all taken off (all the polish on the ones that were lifting, not the whole hand, mind you) and redone. She said it would be $20 or I could deal with it. Also said if I wanted matching polish I could pay an extra $20 for shellac polish on my toes or quit complaining about it. Furious! Ill never go back.

May is the best! I have been going here for 2 years now and although Ive moved across town, I will always stay loyal. Great service, beautiful detail and nail polish does not chip, plus its very inexpensive!

Had a great gel mani with May today. She was meticulous and took her time. Compared to many of the other nail places Ive tried in the area, this place has a much better color selection and has a very clean and professional business! Will definitely go back.

If zero stars I would’ve they never clean one thing while we was there made an appointment to get my friends and my nails done at 2p.m. we’re just now leaving at 5:18p.m. I never even got to get my nails done for my wedding just feet rudest people I’ve ever done business with and when I was leaving they asked if I wanted a card for point um no I wouldn’t be back

Went in and pointed out that i wanted to get the classic manicure for $25, and she said okay. picked out my polish, got the pedicure, went to the register and she charges me $45.. she said its because I used a special polish. She wouldnt let me pay just the $25.. so one, they have false advertising, and two, they robbed me. not okay. i tried to explain to her but she just acted like i should have known. they purposely cheated me for money and failed to tell me oh by the way this polish youre using is gonna cost 20 extra bucks.. .. that polish better have gold in it or something good grief. never going here again. awful awful awful

Friendly technicians. I had Tina do a pedicure, and my husband had May, the only name we could get. We both had an awesome time and great ladies do the spa treatments.... What more could you ask for with great service!

I have been coming here for years and never had an issue until yesterday. I had a new full set of acrylics put on. The guy I had rushed through doing my nails and cut every single one of my cuticles with the nail drill until they bled. I told him he was hurting me and he said it doesn’t hurt and to be still. Did not say sorry and still charged me $52 for horrible looking nails. A day later and my cuticles are scabbed and my finger tips are bright red, irritated and painful. Hoping they don’t get infected since they don’t sanitize their tools. No longer recommend this place

Went there for a girls night and expecting to have a lot of fun but later realized that the staff was very rude to all of us. The lady I had kept pulling and twisting in my thumb after I told her that that was the thumb that I tore a ligament just few years past and she wasnt easier at all even though I kept pulling back and saying ow! They didnt sanitize their materials between clients. They used the same brush to clean off the nail dust on 2 different people. She also clipped off a part of my cuticle and when I started bleeding a little she just put the clippers back into the drawer that she got them from. Dont come here unless you want your fingers yanked and you want other peoples blood on you.

This was my first pedicure. When my sister and I walked in it was busy. They asked us to pick out our nail color and we did. When we were done they asked us to come to the pedicure bowl. We sat in the chairs and loved the massage part of the experience. I absolutely loved my manicurists personality. But she started to do my pedicure and I looked down and she was clipping her own nails while she was clipping mine...i looked at my sister in awh. Like what do I do or say and I honeslty didnt say anything when i should have. Now I have a cut on my big toe from the clippers and it has become infected. Even though I thought they were nice. Just make sure they clean the tools.

I will never go to he nail salon ever again!!!! The wait was ridiculous, service was horrible and many clients nails were by being done correctly. But on the other hand the utensils they used were freshly sanitized in a sanitized vacuum sealed bag. The work stations were messy in places and some were clean. The way they did my nails just on a basic French manicure not good I had my nails chopped down and in a shape I did not ask for

By far the WORST service I have ever had with ANYTHING.I went on December 26th to get a fill in with UV gel. A very common thing to get in a nail salon. I normally go somewhere else for my nails but was in bowling green so just decided to go ahead and go somewhere in the area. I paid $25, a reasonable price and is what I normally pay for a fill in at my regular place. They did my nails paper thin, but I honestly didn’t notice because I felt they (ya know, being nail technicians and all) knew what they were doing. Clearly I was mistaken. Today is the 28th and I have had not 1 but 3 nails break off. I called them and explained what happened and asked if they would fix it. I offered to show them my receipt. You would think considering that it had only been 2 days they would’ve done so free of charge... nope! They said they would charge me $7 PER NAIL. That would be $21 extra for something that should’ve been done right the first time! The woman was horribly rude. It’s clear to me that they only care about making money wether it’s fair to people or not. I am still in disbelief! Definitely save your time and money and DO NOT go here.

Wow! What an experience. This is my second nail salon Ive visited since moving to Bowling Green. I called first thing this morning to book an appt for a mani and pedi and the lady that answered was able to fit me in whenever worked best for me. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and noticed how nice the atmosphere is. Theres a decent size section for regular polish and they have so many different colors and finishes for the sns dip nails. This was my first time getting sns and I had artificial nails on when I walked in. They soaked my nails and removed them painlessly and quickly. I opted for the sns and chose to do a blue glitter ombré that Gianna did wonderfully. Next I was taken to the pedicure area where its pretty dark with massage chairs and a sanitized, lined pedi bowl at each chair. Theres three different options for the pedicure, I had the second option which I believe is the Mother Nature. Such a relaxing experience, its quiet, dark, a massage chair and the masks and scrubs smell great. Mays painted my toes and did a great job. I cant wait to book my next appointment.

I went with my daughter and have gone here many times before but the woman I got doing my nails this time did a horrible job. She got the gel all over my finger and cut me numerous times. Then I called today, cause it had only been 6 days since I had got them done and they are chipping breaking and coming away from my nail, and asked about them being fixed and was only looking at a possible discount for such horrible work. I won’t be back!!!!!!

I walked in one night, asking for a full set . well the lady told me to pick out my color & sit down . all the nail tech ladies were giving out pedicures & told me itd be about 5 mins ( they apparently called someone to come in ) 5 mins my ass . i waited 45 mins & still no show . even though i was sitting there, none of the ladies bothered to explain if there was gonna be more time or nothing, they all just sat back & finished doing the other customers pedicures ( which i understand, but keep someone up to date ), i honestly will never go back & spend another penny in there . horrible customer service ! & i never got my full set, i simply walked out & went to solar nails & spa !!

SO I HONESTLY DO NOT STAY IN KY BUT WAS THERE FOR THE WEEKEND AND NEEDED MY NAILS DONE NEEDLESS TO SAY I THOUGHT THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN A GOOD NAIL PLACE I GOOGLED NAIL PLACES NEAR ME AND THIS PLACE HAD 5 STARS SO IM LIKE THIS IS WHERE ILL DO THEM SO I GO IN ASK FOR A FULL SET AND THEN A 17 MAYBE 18 YEAR OLD GIRL WAS GOING TO DO THEM AND THEN SHE STARTS TO DO THEM DOES NOT ASK ME WHAT LENGTH SHE TAKES IT IN HER HANDS SO THEN SHE STARTS THE ACRYLIC PART THEN IT LOOKS ALL WATERY AND STARTS ROLLING OFF MY FINGER AND SHE THEN CLEANS IT WITH THE BRUSH AND IM SAYING TO MYSELF IF THIS TURNS OUT BAD I REFUSE TO WALK OUT WITH THESE NAILS SO THEN SHE GOES TO SHAPING THEM THEN SHE FINISHES AND ASKS ME TO WASH MY HANDS AND I LOOK AT HOW THIN THEY ARE SO IT LOOKS BENDABLE AND YESS IT WAS SO THIN IT BENT LIKE A PAPER AND I TOLD HER TOO TAKE UMM OFF THIS IS NOT HOW I WANT MY NAILS THEN SHE GOES TO TAKE UMM OFF AND THEN TRIES TO BE SMART AND REPLY TO ME I WANT THEM TOO LOOK NATURAL THEN I REPLIED I DONT WANT THEM TO LOOKS NATRUAL THEY ARE ACRYLICS AND SHE CUTS MEE WITH THE DRILL YESS I WASSS BLEEDINGG AND SHE REPLIES I DO NOT CUT YOU AND MY FINGER WOULD NOT STOP BLEEDING AND IT WAS VERY DEEP I WOULDD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NO ONE....
