Great place to live in! Quentin and Tim are great managers and very easy to work. Ron is a fantastic maintenance worker and was quick to fix any problem I had. Very cheap and easy to start or end your lease.

Had a great experience living here a little over a year. Maintenance was friendly and I had no issues. They even noticed my AC unit wasnt working, and replaced it while I was gone. It was like it never happened. Overall, if you can afford to live here and there are available spots I would definitely recommend it.

This is the best office that you can deal with among all other real state in BG. Great clean, and well maintained apartments. I spent great times living there for almost two years and a half. Thank you so much for everything!

Shamrock is wonderful! I had a studio and ended up having to leave my lease early due to some personal reasons and Quentin was super helpful and very proactive in helping me with the process! The office and maintenance are very quick to respond to inquiries or any issues and the staff is polite and courteous. For students or people who just prefer a quieter place to stay, this place is a great fit! Its far enough away from the road that you barely notice any noise from traffic, and my neighbors were great! If I were to need to return to BG, I would definitely want to stay here again. Thanks!

Lived in a studio for about 20 months while in graduate school. Not a ton of space but it is a studio and the price can’t be beat. Also utilities and furnishing was included in the very fair price. Quinton, the manager also helped me out by letting me out of my lease a little early when I moved out during the Covid-19 pandemic. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, well-priced place.

Ive rented from pretty much all renters in Bowling Green, and Shamrock Village is hands down the best place to rent in town. The quality of the property as well as the quality of the management and staff was second to none. The only reason I stopped renting from them was I bought a house for myself.

My wife and I lived in Shamrock for two years. We liked it a lot, and any issues we had were taken care of quickly. It’s definitely one of the better places to rent in BG. Only negative I can think of: turning left out of the road (toward downtown BG) can be a huge pain.

This place was AWESOME! I rented one of the studios for the year and it was very affordable and they made it so easy by covering all of the utilities AND having it be completely furnished!The manager is super nice and its hidden off the road so its surprisingly quiet. Great location, great staff, great price, I highly recommend it!

Shamrock Studios was a great place to live. Management was amazing - Quinn (if I remember correctly) was the nicest guy ever. Very helpful, very hospitable. Service is quick if you have any problems. Price is incredibly reasonable too - fully furnished and all utilities, internet, cable included.Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to live alone and not overpay!The only problem I could ever have is that truckers use the lot for overnight parking - this can get noisy but its never really bad.

Quentin is amazing and the location is wonderful, if you like to be close to town but also far away from the noise. The place is clean and the management is very helpful!
