Great, friendly staff members! Great amenities (laundry, pool, basketball court, beautiful courtyard), close to campus, doing updates as well! Maintenance request are done timely. (corona virus has changed a few things which is understandable) reasonable pricing and short leases too!Highly recommend!
They have come a long from where they were 5 years ago when I first moved in. The office personnel is very friendly and any repairs that your report are done within a few days. They are updating a lot of the individual apartments. My main complaints is that I always felt they were a little pricey and the pool was never open at good times.
Management definitely needs to make sure that they get the right information before they send the agreement lease violations... 🤬 went to visit a family member who lives there ... she got a rent violation for a pet she does not have or own ...
I moved in about 3 weeks ago and so far so good! The front buildings look really run down but supposedly they are going to fix them over summer. The inside is really nice and the flooring is beautiful. My apartment didnt come with shelves like the others styled like it so I asked them once if they could put them and they did it in a timely manner! Very kind staff and I am very happy with my apartment.
Lived here a few years ago and was able to save up money as the pricing was much lower than other complexes. Maintenance always fixed things in a timely manner, and office staff was friendly. Apartments were a little run down while we lived there, but I see there has been a management change and renovations have been made!
Crawling with bugs despite having kept my apartment spotless. Ice cold shower water after 2-3 minutes and management refused to look into it. Paperthin walls. Rude maintenance workers.
I would give a 0 if I could. This place is an absolute joke. It may be fairly cheap but they make up for it by charging you for everything. Clogged drain? $70 maitnence fee. Door handle broke need a new one? $70 matinence fee. Got a question about the lease? Don’t worry the manager will raise her voice at you when she she answers. I very strongly recommend everyone stay away from this place
Overall, my experience living at Green Meadows was very pleasant and affordable. I had a situation where I needed a short-term lease that allowed my cat, and that is hard to coordinate in Bowling Green! However, Green Meadows was very accommodating with all of my needs. There is also new management, which was very organized and nice to work with. All of my work orders were handled very quickly, my rent was very affordable, and the office always answered any questions/phone calls/emails right away. They also put new air conditioners in many of the units right before I moved in, and it works VERY well! My apartment is always cool and comfortable in the heat. I also heard rumors about the apartment complex being sketchy before moving in, but I personally never experienced any issues. My neighbors were very friendly, and many of the residents are college students. There are only two small issues that I have had: one is with parking, as its difficult for visitors to find the appropriate visitor parking sometimes. The other issue that Ive had is that the month-to-month rent was increased by $75.00. Luckily, I will be moving out before that change is made in July. However, it is inconvenient to those who are staying there and signed a lease with a lower price....Regardless of the two small issues that Ive had, it was overall a really great experience for a short-term lease; very accommodating!
Move in date: 1/1/1992. Have seen many managers and maintenance employees, plus tenants come and go. Most have been friendly and helpful. Water problems, especially, have been taken care of immediately. Of course, there have been rough patches along the way, but overall, maintenance has been consistent, fair, and done in a timely manner. The office has done well in answering questions, problems, and such. Sometimes, the previous owner would refuse to do some repairs. He wanted to fill in the pool, but the head maintenance person kept arguing. We got our pool repaired. It opens every summer. Just one example -once upon a time!
Ive lived at GreenMeadows for 4 years now, and I have no complaints about the apartment, or the staff. Anytime there was a problem, they were quick to address it and send maintenance in. Plus they give you a little bit of extra time each month in case you forget to pay rent.Cons:1. The wash room is in need of a serious scrub down. I have lived here for 4 years and the wash room has been bad the entire time. The first 2 years I refused to use it, and had to take my laundry off site to clean it. Then, they finally cleaned the room, but it is quickly going back to the way it was before. They seriously need to have someone deep clean it at least once a year. So if you move here, be prepared to take laundry off site.2. The rent increases, it seems that every year rent goes up for seemingly no reason. No improvements are being made to the apartments or complex, so that extra money is just going into someones pocket each year. It has gotten even worse since they sold the complex last year.
New management is being great about updating and modernizing. Friendly and efficient staff!
Ive been a resident of Green Meadows for the past 2 years and literally just moved out today June 30, 2017! I have nothing but good things to say about the apartment complex but even better things about the staff! Great customer service! Anytime I had any maintenance issues, theyve always been taken care of in a timely manner. I moved here for college and its a really inexpensive place to live even for college students! Thank you for the great living arrangements Green Meadows and I will always recommend you to others. - D.A.T
This is the worst place to live when you are a 3rd shifter... I work 12.5 hour a night and haven’t been able to get more than an hour of sleep a day because of all the noise. Everyone calls it the “green ghettos” for a reason dah.... When they work on apartments they don’t care how long it takes or how loud it is for us. I went 3 months with no sleep for work because everyday it sounded like they were going to come through the wall. The quality of the apartment is not worth the price. Every year the price goes up but the apartment is the same. It feels like I have been slowly going insane because of the people and worker of this apartment complex. I have lived here for 3 years and will be very happy when we move out in a month
For the price it is a nice place to live. The living room in the two bedroom is small. The neighbors are nice and for the most part quiet. Living on the lower level you do hear the upstairs neighbors walking, but you knew you were moving into an apartment when you moved in. Most of the issues I hear people having are the result of living in an apartment or their own misuse of equipment, and they should know better. The only issue I have is the plumbing does not seem adequate. The office employees are nice and easy to communicate with. Any issues I have had with upkeep have been addressed in a timely manner. Its a pleasure living here, and my only motive for leaving will be space.
I been living in these apartments for about 3 months and I have enjoyed my time here and loved the staff, hope to stay for another years. Thanks guys!!
There is a reason this pathetic place is called the Green Ghettos and if I could give 0 starts, I would. They act like this is some 5 star apartment complex or something. They dont really care about the actual upkeep of their buildings, management is a joke, maintenance cocks an attitude with you when you ask then to fix something that they just had to fix because they dont know how to do it right the first time, and they think its ok for other residents, who have been there awhile, to herass the new ones who havent been there long. If you dont keep up with rent every month and have a few complaints from people, fully expect them to string you along for 2 months and then give you a 30 day notice before your lease is up to move out. This place is one big joke and Im honestly shocked that they are still in bussiness. They will all get whats coming for them. Just dont move here if you actually have a life and/or kids. Oh and we have black mold and birds living in a hole right outside of our apartment, apartment D, that they every well know about and have been told 2 different times about, but wont fix the problem and because of the birds going in and out of it, people complained that my boyfriend was picking at the hole and making it bigger, when that isnt the case.
Nicely remodeled apartments. Management is friendly and helpful
If the pool is your highlight find another apt. Only open 10a-5p weekdays and closed on weekends.
Small dingy. Not well maintained, or updated
