I wouldn’t recommend this salon at all. I wanted the designs and colors in the picture but I didn’t get anything close. The lady didn’t even attempt the designs, didn’t match the colors, don’t cut or file my real nails, didn’t push back my cuticles, and still charged me $75 . They won’t refund my money and I don’t trust enough to redo my nails. I had to go to a different salon and pay another $85 just to fix my nails

I got dip power nails (no fake nails) to go on vacation on a Thursday. The dip power were coming off by the second day. After a week they were all off on one hand. I dont think the lady that did my nails knew exactly what she was doing. She rushed through my pedicure, manicure and dip power.They re-did my nails but they were more worried about the person who originally did my nails than re-doing them. They even threatened to charge me if I didnt let them know who originally did it. Horrible customer service. Very expensive and poor quality.RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN! Picture attached was taken on day 7.

I would not recommend this place. The lady was very rough airy rough and the nails were coming off around the cuticles area and getting hung on everything especially my hair and had to take them off within the week. Plus the but they did not look good they were thick and not attractive. I paid for a pedicure to accommodate their time there was only one nail technician so Im out $75 for a very poor service. I would not recommend this place.

Its okay. People were nice they were super busy. They have a menu of services with the name and what you get and price. Very well put together. Seemed like the price would be worth the service

I dropped my 15 year old off to get a fill. The sign said $15, plus she needed one extra nail that fell off. The cost should’ve been $20, however she told my daughter it would be $35. She asked for regular polish, not shellac, however the lady continued to try and persuade her to get shellac and finally stopped after my daughter said no twice. My daughter texted me that it was going to be $35. I called the salon to explain exactly what she wanted. They said the fill was $20 even though the sign said $15. The extra nail was $5 plus $5 for coffin shape when she already had a coffin shape. When I called the lady who I think is an owner or manager she told my daughter that I was trying to accuse her of over charging and made her feel very uncomfortable. The lady told her to charge her $30 and she said ok but then still charged $35 when she got to the register and said it was also $5 to take off the shellac that she got put on there two weeks ago. This is twice they’ve tried to take advantage of her when I’m not in there with her. We will go elsewhere from now on.

I was a walk in. I was seated promptly and waited very briefly. Very maticulous about my French manicure and pedicure. Super friendly. Love this salmon and will definitely be back!!

I went in for a fill in and was told to sign in and have a seat at a table. I waited for 50 minutes before someone even spoke to me. In the mean time, 2 people walked in after me and were served before me. They were there for acrylics as well. They finally asked my name and apologized for the wait. The woman who did my nails was extremely fast. She cut and filed my nails down for me. More than one of them are filed crooked. Like slanted. I went ahead and tipped but it wasn’t a good first impression. I understand they were busy. I’m a patient person. But how they treated the situation was very unprofessional and then charged full price for a half ok job.

Pedicure was good, but the wait was long and kind of chaotic. She didnt scrub my feet as much as I thought she should have but overall it was a good experience.

I am not one to complain and I honestly dont think ive taken the time to write a review of any kind but my friend and I came here and both got acrylics and hers ended up being $45 and mine ended up being $70. I didnt want question it until I looked up their pricing online and mine should have been $50 at most. I was over charged and a couple of my nails are visibly crooked.

Kenny and Kim are running a five star establishment at Soho Nails and Spa. Every single associate was masked, gloved, and temperatures taken at the door. I wanted a specific color, new for season, Kenny made every effort to find it. He had it! The place is clean, disinfected continuously, efficient, and customer centric. One gentleman who appeared to be training, under the watchful eye of another female associate, took as much time with my 10 year old daughter as Kenny did with me. If you want clean quality, go to Soho Nails.

This is hands down THE BEST nail salon in Bowling Green! I had the best gel manicure that I have ever had and at two weeks looks as good as day one. Still even shiny!!! Getting my first pedicure today, but Micky is top-notch and this will be my regular spot every other Friday from now on! I hate spa hopping and after living here for over a year had yet to find one that I loved so much that I could stop looking. Well look no further!

I love this nail salon! Ive been to way too many but this spot has become the go-to for me and my girlfriends. Its spacious, with great massage chairs and magazines, and their shellac color selection is much better than the other Ive visited. Its also very light inside - no one wants to go sit in a basement, so I really appreciate the sunlight!The ladies here are so friendly and kind, and they are the reason Im writing this - I dont want other people to find out about this gem, but they totally deserve the recognition.I will 100% be back & refer my friends and family!!

The service was very poor for the amount that was charged. I reviewed the prices on the website before I came. I got a French manicure for my 12 year old and a basic pedicure for myself. They barely touched my feet, cut my daughters finger and then after our service they charged me $75!

Today was my first time here and I will definitely be back! The staff was friendly, the place was clean, and they did a great job on my gel manicure and pedicure. Prices are competitive with that of other nail salons in the area. My only complaint would be that it took a little longer than necessary - I got seated right away and they were able to do my hands + feet at the same time, but my pedicure actively took a little over an hour, which felt like a long time. But, if youre not in a rush, its nice to have the time to relax and have your nails look great. Definitely recommend!

I had a great experience today at Soho Nails and Spa. The studio is clean, the staff is very friendly, and the quality is unmatched. Both times I have gone I love the job done on my nails. They are knowledgeable and very professional. I also think that they have one of the largest polish collections I have ever seen. They have every color of the rainbow! Had a fantastic experience at Soho Nails and Spa! From the moment I stepped in, everyone was very friendly. I loved the whole look of the salon. Micky did an excellent job with my nails - repairing one that had cracked and shaping them just how I liked it. She listened to what I wanted and made sure she delivered - which doesnt always happen at other salons. I will definitely come back when Im in town.

Youre given a complimentary beverage (water, tea, wine...) during your service. Nail techs are friendly and attentive to detail. Suggest you make an appointment because this place is busy.

I had yet to find a good nail tech closer to my new apartment that actually listened and gave me what I wanted on my nails. But lets all take a second to appreciate how amazing Nancy made my nails look. She did beyond what I expected and will definitely be a new regular in this salon! I went Friday late afternoon with my daughter for 2 full sets and toe polish. By Saturday morning they were already breaking! By Sunday 5! Were chipped! I explained who did them and they had the same woman(tall, thin, older, table 11) redo them last night. As of right now, they’re breaking again! I will NOT return.

The lady was very nice and friendly however its like she was in a rush and didnt do a very good job on my nails the acrylic powder was caked under the end of my nails she cut my fingers with the file left the skin of my fingers stuck to the nails and the lady that done my 6 year old daughters nail she just painted them did a sloppy job

This was my first time getting my nails done in BG ever and it was a wonderful experience. When you walk in the door, you’re greeted. I had Kenny who was extremely nice and was always making sure I was doing okay. I got the manicure and pedicure and it was an amazing experience overall. When I didn’t know what to do or didn’t understand they were very patient and nice. They were so busy but they worked well, fast, and efficient no matter what. Highly recommend

I just got my nails done 2 days ago and something happened and the shellac and acrylic has cracked and some came off my thumbnail. I am gonna go in the morning and hopefully they will fix it at no charge as to this shouldnt have happened 2 days after getting them done. Loved the tech who did my nails, she was spot on doing exactly how I wanted my nails done and she didnt rush either which is always a good thing. I have been going here for years! I love it! It is nice and quite, very relaxing. I have recommended this place to many friends and they love it. Before finding this place I went to many other nail salons in the area and they were always very loud and the employees were always taking very loudly across the salon.

Made an appointment for my daughters and I. Arrived 15 minutes early and waited almost an hour. The service was terrible. I’m not sure it this place changed management recently, but not the service received in the past. I won’t be back.

Just got a gel manicure and pedicure by the owner. They were both so sweet! And I love my nails! I showed them a picture of what I wanted, and they nailed it, the place is very nice and the pedicure chairs are very comfortable. I was there past closing time but didnt feel rushed at all. I am definitely coming here from now on!

I really did enjoy my first experience here. I didnt catch the ladys name who did my pedicure but it was also nice besides the fact she almost pulled off my big toe during the massage part but seriously it was amazing besides that. I loved the hot stone part. I almost fell asleep in the chair.

This nail salon is clean and the staff are all super nice and talented but nothing is consistent. Sometimes I will get someone who really takes the time to give you a good pedicure. Alot of the time I get someone who rushes right through it. Especially today. I was in and out in 45 minutes. This is with the 30 dollar pedicure and shellac on my fingernails. She was in such a hurry to get done I didnt get what I feel I paid for. My nails were rushed too. I paid for shellac manicure and she barely did that. I get shellac and a pedicure every two weeks and I would just like consistency. I dont want to be rushed out of there so they can get to someone else.

Today my husband and I went in for refresh manicures and spa pedicures. They were absolutely amazing. Not only were Tracy and Nancy professional and personable they were also extremely good at their jobs. Ive been getting pedicures for the last 15 years and I have always complained about how Ive never received a good massage. To me the massage is the most important part and Tracy nailed it (pun intended). It was fantastic. My husband who received his first mani/pedi ever today is still talking by about how relaxed it has made him feel. Thank you both so much for making our anniversary trip memorable.

Its as if she knew what I wanted because she went to work right away in exact detail of how I had it mapped out in my head. She was very meticulous with his perfectionist each nail. Not only was his work flawless but where there was any small imperfections she quickly fixed it before I could even notice. Wait time is usually minimal. Staff is friendly. The quality seems great. First time getting nails, Ive only had acrylic nails for a month now. Havent lost or broke one which is awesome for me because I do a lot of work and wash my hands frequently.

Been going here for years and have always had a great experience! I try to go during less busy times of the day because they are always packed (very popular place!). I usually get mani/pedi shellac and they turn out great and last about a month. Tammy and Kenny are my favorites, but love all of them! Ive taken my daughters in, and they do special little designs for them. Highly recommended.

I had an awful experience at soho nails. she tried to over charge me! my friend was getting her nails done and we were getting the same thing. except my friend was being charged $22 and i was getting charged $37. It was absolutely ridiculous and very unprofessional. you couldn’t pay me to go back into that place. nikki was very rough with my hands, very rude, and inpatient.

Horrible! Nails looked bad, uneven, shape didn’t match, on top of that they didn’t last. After 2 days they were starting to lift.

Tina le was very rough with my nails, it was almost like she was rushing it. She made myNails bleed, and this is not the first time this has happened. I will not be going back. She used super glue to stop the bleeding and it didn’t work, she continued to paint over my nails with the blood.

The owner, Kenny, doesnt ever seem to have time for in his long lasting clients. My last experience with anew staff member was awful. Wasted money. Probably wont be going back. Also, every time I got gel nails they would start peeling withing few days. I started going somewhere else and now my gel nails actually last 2 weeks!

Tried shellac for the first time. My nail chipped off after 4 days. Went to get it fixed. It broke again the next day. Got my nails done for vacation && they didnt even last for the trip. Not happy.

First the lady I got didnt speak or understand any English, 2) she didnt even put paint on my little toes, I had to try to explain that to her. 3) I told her one of my finger nails was short could she put a fake one on it. She cut THEM ALL off. She didnt understand me. And now after I payed $72, 3 days later the gel is already chipped off. I am not a happy person
