It was very relaxing! They were very nice! They are so talented! She helped me pick the colors & did my nails exactly how I wanted! 10/10 recommend! Will definitely be back!

My husband and I received pedicures. It had been a while since wed had our feet done due to Covid. Both of our technicians were so thorough. First time but definitely not my last!

I really enjoy this place for my girls and I. It is in a safe area and the workers never forget a face or about the little ones that come on a regular basis with their parents. Overall, I give it a 10 out of 10!

My worst manicure experience. Waited one hour to sit in a chair. No greeting, no friendliness from the staff. The tech did not wash her hands or the station. Mid service the prior girl getting her nails done asks the tech to take off a design. She stops working on my mani and goes straight to removing the design off the girls hand without even saying one moment as a courtesy. Again did not wash hands. At this point I should have left but I waited so long and my time was short. The tech rushed my service so she can begin working with another guest. I was never asked if I liked my nails and when I started to tell her how I wanted them she gave me attitude. No service list was provided so I had no idea they charge extra to file down your nail and a simple French tip design is an extra charge as well. When asked about the extra charges the workers made me feel like I was trying to steal, began yelling at me, locking the door and grabbing me without my permission and threatening to remove the nails. It was awful. I will never return and I will never recommend this place.

The manicurist did not sanitize the station or even simply clean the station. She did not wash her hands after servicing me. She serviced the new customer with dirty hands, no gloves, and reused my tools on the new guest. It was not a pleasant sight to me because it means I was also serviced with dirty hands, tools, and station. I would not go back to this place because I went in with high hopes and I left a very unhappy. It’s overpriced for the quality and the staff is unfriendly.

First time going there. Will definitely return. They did a great job..

I personally have not gotten my nails or toes done in many years this was such an amazing experience after years of not doing it. Cherise did mine and she was very kind. Very quick and let me pamper myself I will return.

They always do do great on my nails. Love this place. The people are super kind. I will not go to any other place for my nail needs. They are AMAZING!!!!!

I have been going to diva nails regularly because I like how the women does nails, but her husband is a little to rough for me..Today, I went and her husband done my nails. At the end, I gave him my card to pay and he said it didn’t work.a $20.00 charge lol. I assured him that I had money on my card to pay but he became mildly aggressive. It was good for me it was just us in the nail shop, because his tone, behavior and body language let me know he thought I was a thief. After he tried his card to prove to me it was not his machine, he tried my card and it worked. He offered no apology for his behavior towards me. I could understand if today was my first time getting my nails done there but I have been going there for months. I left out of there in tears. I felt so disrespected.I will not be back to Diva Nails.

The prices change constantly. And they charge $2 added on to every service bc they have ro wear mask. Worst service ever. Dont recommend.

Ive been here 3 or 4 times now and the experiences have gotten worse with each visit which is why I feel compelled to warn others. This past visit was the worst. Seemed like the tech didnt want to be there and took it out on my hands. None of my nails are the same shape. None of my nails are balanced - Im scared Im going to rip one off and my real nail is going to go with it because they were filed down SO thin. The filing process was right near terrifying because the bit was going so fast it was almost screaming. The nails on my hands arent level nor are they shapely. When I got home (after the soreness from the hard jerking of the shaping went away) I noticed I had acrylic BONDED to my skin/cuticles.

I have been a customer for a few years now they have always done a great job and are very good at what they do I have always had a good experience with them I highly recommend them

Just save yourself the regret and go somewhere else. My nails are not shapely, too thick, their are bubbles from the acrylic. I had to keep asking the nail tech to do things, hoping it would correct the mistakes. Definitely not worth the money. Go somewhere else. The only reason I’m giving them two stars instead of one is because my pedicure was decent.

Got a manicure and pedicure today, it took 2 hours to get done. My butt was numb from sitting so long. My fingernails dont even look that great... I was given a manicure while receiving a pedicure, thats a first for me! I know they are a new establishment, but thats too long for anyone. I wont be going back anytime soon.

First of all, I waited with my feet in the water for half an hour before getting serviced. I don’t know how it’s possible but my feet are tougher on the bottom than when I came in. Paid for a deluxe and got no massage because they were feeling rushed. And missed parts of my toes when painting. This is my first review I’ve ever left because I felt so strongly. I’m a student who doesn’t have the money to treat herself often and left feeling so sad.

Please dont do it! I got there at 9am & was immediately put in a pedicure chair (not bad I thought) next to a woman in the middle of a pedicure. 28 minutes later, a nail tech runs in with bags & her purse, obviously late to work. Another 10 minutes & she sits down & starts working pn my feet. This young lady obviously did not want to be at work because she rushed thru my old I & knicked several cubicles. She was way to rough. No leg massage, hot towel on feet only & not legs. Fast forward to my mani, my finger still hurts from where she stabbed me with her tool. I endured all of this because I was short on time but when I looked down at my feet, that was it for me! I went thru the motions while she did a mediocre service at best. She looked at my feet v& asked what was wrong with them. My feet looked just like they did when I walked in except for a fresh coat of polish. She said she could redo my feet but it would be an additional 25.00. NO THANKS! The m9st disturbing thing is The owner watching the whole exchange but never stepped away from his client to investigate. I will NEVER go back! Poor customer service. I dont even rate a full star.

Not impressed. They didn’t do what I asked for. I complained they made one crooked, refused to fix it. Nails way longer than I wanted, i kept telling him to make them shorter even showed a pic..not happy at all they’re are too many salons to choose from...avoid this one
